The Artisan is a walkout basement suite with its own private entry through the backyard - no shared hallways, no shared spaces. The bedroom has a queen bed and a double futon, sleeping up to 4 guests. The suite is full of antiques and personal touches that give it real character - this is not a sterile, cookie-cutter rental. The bathroom has a large shower (no bathtub). These devices do not record voices - they track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors. This property may have exterior security cameras at or near all entrances.
