On our way to Minnesota via Norfolk Airport - a party of 4 - Greeted by the front desk welcoming person. By the name of Shuncia Forde. What a pleasure to have a smiling, energetic person processing our stay. She was very professional and knowledgeable about our questions. We then migrated to our room - Everything was in excellent shape. The bed was great to sleep in, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was perfect. The four of us ventured into the restaurant and were delighted to be served by Chnika Clark. She was a joy. Shared suggestions as to the favorites, and we did purchase and were not disappointed. She was a dynamo. That evening she would end up serving 20 people by herself, and that included the bar as well as tables. She was perfect. We left the next morning at 5 a.m. using the shuttle. Don't know the driver's name, as he was another ambassador. Polite, helpful, and a very safe driver. Recommend this site to anyone traveling, Thanks for great traveling experience.

Rooms were clean, hotel wonderful!! The Bar sever was terrible likes confrontation just because I told her that my soda was flat! The restaurant server was Amazing!! Customer service at the front desk and house keeping was friendly and Amazing!

This hotel is very nice. People at the front desk was very polite and helpful. They even allowed us to check in early. They had breakfast which is a plus. And having the family area and a separate bedroom was really nice. As well not to far from va. beach. I will stay there again.
