Room was spacious and clean, and the parking was excellent

Had a great time at a bowling tournament @the Suncoast lanes. The food was great and so was the room. Wound Definitely stay here again.

I can say it is the best hotel I have stayed in, in Vegas. I love that it smells good everywhere even in the casino. The rooms are really spacious. The golfing view is amazing. The pool area is really cool with games to play as well. So convenient with the movies downstairs, bowling, arcade. Also it's not packed at all, during my time there though.

Pool was a bit dirty and overcrowded. Hotel lobby/ casino is under construction but rooms are clean and well kept!

Its a beautiful location and hotel. Parking is free and abundant. Restaurants, casinos and shops are all inside. Also, a movie theater and a biwling alley! We love it!

The hot tub was a great addition!

The room at Suncoast Hotel and Casino was very large, very clean, and offered a beautiful golf course view. The staff was very nice, and the free valet parking made our stay even more convenient. Located in a nice area, far from the Strip crowds, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience in Las Vegas.

The upper floors, pool area and grounds were very nice. The staff accommodating and helpful. However the ongoing renovation was quite unpleasant to navigate and the housekeeping being reduced to alternate days was disorganized and disappointingly handled.

The bathroom had a sliding door that had mold on the inside and the room also didnt have any fans for shower steam

Property was dirty. Food at the restaurant was good. For a quick meal you had to go to the bowling alley which the food there was terrible.

Shower was not draining well. Found lump of hair in the drain, disgusting! Housekeeping should be checking all drains every time

The room was still being cleaned when we arrived at our door. They said it was clean, but it wasn't. The desk was dirty as where the windows. Pieces of desk were just sitting in place but when touched they would fall off. Bathtub would fill with water while taking a shower-(very slow to drain) Bathroom mirror dirty and now free toiletries. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years but each time it has become more run down. We will not stay at this property again when visiting the Las Vegas area.

Booked a one bedroom suite. Room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was huge. Unfortunately, the central air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t sleep for two nights, even with earplugs. We had to leave a day early, even though we had paid for three nights. Just couldn’t go another night without sleep. We had stayed at Suncoast before, and have never had this problem. Maybe it’s not an issue in the standard rooms, since they are not on the top floor.

The beds were definitely too hard and uncomfortable. We had a golf group of about 60 players and most of us stayed at the Suncoast for five nights and I heard numerous complaints about their beds being very uncomfortable. I ended up ordering a 4" gel memory foam topper from Amazon and had it delivered to the hotel because there was no way I was going to get any sleep without it. Definitely something they need to consider changing. It's to the point where a bunch of us vowed to stay elsewhere next time if they don't address it.

We had a “view” room overlooking the golf course… absolutely beautiful and relaxing.

Our room was dated, needs an upgrade. Bed was uncomfortable, no USB ports and furniture was from 1980. Sportbook and casino were great places and staff was excellent.

The facilities were clean and there were good places to eat. I just wish they had a coffee maker and microwave in the room like other hotels in the area

The hotel is located on several floors above the casino on the main floor. Our non-smoking room was quite nice and overlooking the golf course and pool. We only spent one night as we were driving through town. The location was easy to access and away from the strip and downtown which suited us well. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel offered free valet parking. There was no coffee machine or microwave but there was a small refrigerator.

Nice location off the strip. Appreciated they were checking in early. Smoke smell was pretty intense though. Bed wasn't very comfortable and there seemed to be a little odor on the couch.

The Person Checking us in Patrick was very nice. The security on the premises was very nice and friendly.

The Suncoast was very clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. I really enjoyed the variety of dining options available on-site. The check-in process was seamless, and checkout was just as smooth.

Took out coffee machine in rooms. One hand towel and one wash cloth for 2 people. Clerk at check in bad attitude, did not tell us anything about internet or where our room was located. Overall not friendly.

Suncoast Hotel and Casino was absolutely amazing. The staff was amazing. Our clerk at check-in time was so friendly and so accommodating we love staying there. It’s our favorite place.

We found ourselves unexpectedly needing to stay a night in Vegas. Decided on this hotel based on location and loved it!! Room was very large and very clean. We enjoyed dinner at the steakhouse which was excellent and were very much impressed by the service all around.

The easy check in, and valet is completely convenient

Not too cool. They lack communication skills and some staff are extremely rude because they don’t understand English and/or they are wearing a mask over their mouth. I had two separate reservations and they were most unhelpful when my credit card was stolen. They would not allow me to stay in the room an extra night so I had to hang out in the 24 hour cafe until 6 am until the banks in NY we’re open to rectify the credit card fraud. So overall not very accommodating. Also the food in the restaurants was subpar and I got violently ill in “The Taste of Asia”. They loaded mayonnaise on the prawns with honey walnuts and strawberries. I did try to speak to the manager but he spoke Chinese and could not pronounce walnuts and strawberries. He showed me what he was try to say on his phone. He pulled up Chinese text and I repeated I do not speak Chinese and you showing me your yis not helping since I don’t read Chinese either. Later on I had liquid diarrhea 3 x throughout the night. My stomach hurt till the next day. I did not report it yet because the front desk person (Matt) did not know the Food and Beverage Administration’s name so I figured I would wait and discuss that issue with the Front Desk manager upon checkout. Overall many of the staff were nice, respectful and helpful but certain key individuals were not able to communicate and assist me. Also, I am handicapped but they did not seem to care. It would take too long to elaborate. Perhaps I will try another Boyd property.

Good place to stay in LV off the strip. Near good restaurant and Red Rocks. Only 20 minutes from the airport. If you are visiting LV and want a quieter place to stay this is a good option.

Great stopover in our way to LA. If you must stop in Vegas but want quiet away from the strip, this is it.

Very clean and less congested than other options on the strip. We took a car when we wanted to go downtown.

The hotel offers ample parking, which is a big plus. It's conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport and another 20 minutes from the Strip, making it easy to get around. The restaurants on-site provided a variety of delicious dining options, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent.

The room was clean the first day but we had to call for towels the second day. There was 3 restaurants and they rotated so i was thankful there were restaurants across the street. They need to step up their game.

Didn’t like that smoking was allowed everywhere. Carpeting is dated Dupar hostess should be more accomadating Rooms were nice Bar at pool was closed, signs said open. Coffee shop should stay open longer. Most of your associates were great.

During the week, most restaurants close at 9 pm. Room service is available on weekends only.

When it came to checkout, the reneged on a $10 promotion; it was impossible to get! They would not credit it back to room charges like they said at check-in. Also the coffee bar was not open in the afternoon! Not happy customer

It's a hotel and casino with six reasonably priced restaurants. Lots of shopping just across the street.

The bed was a little hard, the room service was okay, but it was very clean. The Valet guys were excellent. Du-Par's restaurant & bakery was excellent and made the best Pecan pie ever.

Mold in the shower. Refrigerator in the room did not work when I asked to repair. No one came. no microwave, no coffee machine, no room service, Stale air inside, unpleasant odors throughout. cigarette smoke terrible throughout the common areas. Timing for family and children movies were inconvenient An ill timed. bowling alley was completely tied up with tournament team use. steakhouse was closed on the days we were there. ice cream shop closed to early. Dupars restaurant was FANTASTIC!!!
