The Hotel was very old, not that it could be updated. Only has one elevator that was work. The ice machine didn't have any ice. To be honest I would not have stayed in this hotel. It needs to be updated.

we decided to stay at this location because they had a indoor pool and hot tub. We arrived and wanted take a swim and was notified that the pool, hot tub, and Ice machine wasn't working . We were on the 7th floor and had to go to the main level whenever we needed ice. There was no manager on duty and the receptionist didn't have any authority to make any concessions. very unsatisfied with our stay.

This hotel has great potential. However, it is in disrepair. The elevators were closed and the ceilings were dripping from rain outside. We got our luggage to our room by the service elevator. The location is great. The size of the room was great also. The rooms and building need repair and updating. The hotel’s proximity to Waterside district is very good as well. The price we paid was appropriate in comparison to the closer, higher end hotels.

No breakfast staff or food. Staff was not helpful from admission on information. Did not provide a receipt. Elevators were not operating. Only the staff elevator connected to the laundry room worked. The hall carpet has stains. No amenities on the floor. At one instance I could not get in the room, had to get assistance from the front desk. This was a terrible experience from start to finish.
