The pool heater was broken and black flecks of paint in the pool needs updating

Friendly staff. Sofa looked very used. Exercise room equipment-2 of three cardio machines did not work. Great breakfast. No towels in our room.

Everything in and around the entire hotel was under construction. The pool was dug out and being re-done. the parking lot was torn up and being re done. the third floor where I stayed was partially painted with room signs falling off the wall the floor of the elevator was peeling up and looked like it was unsafe. I really expected much more from a Holiday Inn property.

The lobby and breakfast area were clean, and it looked like they were updating the paint. The pool was open but the pool light had been pulled out and wires were connected to the light and going into the water (we wanted to stay at a place our kids could swim, and didn’t feel it would be safe here). There were A LOT of ants near the vending machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The stay was great my only issue is that gym needs work none of the equipment works! But the staff is super nice and the breakfast is great!

Parking lot is terrible. Elevator was out of order. Food and bed were fine.

We were very happy with everything except the pool was under construction and we were expecting to be able to use it. Other than that , everything was great!!

I called to confirm the pool was available. The only reason I booked this room at $160 bucks. Drive 2.5 hours to find out that the pool is under construction and has been for a while. I brought my kids just to swim in the pool and hang before they had to leave for their moms. Just crap. Crappy service.

This was an average stay. Hotel seems to be getting a little tired. Floors were not as clean as should be. Some wear and tear (door handle on closet broken, several holes in wall in shower) Staff were very good.

The staff were excellent. The property was in really poor condition. Tile floors were really sticky, even in the room. The carpeted areas looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Room felt dirty, saw fingerprints on counters, fridge, lights, desk, etc. Didn't feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Thermostat didn't work for air or heat. Hallways were poorly lit and the stairs had even less light. Elevator was working but looked pretty shabby and dirty. Laundry room had really old washer and dryer that looked like even they hadn't been cleaned. Side door didn't latch properly, so property wasn't secured at night. Overall a bad experience for us and probably would not choose this hotel again. Once again, staff was friendly and available when needed, just need to do something about the overall condition of the property.

Staff was very friendly! The room was comfortable. The sheets and towels did have some stains, but overall a nice stay.

Sadly Disappointed, The property its self is decent but needs some upgrades. Deep cleaning needs to be done more often. Dust in vents of the bathroom. Shower head needs to be upgraded or cleaned due to buildup. Bedding smells and skirt of bed had something on it due to not being cleaned between customers.Beds need an upgrade due to dips in the mattresses making them very uncomfortable.For what we paid to stay it wasn’t worth it at all. We hope that someone will check into fixing the issues as we would like to come back and stay some day. But till then other properties will be sought out. I will say Andrew the person on duty gets a thumbs up as he was a very pleasant person which helped the otherwise negative experience.

The person at the desk was friendly enough, but the hotel itself could use a good scrubbing and a lot of remodeling. A pool should not be advertised if it is perpetually being "maintenanced.". For some reason, I received a "handicapped" room. Lots of stainless steel bars on the walls, a bench bath seat, and a telephone on the wall by the toilet. Im not bothered by it except - shouldn't a room like that be kept open for a handicapped guest? And , in my opinion, the room for those with disabilities, should not be smack in the middle of a hallway. The room my granddaughter and I stayed in was definitely. NOT clean. The window ledge, the window shade, and the top of the a.c.unit under the window were all covered with the dead bodies of small flying insects. Gnats, yes, but others I could not identify. I noticed that one pillowcases was dirty , so I took it outta the case and checked the pillow. There was a blood stain on the pillow. I checked the others. One more pillow with a blood stain. That's half of the pillows. The entryway tile was sticky, and the bathroom - well, I wouldn't leave my home bathroom looking like that. Stainless steel items need stainless steel cleaner. The hinges on the shower bench seat are rusty and there's pink goo under then.. toilet seat was not clean, the showerhead had electrical tape on it, and the t.v. lost signal several times. The only thing that impressed me was the extensive breakfast. But I would rather have a clean room& pool.

An absolutely filthy hotel. The only thing this hotel did successfully was ensure that I never stay at any Holiday Inn Express again. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Our room was not clean. There was alcohol bottles behind the chair. The floor had not been vacuumed as there was dust and dirt on floor. The bed was ok. The breakfast was very good, probably the best we have encountered.

While the hotel looked nice from the outside, the hallways, rooms and stairwells were very dated and worn down

Great hotel in a nice location. Makes it very convenient for a quick trip while traveling. Next door to a restaurant adds to the convenience factor. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean and quiet.

Nice clean rooms, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

TVs complicated to the point of having to change rooms. Very inconvenient.

The Staff was GREAT!! The room was not bad. The only downside was the "pull out" bed in the living room. The matress was a joke. Basicly some springs covered in a thin fabric. My son didnt even sleep on it the second night, he slept on the couch.

Breakfast was excellent! Loved the strawberry-swirl and lemon-blueberry bread! Our room seemed to be squeezed into the plans. The bathroom door hit the toilet. A chair in the room was on its last legs (pun intended). The room darkening shade was amazing! The AC worked well in our room but kept resetting in our son’s room. The lighting options were nice. I could focus on my crafting in the corner of the lounging area.

The room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. Only complaint was thin walls, it sounded like the person in the room next to me was sitting next to me coughing.

We thoroughly appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff. They always greeted us with a friendly smile and very pleasant attitude. The level of hospitality was amazing and deserves to be recognized. They were very accommodating with our misplaced luggage and also providing an efficient laundry facility. We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips.

Rooms were clean enough but they had double booked our room n we walked in on a gentleman in the room we thought was ours. Very embarrassing. Next room was so noisy the two of us didn’t sleep at all

The staff here was so helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

First of all, I've never slept in a more comfortable bed! Total bliss! Also, the breakfast was wonderful- bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, juice, and more! The staff was so helpful. I'd forgotten to print off a parking pass for the event I was going to. The clerk at the front desk helped me with computer & printer in the lobby, and when there was a problem with the printer, she had me forward my email to her front desk computer and she printed it off for me from there. She never made me feel like it was an imposition for her to do it for me!

From the minute I entered the hotel, I was treated as a guest. The individuals who were in charge of my check-in ensured I immediately had a room available for my stay. There was road construction on the highway in front of the hotel, and the hotel actually had individuals working on their parking lot in the back of the hotel. Surprisingly, I was not bothered by noise. My room was very clean, with all items I needed easily accessible. I was nicely greeted by two cleaning individuals when I headed downstairs for my breakfast, which offered guests a variety of foods! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable rooms, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was well cooked and varied. Location was on main street but traffic noise was minimal. Nice tub for washing kiddos and the pool, though small, was warm and clean.

Great hotel in a nice location. Makes it very convenient for a quick trip while traveling. Next door to a restaurant adds to the convenience factor. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean and quiet.

This facility is in tough shape. The bathroom sink is cracked, didn't leak but looked terrible. Paint in the whole room needs to be redone. Non working radio needs to go couldn't set time or alarm. The breakfast was substantial but other than the pancakes, food was luke warm.
