The hotel is located in a very convenient area, facing Jalan Alor and within walking distance to both Bukit Bintang and the Petronas Twin Towers. The guest room was kept clean and I had a comfortable stay. However, compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, I found a few aspects that could be improved. The breakfast buffet had limited options, and some of the dishes that should have been served hot were unfortunately cold. The coffee from the machine was also instant. Personally, I felt that instead of paying extra to have breakfast at the hotel, it would be more satisfying to eat at one of the local eateries nearby, many of which open early in the morning. Additionally, the in-room security box was not anchored, meaning it could be carried away entirely, which defeats the purpose of having a safe. I thought this was a concern in terms of security.

不知道為什麼房間內部會有與隔壁房間相通的門，不確定是否能打開，但是很詭異，然後換洗用品缺東缺西，都要自行跟櫃檯領取

1. Rooms -- Our room faced the Jalan Alor Food Street but it was surprisingly very quiet. Soundproofing must be good. We were however not impressed with the poor room state when we arrived at night – the kettle and glass water jug still had water in them from the previous guest, the soap bottle was empty, and the shower wasn't properly cleaned. The shower flooded after 1 use and we had to soak our feet in dirty water from the drains. I would expect better from the Accor brand. We had to wait until the next day for the drain to be cleaned which wasn't ideal. After we submitted the complaint to the front desk, the issues were addressed the following day which put us more at ease. 2. Location -- Location is good and bad – the hotel is on the same street as Jalan Alor Food Street, which makes it almost impossible for taxis to drop us off right at the front of the property. Even walking back to the hotel in the evening can be a mission with food stall shopkeepers calling out and trying to get you into their restaurants. It's good in that you have quick access to a lot of food options but bad in that hotel accessibility is compromised for both cars and walking on foot. 3. Food/drinks -- Filtered water station is available on the room floor. 4. Hotel amenities -- I was also shocked that Ibis doesn't provide a hair dryer for each room – we were told we would need to borrow one and return it to the front desk after each use as they had a limited number available.

家族３人で宿泊。ベット3台希望。海外のホテルで３人以上のオーダーを出すと クィーン1台やダブル2台などになってしまう。こちらにはファミリールームやトリプルがあるので決めました。またアロー通りに面していますが、特に騒音は感じません。　ブキッビンタンのど真ん中にあるホテルより静かだと思う。 警備員さんがちゃんと仕事をしてくれている方なので、遅い時間でも安心して出入りができます。 歯ブラシ、スリッパは無い　と記載されていましたが人数分ありました。 歯ブラシ、水も毎日補充されます。 フェイスタオルは無し。 バスタオルは少々　使い込んだ感じですが清潔は保たれているので問題ありません。 冷蔵庫、シャワー、トイレ、金庫は OK。　シャワーは水圧も温度も安定しています。 エレベーターのカードキー２枚いただきました。 変わるがわる、どちらかが使えるなくなり、部屋に入れない、エレベーターが動かないなど何度もありました。 フロントですぐに対応はしてもらえるものの、これは改善してほしい点です。 洗濯機もハプニングがありましたが、誠意を持って対応して下さいました。 宿泊層は、トラベロッジ らしく リュックだけ背負った若者のグループや 旅慣れた方々が多いように感じました。 いろいろな国のトラベロッジ に泊まっていますが、 場所、値段、合理的　なので次回も泊まります。

Don't let the exterior of the building and common areas fool you. The room is as good as any North American average hotel room. Parking can be a pain due to the location right off the busiest park of Jalan Alor. For the convenient location, the clean and maintained room, and the friendly staff, this hotel is a great value.

The facilities were good, and the location was great, although difficult for vehicles to come in during the evening because of the street closure (street food) on Jalan Alor. Amenities were wanting, breakfast was ok but not good.

The room is cleaned but the towel is dirty. There is noise from neighboring rooms. Parking is limited, and the area around the hotel is very congested. The employees are very kind.

The only challenging thing is getting in and out between 6pm to midnight since the street is not drivable. Also need hand soap in the room.

Road closed at 4pm so it’s convenient for us as we are driving

It was noisy till late at night. 6. Staff could be more helpful. 7. There were flies buzzing around the breakfast buffet. The food was not covered at all times so this presents a hygiene issue.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schoon en goed verzorgd kamer.

Room was very loud from outside noise. No food allowed in hotel or you get a fine according to sign. Bed sheets where dirty on arrival and area has high homeless. Checked out after an hour and found another hotel.

洗面台の排水に水漏れがあった。 バスタオルが古く少し黒ずみが気になった。 チェックアウトの後、夕刻まで荷物を預かっていただいて助かった。 アロー通りが賑やかで楽しかった。また、周辺に数多くお店があり良かった。

The room was clean. Staff was prompt when called. A lot a local activity outside the hotel doors. The room was very basic, no where near as elaborate as the advertisement photo. There was a leak under the bathroom sink.

The room was very run-down. The bathroom, in particular, was not clean; it felt very grimy. The towels were not clean. The floor (hardwood) was dirty. We kept having to ask for toilet paper. The TV had a bad reception for local channels and offered no streaming services. Good location for food, if you're after street food from Jalan Alor, otherwise-- stay elsewhere.

立地は良いです。徒歩でジョージタウンを散策できます。ベットのシーツが破れている箇所があったのと、3泊したのですが、2泊目にシーツを汚してしまったのですが、交換してくれませんでした。フロントスタッフに笑顔はなく、ただ泊まるだけで良ければ立地は良いのでお勧めです。

ホテル正面の繁華街通りと反対側の部屋だったので思っていたよりも静かに過ごせた。客室内は綺麗、快適に過ごすことができた。

Hotellet ligger godt i Bukit Bintang. Der er et meget travlt aften marked lige nedenfor døren, hvor du kan finde mange spændende ting. Medarbejderne var glimrende. Desværre, så mangler hotellet en del, hvis jeg skulle overnatte hos dem igen. Deres puder er vitterligt mursten, bruseren var så svag, WiFi hoppede af en del, og så forstod jeg ikke den store altan uden stole/borde. Jeg havde en mærkelig oplevelse med rengøring. Jeg var ude om morgenen, hvor de var i gang med værelserne på samme etage. Da jeg kom hjem 6-7 timer senere var mit værelse stadigvæk ikke klargjort. Så skulle selv ned og spørge efter f.eks. toiletpapir. Derudover kunne aircon ikke få værelset til at blive koldere end 24 grader, selvom temperaturen var sat til 16 grader. Hotellet var et af de dyrere på min tur, og levede ikke op til forventningerne...

トランジットの関係で一泊しました。部屋自体はきれいで、清潔感があり、お風呂の水量も全く問題なかったです。立地に関しても目の前にフードストリートがあり、ご飯を食べてすぐに帰れるのでとても良かったです。ただ、コネクティングルームの部屋だったので、繋がっているドアの部屋のノイズ、テレビの音が気になりました。

Great location in the middle of a huge strip of wonderful street food vendors, as well as public transportation. Hearing from within the room (fairly mellow) buskers singing to the outdoor diners late into the night got a bit annoying, and the place could use a makeover, but all-in-all an excellent value for the money.

アロー通りの美味しいミッキーのお店が目の前にあり、裏には有名マッサージ店があり、とても便利でした。またロビーのセキュリティの方がいつもドアを開け閉めしてくれて感じが良かったです！

We arrived late at night, so had to walk for about 50metres to the hotel due to the night street market at jln alor. Our 4nights stay was pleasant. Food hunters heaven, easy walk to Bukit bintang, low yat, berjaya times square. Only need to improve on the tv channels. Managed to get AXN only..

Very close to the night market.

Close to night market. Close to pavillion and MRT. Very convenient

朝食はメニューが少ないです。部屋のアメニティも十分ではありません。部屋はとても綺麗、立地も良いです。

酒店員工樂意幫助房間闊度有適中早餐少選擇少但不斷供應門口就是亞羅'食街夜市附近是旺區牀太軟中間下沉近地鐵站

空調、シャワー共に快適でした。アロー通りに面しているので食べ歩き最適です。ただ音楽が夜遅く（0時過ぎても）まで流れているので少し気になりました。朝食は7:30開始です。最終日はフライトの関係で少食抜きです。もう少し早い時間からやってほしいです

Everything is okay. Except breakfast not enough variation

No the breakfast was terrible. Little options and many inedible stale offerings. The croissants must have been at least 6 days old— just crazy. No fresh tea. No teabags available despite my request— just appalling tea out of a machine that was not drinkable. Only on one day was one fresh fruit offering available. Just a waste of money.

我不知是否給了錯誤的房間，回來想價錢和房間的比率不對，因和圖片的不一樣，沒有露臺，浴室也沒有用品，祗有洗澡和洗頭液。早餐選擇不多。
