Liked the dining options and the upbeat appearance of the casino. The room was spacious but the bathroom was small, dated and crowded. Visitors should bring extension cords with multiple outlets. Very few in the room and the USB ports were either not connected to a power source or have failed. Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. Nice large flat screen TV. Pool is more like you would find in a small community but it was clean and the lounge chairs were comfortable. Decent well maintained garden area with benches where you can relax and count your winnings.

We stayed for just one night to have a mini getaway. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The hotel has great food options from fancy to fast. Delicious ice cream place. It’s also very family friendly. Arcade, bowling, movie theater. Our room was nice, bed was ok. Very clean. Bathroom was tiny but it did the job. We didn’t go in the pool but we had a look. Cute little oasis and the gym was super nice. The price for the room was pretty decent although resort fees are a scam but that’s Vegas. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll be back.

A wonderful property. A great casino, plenty of wonderful restaurants, and a nice hotel. The 24-hour restaurant harkens back to old-time Vegas, with HUGE portions and modest prices. The pool area is excellent, when a break from gambling is needed !

The Stink of Pot, Dirty, Bedding did not fit, Refrigerator was frozen over Pool is Tiny and surrounded by Maintenance yards with junk all around. You have to walk through Smokers to get to elevators and Food court. Food was way overpriced and Awful. No Security in Parking, felt unsafe going to car.

Unfortunately we were in Las Vegas on a Saturday night so all hotel prices were up. We chose this one for the price. Now we know it is definitely worth it to pay a little more for an updated and clean room that doesn’t smell like smoking.

I recently stayed at the Santa Fe Station Hotel in Las Vegas and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Despite the hotel’s policy of no smoking in rooms, the hallway had a strong smell of smoke and marijuana, which was unpleasant. The carpets in the room were quite dirty, and the washrooms were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Additionally, the property did not match the images shown in the advertisement, leading to further disappointment. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

I liked the variety of the food options and the size of the hotel. Parts of the slot area in the casino didn't seem as well ventilated and was really smokey. I had to move across the area and that was better. I didn't notice smokers on the first area so I'm not sure why it was so bothersome, but the table area and closer to the theater was much better ventilated. The hotel pillows are not comfortable, it feels like couch pillows with sheets, very full and hard, left with a neck ache after doing that for 3 nights. The beds are also weirdly close to the ground, maybe 1 foot off the floor. Bathroom shower was great for pressure but the toilet almost touches the countertop and the toilet paper is behind your shoulder, I have not experienced a bathroom this small in a hotel. Odd layout. I liked the variety of game and food options, but the room was strange. Room cleanliness was also fine, room was not loud, but I don't believe we had neighbors during our stay.

The king bed was super low to the ground very hard to get out of amd the mattress was way to hard. The pillows are even worse..the bathrooms are tiny. We could hear everything from the room next to us.

Our room was large, however the bathroom was terrible. I cant believe the bathroom is to code! Toilet was 2 inches from sink cabinet, absolutly no room. no towel hangers. outdated color scheme, had a beautiful view of the trash area and storage. upon entering the hotel reception area, you are hit with cigarette smoke. not a well ventilated area. the staff at the 24 hr restaurant and Charcoal grill were very friendly and attentive. Our Bed was comfortabe except for the pillows.

My wife were unable to stay, due to being uncomfortable. It smelled as soon as we got off the elevator. It was creepy and i think that the registration head person i dealt with could use a refresher on customer service.

1st of all, I arrived about 1.5 hrs prior to official check-in time and although my room was ready, they charged me an early checkin fee. I asked if they could waive it but was told “no”. I had to be at a funeral by 2, so I went ahead and paid. My friend also staying at the hotel and arrived before I did, was waived the early check-in fee. Completely unfair and, I feel, discriminatory. Also bed was very worn, practically on the ground and uncomfortable.

Do not stay at the station casinos unless you want to be incorrectly billed for smoking when you have never smoked a day in your life! We were charged $250 because their stupid sensors went off one time during our short stay. On top of that, it was 78 degrees in the room and was colder in the hallway. I would never stay at a station casino again and would highly recommend that everyone reconsider going there! This has never happened to us before and they are not willing to remove the fee from our bill!

I would never stay at a station casino again and would highly recommend that everyone reconsider going there! This has never happened to us before and they are not willing to remove the fee from our bill!

The check in staff for the Hotel was very unfriendly and not welcoming. On a 4 state trip and this was our last stop on our return home. The bed was literally the worst of 8 hotels during this trip. I mentioned it to the front desk on check out and was told “oh well I’ll let management know”. I had seen other reviews that mentioned the beds and management asked that they be contacted so it could be remedied. So we figured they seem to care. I told the girl I just wanted to let them know a head of time. She didn’t care and not sure it would get passed on. The casino staff on the other hand especially the food court, were very nice, chatty and friendly. We ate at two spots and they were very good. Both well priced and made sure we were happy. We only played slots and didn’t win but were able to play within our budget for 3-3.5 hrs. The casino is smokey but there are areas that are better than others so you can get away from it if you need to. Overall we probably will visit the casino again but stay at one of the hotels nearby. Too bad as this resort has a lot to offer.

besides the manager downstairs that was very helpful with our one night stay, which had to be extended due to the excessive noise from next door, our overall stay was okay. i extended my checkout to 2pm as i needed to get some sleep because of the noise from the night before like i mentioned, and i felt rushed to check out in a way by the housekeepers. i’ve had 3-4 knocks from the housekeeper to see if i was still in the room. if my checkout is at 2pm, DO NOT COME TO MY DOOR until 2:01pm. they kept coming to my door since 11am. that was very uncomfortable. we did check out, and we did check in elsewhere, but we wouldn’t have had to had we not felt so out of place with the treatment & surrounding area. to the manager that helped us. thank you. your one good deed won’t make up for the one too many mistakes and hiccups we have encountered, but we can say it made us feel seen and heard nonetheless as paying customers. thank you.

The hotel/casino has restaurants, fast food dining and a Starbucks. But there's no other dining places nearby except gas stations. Staff are friendly. It's hard to walk around the hotel without breathing in smoke because of the casino.

Santa Fe Station is a great place to stay. The only drawback was the casino is not close to downtown or the airport so not quite as convenient but it had all the amenities you can think of. There is many restaurants, a movie theater, bowling and, of course, gambling.

Overall, super nice hotel for the price. Lots of amenities, safe and convenient location. Two small complaints. Had the king size bed room. Bed frame was too small for the mattress and the mattress hung off the side when you were in the edge of the bed. Other small suggestion, complaint. No hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. Otherwise, very happy with the hotel. Love that the food court and Starbucks were right outside the hotel room elevator and you don’t have to walk through the smoky hotel to get food. Very clean and safe hotel. Will stay here again.

Station casinos may become my go to for Vegas. Hotel was friendly and overall well maintained. Food choices were great, room was comfortable, and staff were professional and knowledgeable. This is a great hotel!

Liked the dining options and the upbeat appearance of the casino. The room was spacious but the bathroom was small, dated and crowded. Visitors should bring extension cords with multiple outlets. Very few in the room and the USB ports were either not connected to a power source or have failed. Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. Nice large flat screen TV. Pool is more like you would find in a small community but it was clean and the lounge chairs were comfortable. Decent well maintained garden area with benches where you can relax and count your winnings.

Our check in went well and the person who checked us in made sure that our room was by the elevator. We had dinner at their Mexican restaurant. The food was good , but over priced I thought. In the morning we had breakfast at the Brass Fork, but had to wait 15 minutes to be seated because they were under staffed. There were plenty of open tables but they would not seat us.

I think santa fe station was a great value for the price. 24 hr restaurant availability, fine dining and mexican dining on site, pool and hot tub, movie theater was great, and i loved watching the line dance lessons at stoneys. I had a great time. I know smoking is allowed in casinos. And santa fe is much better than others, but ya. Cigarette smoke is just yucky.

We stayed for just one night to have a mini getaway. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The hotel has great food options from fancy to fast. Delicious ice cream place. It’s also very family friendly. Arcade, bowling, movie theater. Our room was nice, bed was ok. Very clean. Bathroom was tiny but it did the job. We didn’t go in the pool but we had a look. Cute little oasis and the gym was super nice. The price for the room was pretty decent although resort fees are a scam but that’s Vegas. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll be back.

The room was clean and the sheets were clean. I was comfortable and I would stay here again. My only issue was the mattress sunk in a little bit when you lay on the bed.

the staff was pretty friendly. however, the toilet clogs easily and the wifi only worked maybe an hour or so out of the day. they sent someone to come check the connection in my room, he called down to have the front desk add my name to the tv, as he said that could be the issue. once they did, his partner was able to connect. But my laptop or my phone still wouldn't connect. Actually, it connected but nothing would load. it was that way off and on the entire 4 day stay. (Mostly off). they said they'd send someone to look again but nothing. I work from my phone so it was a bummer to see no one really moved on this issue. I was given a $50 food credit on the 3rd day because of the internet issue, but that's about it. One of the shelves in the bathroom was broken as well. which could be hazardous. that than those issues, the beds are pretty comfortable. clean and well kept. I was frustrated when housekeeping knocked 1 time and 2 seconds later came inside the room. She didn't even give me time to respond before she just walked in. Thankfully I was in bed and fully covered, But that was not okay. . . . . . .There's plenty of restaurants in the casino to choose from. pool is pretty small, but I'm just here on a staycation until my new home is ready so I didn't come for that. I'd stay again if I needed to. The issues I mentioned above can easily be fixed. Doesn't take away from the Hotel Overall.
