Beautiful hotel Easy check in with luggage storage Amazing location 5 minutes to train station Reasonable cost

This ia full electronic hotel. It has equipped with the latest tech possible. I've stayed in a addict room with electronic curtains and no reception. Before you enter the property, they provide a code for you to enter building and room itself. This is available until your check-out. You do not see any person to do your things. What happened to me is when i was checking-out, i've provided wrong room number. They extended my check-out to the wrong room number. This particular incident is all my fault. Then i couldn't able to enter my room and helpline rapidly supported me with a new code. Thus the customer service is excellent. I'd like to thank them one more time. About the hygiene, i'm afraid the towels and bed sheets were full of hair. There were some yellow stains at the towels. But, overall the room was clean on the floor and other surfaces. Also when i enter at the first day, someone left a bag of chips at the wardrobe. Other than that, you can leave your luggage without a fee. Staff was easy to reach and friendly.

Our stay kind of started out with minor issues but was fixed immediately the next morning. We were on the top floor (attic room) which was fine, bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the hotel does offer a lift! Room was relatively clean however since it’s carpet it should be vacuumed regularly when housecleaned. Location was excellent and walking distance to the train station, old and new town. Lovely experience overall and will definitely recommend it. Hotel also offers continental breakfast for 15€ which we did not try but the restaurant we did.

No staff on site, so can't really leave your luggage either before check-in or after check-out. The main station is close and it's walkable to all attractions. Felt safe walking after 10pm. The property was clean and comfortable.

Destination was brilliant, hotel was decent but the registration process for access to check in code was beyond frustrating and a major hassle even apon the online process it had complete i was only made aware this was not the case 1 day before the trip there is no way to directly contact anyone from the hotel and is fully unmanned this caused a real problem tryin to sort the problem and after about 4-5hours the code was eventually sent, hotel itself is nice rooms are adequate with comfy furnishings, can be quite loud was woken a few times from people out in the landing Cleanliness could have been better overall would give a soild 3/5, restaurant ajoing hotel is nice for food and drink and quite cheap for the quality but they made it quite clear they did not like people from the hotel using the restaurants to eat and drink, we starter most our nights here and felt unwelcome on most occasions for whatever reasons but general service was ok and foor was brilliant, rest of the city is good just have to watch for tourist traps such as high charging pubs

Room was clean with excellent facilities, including fridge, espresso machine, wine glasses and bottle opener. Not huge room but good size. Excellent location easy walking to old town and train station.

Insgesamt gut und waren zufrieden. Boden staubig und etwas dreckig, aber trotzdem ok.

Viktig å lese informasjonen før man møter opp, ellers står man med kofferten i hånda uten å egentlig komme seg inn. Man får en mail der det står at du skal forhånds registrere deg. Når dette er gjort så er alt lekende lett. Du får en kode, og en app om man ønsker å bruke det, og bruker dette for å komme seg inn og ut. Vi behøvde ikke å gjøre så mye annet enn å bo. Så trengte ikke å kontakte noen om noe. Standarden er som man betaler for, komfortabelt, men ingenting eksklusivt. Når det er sagt så er dette hotellets absolutte største fordel lokasjon og pris. Alt man skulle behøve å oppleve er det 30 min gåavstand til, det aller meste ligger innenfor 15 minutter. Vi hadde ett kjempefint opphold for vårt behov, og derfor er dette ett hotell vi vil anbefale sterkt videre. Eneste minuset vil være generelt renhold på støvpunkter, hjørner, og lignende. Ikke nok til å ta ned totalscoren for vår del, men greit å nevne at dette er grunnen til 4 av 5 stjerner på renholdet.

The best is location. Walking distance to main railways station and to Wenceslave square. I had deluxe room. It was very small. I received room under the roof. Even when it was April, it was terribly hot there. Dont take attic rooms if u can choose.

房間有天景窗戶，光線很棒非常喜歡。 房間也算乾淨。每天房務人員都會補咖啡膠囊。 交通真的非常便利，走3分鐘就會到車站、地鐵， 附近也非常多美食。 唯一就隔音沒有很好，隔壁說話，聽蠻清楚的。

Room are nice and the hotel has a convenient location

Very small room but very clean

Excellent stay, the room was very spacious with large windows bringing in so much light. There was a coffee machine and a good tea selection in the room. We thought the location was good with access to many shops, cafes etc nearby. Overall, happy with the stay and would be happy to stay here again.

I didn’t like the check in process. There is no reception desk so you have to register your information on email to get your door code to enter the hotel and your room. The room however was very clean and had modern furniture. It looked nice. I had the attic room though so it was very hot and the AC did not appear to work. It just blew air that was not cold. Also, someone, I think it was the security card, knocked on my bedroom door at 1:00AM or 0100. It woke me up from my sleep and scared the sh!t out of myself and my family. I called the 24/7 reception phone number and they said it was because I was possibly making too much noise? I don’t see how that was possible though since I have been asleep since 2300. So that was interesting

The room we stayed in was very nice and unique as it had openable skylights which we were able to leave open all night. Check-in was a little harder because there is no physical desk to checkin or checkout which we are used to when traveling. Overall it was a great experience because the hotel was near the train station and walkable to all the sites we wanted to visit.

You need to have internet on your phone/tablet and WhatsApp app. It takes awhile to get an agent on whatsapp... and the process should be laid out like we are not techie! The room made up for the hassle... it was modern, spacious, clean and theres a nice size fridge, coffee pods, water e-kettle. The location is great!

No A/C. My fault for not noting this in the listing. Even though fans were provided, it was extremely hot in the room and fans didn’t help cool it down even with windows open at night. Not very quiet, could easily hear people in next room due to big gaps under connecting doors. Modernly decorated very nice. Tv gave options for viewing paid apps like Netflix. Ended up leaving to find new hotel due to heat.

Very good property accommodation wise. However no service or customer focus Unilateral decisions imposed on customers. No reception, other than a reception 15 minutes walk from property. Several staff whilst i was trying to check in referred me to a door in the corridor between the restaurant and coffee lounge. The door was entry to a storage room. Online checkin is the only available option. Speaking by phone to the receptionist, he was not familiar with the online checkin in. I eventually had to take a photo of my passport and email to him to get access code to property and room Worst checkin of any property in 2 mknths across central europe.

The room itself is clean and nicely furnished, with all necessary amenities. The building is centrally located with easy walkable access to Museum and Mustek subway stations, steps away from the old city center. But, the online registration process is flawed, and unfortunately due to a terrible experience with it, our stay was not as enjoyable as we would have hoped. The initial very first contact is what sets the tone, and when that experience is bad, you ruin the whole experience, no matter how good is the rest. This chain (Adrez) of aparthotels uses an online registration website, which gathers data prior to the arrival (PCI sensitive data, passport, selfie etc.) but it has one big flaw, it does not do verification of email address. That email address is the same one that will be later used to receive the access code to the building and room. So if anything happens (like a typo), you will not receive the access code and then you will have to contact them to try and get the situation corrected and the access code received. The problem could also be an integration issue between the online registration website and the website used to provide the access code details (it is not the same). But ultimately, when dealing with PCI type data, there should be more rigorous processes to ensure email addresses are stored correctly and to prevent mistakes (like a simple email validation link, that needs to be accessed by the guest). And stop blaming guests for the flaws of your tool

The hotel is beautiful, the room was great, tje service perfect.. The only complain is that i never got my acces code by mail, and i had to make phone calls and requiere it 3 times, even that i had made my check in on time. For some reason, and even at spam mail, my code wouldn get properly.

The check in service is complicated. We are used to travel and stay in hotels without front desk but they go over what you expect. We saw others struggling too The check out is at 10 am and that means a lady banging your door at 10 am. Hotel has a good location but too many hotels in the area within that price range to choose from. My recommendation is to go somewhere else; I know I will

The hotel appears managed remotely . staff-less check-in would be a bit frustrated if you don’t search your junk email to get the instruction from the hotel. The only staff available was a security person who was inpatient & unfriendly. a fire alarm went off at one night & guests were evacuated for short time. no words from the hotel about what was going on . A quiet experience .

This hotel was amazing. It's a few blocks from the Statue of Wenceslaus - where so many tour groups meet and a lot of restaurants. Our room was the top floor with dormer windows. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed.

As instruções do check-in foram passadas por email 1 dia antes e deu tudo certo. Quarto muito bom, amplo limpo, bem localizado, perto da estação de trem.

The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and transportation. Fifteen minutes walking from the train station; the taxi refuses to take you to the hotel because it is too close. However, you have to prepare pulling your luggages on an uneven sidewalk.

Centrally located, nice size room, very clean and comfortable The only issue checking in on line before you arrive, i saw several people like myself struggling or just didn't realise

good value for the money, but the immediate neighborhood is lacking in charme.

Very comfortable location, walkable to most places. I have not used any public transport means during 3 days stay. Price vs value ratio is really good.

Modern and clean rooms , convenient central location near to the train station. Just the breakfast i didnt like as its too expensive and the price doesnt meet the expectations.

Hotel propre , grande chambre, personnel réactif . Petit déjeuner tchèque donc pas top pour personne ayant besoin de fruits et de verdure. Personnel serviable. il n'ont aucune chambre avec baignoire à noté. sinon quartier safe et pratique collé à l'hôtel Grandium pour ceux qui viennent en séminaire très pratique et chambre plus grande.
