We had a really good week at the Plaza Bodrum. The villa was excellent, spacious, clean and very well kept, and the sea was beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning made the trip. The best thing about this hotel is that you get your own dedicated person assigned to you. Ours was Dilara, and she was perfect. She sorted our transport, answered every question and handled anything we needed straight away. Whatever came up, it was resolved quickly because of her. If you stay here, that personal service is genuinely what sets the place apart, and Dilara deserves real credit for it. Two things I would flag. The Italian restaurant was a disaster. It is supposed to be the premium option for special guests, but they could not cook an egg properly even after five attempts. For a restaurant positioned that way, it was well below the standard of everything else on site. There were also far too many bees around the outdoor dining area, and you simply cannot finish a meal in peace. One last note for anyone planning a trip: Bodrum was noticeably colder than other places we have been at this time of year, so pack accordingly. Would still recommend the hotel, mainly for the villas, the setting and the personal host service. Just eat elsewhere.

Ett fantastiskt hotell som har allt! Fem restauranger varav fyra a la carte där alla höll hög klass på mat och koncept. Allt inkluderat i all inclusive. Bra och rymliga pooler och stränder. Många barer. Många aktiviteter för både barn och vuxna. Väldigt vackert beläget vid havet i norra Bodrum halvön. Mycket trevlig personal. Rekommenderas starkt!

Her şeyiyle kusursuz bir tatildi. Otelin hizmet kalitesi, konforu ve personelin ilgisi tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz, herkese tavsiye ederim.
