La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Coralville Iowa City

Got locked out of my room and the receptionist didn’t help get my room unlocked, didn't offer another room to stay in, didn’t call for help, didn’t call the manager, didn’t inform the manager, when she came in, in the morning. Breakfast was adequate. Sinks and drains didn’t drain properly. Questionable markings on the walls around the toilet.

Breakfast was okay, not great. Staff we interacted with had personal electronic devices they were starting at. Did not stand to greet us. They're was no bar service however there was a stocked bar. The room was not clean. 1 tv did not work. Very loud above us had to go complain after 10pm and then lots again very early.

Clean room and facilities Noise issue at night, refrigerator made very lead cracking sound like glass shelves cracking or ice hitting glass shelf HARD. Woke us up 4 times

We were over-charged for our pets based on what we were told the price would be and what was stated online the fee would be.
