Had a relaxing few days at the Christmas Farm Inn. Stayed at the main Inn in a king room. Room was tiny but cozy and clean. Bathroom was tiny, could use some updating, but was clean. The pool and hot tub was nice just a short walk up the hill. Also got a facial and massage at the spa which was great and also walking distance. Unfortunately the restaurant and pub was closed during my stay, so were a lot of other businesses in the area (guess it’s common in April). Guy at the front desk was nice, so was everyone at the spa. 20 min ride to North Conway & outlet shopping. Had a great dinner up the street at the Red Fox. Would recommend and I bet it’s magical during Christmas time!

Love having the river close by, and more so seeing so many people walking from the hotel to bathe in it. Will do that today. Awesome pools too.

Restaurant was closed, but enjoyed the outdoor pool and relaxing by the fire pit. Bed was very comfortable. Staff - very friendly and helpful. A short, early morning walk to the falls was a perfect way to end my short stay.

The stay was just average for the price of the rooms. Very clean, common spaces were nice (fireplace, Christmas trees in December, wood floors), but for almost $400/night, the bed was like sleeping on rocks that sunk in the middle, the gym was the size of a closet with no free weights (not a big deal to most people but it was to me), the pool is tiny and the hot tub looked dirty. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but I peeked in as I left the “gym” area. The PROS of the property is that the staff was AMAZING, super nice and helpful, the room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was very nice after snowmobiling. The room was cozy but dated, looks nicer in the pictures, just very bland in person. The decor in the registration area at Christmas time was so cute and again, the staff was great!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again for the price but had a nice weekend away from the kids. Also, Yesterday’s cafe right up the road was a great breakfast spot!!!! The $18 “buffet” at the hotel had bread, French toast, home fries, scrambled eggs and sausage. Take the 2 minute drive up the road to Yesterday’s cafe.

Awesome stay at the Log cabin with our two small kids. Great pool area with a playground and a lot of room to run around and explore. Picturesque views and great restaurants and bars in the area. Would highly recommend to any families traveling through the area, great destination!

The standard king room in the main building was a little tight, but I don’t think they had king beds when it was built. The bed was very comfortable. The exercise room and indoor pool and jacuzzi were very good. The fire pit was very nice with a great view across the valley in the evening and stars after dark.

We had a very nice time. Our 11 year old granddaughter liked the pool, toasting marshmallows and playing chess. It was very close to everything. I would recommend it to everyone.

Room was much smaller than pictures portrayed. No chair in room and bathroom was tiny with rusty fixtures. Steep, narrow stairs to upper floor. Indoor pool and hot tub were up a hill in an extremely hot building with no towels provided. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, restaurant was expensive. Not a place I would recommend or return to.

We stayed in the Smokehouse Cottage on the property. Very cozy cabin with comfortable couches and a super comfy king size bed in one room and two twins in the other. A musty smell was noticed upon arrival so we kept a candle burning when we were in the cottage, and did not notice it as much. Check in staff was great. Dinner at the property was pricey but good food with a nice portion. Would stay again.

We liked the Christmas atmosphere in the décor.. what we didn't like where the rooms were a bit dated and worn. The wallpaper was peeling in places, and the there was mold in the shower stall, and the vanity doors were water.damaged

Carriage house 1st floor you can hear everything above you. We had to move to another room as we couldn’t sleep and could hear every footstep above us. Cleanliness could be better. Hair in bathrooms. Everything is run down as it’s old. Dinner was great in the restaurant and the cabins are nice!

This was a very cute, clean and cozy stop for one night. We were located in the main inn with one of the smaller rooms. Note that these rooms are very very small… almost wall to wall bed. They seem to be transparent about that on their site, which is appreciated. It was completely fine for us for one night. The bathrooms are also quite tiny which was challenging for my 6’4’’ husband. That said, this place was great. Clean. Comfortable. Cozy mattress and pillows. Would stay again.

This property was amazing! We booked a king room in the saltbox with a jacuzzi room. The room was clean, the bed was soo comfortable and the jacuzzi was massive! also the water pressure in the shower was so strong! Lastly, this inn has a history of being haunted and we can’t wait to come back and possibly experience it for ourselves!

The place is idyllic and extremely cute. The pool is technically heated, but is ice cold. I stayed in the Salt Box and though the bed was extremely comfortable, the room itself is dated & run down. Mildew & spiderwebs on the bathroom ceiling, rips in the rug & absolutely zero sound proofing against your neighbors coming in and out/ in their rooms.

This room was so small that you had to watch out not to bang your head on tv mounted on wall when squeezing between the end of the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. Not even enough room on one side of the bed for night stand, had to get out of the way of the door to allow two people to walk into room together. Wall paper was peeling. Door to room was sticking so badly you had to legitimately slam it to get it to shut. Bathroom door also had to be pushed so hard to shut it it woke you up, same with closet door. Cute place but dont stay in main inn room at the top of the stairs to the right, cant remember room number,.

Welcoming and friendly staff, solid restaurant with a great beer list, festive decor. Close parking. Close to town with lots to do. Our only challenge was noise. Heard every footstep above us and the opening of the front door to our section (The Salt Box).

Charming and beautiful place. We stayed in the carriage house and absolutely loved it. Our suite exceeded our expectations. The only negative is that they do not have an elevator making the trek to the second floor with multiple suitcases a bit of a chore.

The main inn at the Christmas Farm Inn & Spa is quaint and place to stay for a weekend getaway, but not the best for a week long vacation in February. We stayed in a petite king room (our mistake), which was barely larger than the king bed. The bathroom was tiny with a mini sink and a small shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor. The heat was finicky and we had to crank it to 80 to get the old thermostat to work. The upstairs room definitely needs some tender loving care. The complimentary coffee, which our welcome letter said would be available in the lobby, was nonexistent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The inn was clean and charming.

Room was much smaller than pictures portrayed. No chair in room and bathroom was tiny with rusty fixtures. Steep, narrow stairs to upper floor. Indoor pool and hot tub were up a hill in an extremely hot building with no towels provided. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, restaurant was expensive. Not a place I would recommend or return to.

This was our third trip to Christmas Farm Inn in ten years, and it is still a delightful place to spend a few days. Lovely grounds, quiet surroundings, special atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great spa. There is room for improvement in both environment and service, thought the latter admittedly is more in the communication. In terms of environment, and specifically at the Carriage House, the furnishings could use a refresh, especially the bathrooms. Pink fixtures with gold trim is outdated and stale. Furniture is heavy and a bit tired. Recognisably, folks may enjoy these features, and they certainly do not detract from the overall experience of the property. In terms of service, two things to point out to the property and for visitors to note. It was most disappointing to be turned away from breakfast the morning of check out. While it was clear that dinner reservations were recommended, it was not clear that breakfast reservations were needed as well. Communication regarding the room servicing could also be improved. We did not realise that room service is only available upon request.

Room and staff were fine. However, we stayed the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving day. When we checked in we were told they would not be servicing breakfast on Thanksgiving morning because they were serving Thanksgiving dinner at 1:00. They gave us names of places we might get breakfast, but had not done the work to call them to see if they were open Thanksgiving day. In fact they were not and we had to go to a convenience store to get something to eat for breakfast. I feel their customer service lacked in this situation, and they should have let us know about the situation when we made the reservation.

I had issues with this resort last year, but wanted to give them another change. I had communicated with the property in advance (Ashley) to have a microwave in my room upon arrival. Just like working out items in advance last year this was not done, there was never a microwave brought to my room. This was booked through a 3rd party and I paid half up front and was supposed to be charged the other half and the resort fee at check in. They have charged me the full rate and when I called - upset because they overcharged me last year as well and I had to fight to get my money back - the woman hung up on me because she didn't like that I was upset (not swearing, just not pleased). I still have not had this corrected trying to work through hotels.com. At this point I will simply never stay here again. There are way to many options in the area to put up with all these issues. After this being the same pattern 2 years in a row this is clearly not a one off but a pattern of a bad business with poor quality employees.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Text alerts were helpful and informative as well. Having both indoor and outdoor pools available was good. We had several meals at the restaurant and both food and service was good. The rooms were clean, parking adjacent, and property attractive. When we needed an extra room at a moments notice the staff did everything possible to secure one. Certainly if we were to return to the area we would return to The Christmas Farm Inn.

I’m writing a 5 star review because they went the extra mile. I arrived with my family after a long drive at 1am. Their check in was closed and no staff was present. I was stressing out that I wouldn’t be able to check in to my room and my family would spend the night in the car. However when I arrived I found at the reception an envelope with my name on it and my room keys inside. We got to sleep on a bed after a long nights drive! Thank you for being considerate in that way!

Overall good stay was just very difficult to get ahold of staff there before our stay, whenever I called to ask about getting a potential crib no one picked up the front desk phone. But once we got there we had a nice time.

The inn charged us 3x the amount agreed to. These weren’t just pending charges. For 3 days was unable to reach anyone at the front desk. Finally someone in Spa responded but was quite rude that I reached the wrong desk. If you stay here please double check your charges. I had multiple rouge pending charges that eventually dropped but some stayed 1,600+ and affected the balance on my card. Trying to resolve with hotel directly before disputing charge but impossible to reach anyone that has the authority to correct the bill.

Had a relaxing few days at the Christmas Farm Inn. Stayed at the main Inn in a king room. Room was tiny but cozy and clean. Bathroom was tiny, could use some updating, but was clean. The pool and hot tub was nice just a short walk up the hill. Also got a facial and massage at the spa which was great and also walking distance. Unfortunately the restaurant and pub was closed during my stay, so were a lot of other businesses in the area (guess it’s common in April). Guy at the front desk was nice, so was everyone at the spa. 20 min ride to North Conway & outlet shopping. Had a great dinner up the street at the Red Fox. Would recommend and I bet it’s magical during Christmas time!

Clean, quiet, delicious food, no room service, had to make our own bed, could ask for fresh towels and they were delivered very quickly. On arrival night our GPS took us the wrong long way to reach the Inn, the front desk informed us of the quickest way. Loved the Inn, Jackson is a lovely little town, but would prefer being closer to North Conway. We had a very nice getaway in a beautiful setting with very friendly and helpful personal.

Such a cute inn! We felt so welcomed even though we arrived late. They called us and let us know the steps to retrieve our keys and there was a nice note with our keys. It was fun to hang out at the firepit and meet some of the other guests and look up at the clear sky. Convenient to Jackson but nice and tucked away so it was a cozy feeling.

The standard king room in the main building was a little tight, but I don’t think they had king beds when it was built. The bed was very comfortable. The exercise room and indoor pool and jacuzzi were very good. The fire pit was very nice with a great view across the valley in the evening and stars after dark.

We had a very nice time. Our 11 year old granddaughter liked the pool, toasting marshmallows and playing chess. It was very close to everything. I would recommend it to everyone.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Aida, our waitress for breakfast our last day was fantastic. The food, breakfast and dinner, was excellent. I do wish the property was more modern. We stayed in the Sugar House and would have liked more lighting in the living room, a tv in the bedroom, and generally a more luxurious feel. I was also surprised that the Christmas theme was not stronger, and there was nothing Christmas themed in our cottage.

Restaurant was closed, but enjoyed the outdoor pool and relaxing by the fire pit. Bed was very comfortable. Staff - very friendly and helpful. A short, early morning walk to the falls was a perfect way to end my short stay.

It was a very nice Inn. I’d go back for sure. The price on the meals I thought was too high on New Year’s Eve and it wasn’t very good. Other than that we liked it there.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing. The people were nice. The only negative was the dinner. We both ordered the Turkey dinner. It was processed turkey and it wasn’t cheap. The sides weren’t very good either. I would eat somewhere else. We both got amazing massages.

The stay was just average for the price of the rooms. Very clean, common spaces were nice (fireplace, Christmas trees in December, wood floors), but for almost $400/night, the bed was like sleeping on rocks that sunk in the middle, the gym was the size of a closet with no free weights (not a big deal to most people but it was to me), the pool is tiny and the hot tub looked dirty. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but I peeked in as I left the “gym” area. The PROS of the property is that the staff was AMAZING, super nice and helpful, the room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was very nice after snowmobiling. The room was cozy but dated, looks nicer in the pictures, just very bland in person. The decor in the registration area at Christmas time was so cute and again, the staff was great!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again for the price but had a nice weekend away from the kids. Also, Yesterday’s cafe right up the road was a great breakfast spot!!!! The $18 “buffet” at the hotel had bread, French toast, home fries, scrambled eggs and sausage. Take the 2 minute drive up the road to Yesterday’s cafe.

Welcoming and friendly staff, solid restaurant with a great beer list, festive decor. Close parking. Close to town with lots to do. Our only challenge was noise. Heard every footstep above us and the opening of the front door to our section (The Salt Box).

We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was the perfect setting for a quiet, romantic getaway. We stayed in a carriage house suite, with convenient parking right out front, a nice little gas fireplace and jacuzzi, balcony, comfortable bed, and the room was clean and quiet. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious, but the food at dinner was excellent and definitely a highlight. Service was a bit slow in the dining room, particularly at breakfast, but we understand places are understaffed right now, and went into both meals in no rush, and were happy to wait and enjoy each other's company.

We stayed in a lovely 2 BR cottage. It was comfortable and the gas fireplace made the rooms very warm and "toasty". It's unfortunate that the restaurant is closed Tues and Wed, even for breakfast. It would be helpful to have a setup with muffins, yogurt and coffee as it is not easy to walk into Jackson for a bite. (the road is narrow and steep). That's why I only awarded 4 stars, not 5.

We unfortunately were only there overnight, but the bed was so comfortable I got an amazing night sleep. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The young woman at the desk when arrived was Alyssa. She was AWESOME!! We had to deal with a few wrinkles to our stay. First the restaurant and tap room are closed the middle of the week. If we had known that we would not have stayed here. But Alyssa was charming and explained it throughly. She provided a list of restaurants and that worked out quite nicely. Then we had booked a standard room. These rooms are on the second floor in the main building The stairway is very uncomfortable. The rise between stairs is very high and the steps narrow and steep. As senior citizens this was unacceptable. When I mentioned this to Alyssa; she did not disagree. She was sympathetic and understanding and provided us with an alternative room in another building This was a nice improvement. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Very nice hotel , with lots of charm! Resturant was outstaning, indoor pool and spa was an unexpectied and perfect way to top off the day and of couse the nightly fire pit wes amazing.

We loved the room. It was very clean and the area was so pretty. We loved the small town located right next to it. We ate at a restaurant there that was good. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
