Overall clean property. Quiet area. Fitness room is tiny.

They need an elevator i had to cancel my reservation the following weekend i couldnt drag my luggage up those stairs

Website said Airport Shuttle but it did not.

It was advertised as having an airport shuttle. That is why we booked it. When we got here we were told there is no airport shuttle. Our Uber will cost us nearly 80.00

This place is great but it has lot walking steps to be aware. If you have bags to carry, it can be a challenging to carry to 2nd floor.

We had good stay there, Thank you. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was good size for 4 people family. Oven and fridge were clean enough. Only bathtubs needed to clean more. Front desk staffs were very nice and friendly. Had swimming pool, laundry, small gym, and complimentary breakfast were good for us to stay 2weeks. I thought they had tennis court but it was way small to say it is a tennis court. It was 1/4 size for that. It was basketball practice place actually. Overall, we had a really relaxing and comfortable stay so Thank you.

The room was the perfect space for my family of two adults, three kids and small dog. We enjoyed the pool and bbq’ing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing we disliked is the $12 fee per day to park your car in the property.

The property itself is on a slope. If anyone has mobility issues, I suggest staying somewhere else. There were several tricky steps we had to navigate in order to make it to our room. We had a person with mobility issues in our group and our room was on the backside from where check in was. We had to get there on foot, hauling our luggage by ourselves because we had Ubered there. The room was so so at best. We also had to use the pull out sofa bed because there wasn't a 2 queen bed set up available. We were all in one room, no privacy and we had no rearrange the furniture to be able to use the pull out bed. The bed itself was very uncomfortable.

The overall layout is a bit to figure out and navigate, but the rooms are excellent! The on-site gym is tiny - only 2 cardio machines and 4 pairs of dumbbells (max 25 lbs), so don't expect to get a serious workout

Needs some work, there was minimal hot water and my showers were cold in 5 minutes, we are past covid so the whole 3 to 7 day of stay room cleaning is now a way for the owner to pocket more cash, and healthy breakfeast options like pre cooked whole eggs and greek yoghurt were not stocked more then 1 of my 3 day stay. Wont be staying here again.

Nice hotel spread out in a fairly quiet location. Plenty of parking and in many cases right in front of your room. The rooms are split into block of 4 rooms I think with the small pool at the centre. The room was very large, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Whilst clean and fine, the bathroom area looked a little dated. The breakfast was nice and even when busy there was no issue finding somewhere to sit. It was a big plus that they left out coffee all day Only minor criticism is that room cleaning is only once a week, we a 'refresh' every other day. Seems like a cost cutting measure that should be looked at.

It was an okay stay, I didn’t appreciate the pull out couch to not have a fitted sheet over it, it was super dirty and stained. There was never hot water when showering it was hot for couple min and within minutes turned warm and before we could finish shower it was cold. Other than that everything else was fine.

We got into our room with floors that either did not get vacuumed or were quickly and poorly vacuumed. We noticed stuff on the carpet, stains on the curtains, scuffs and marks on the closet doors, and then I noticed something else on the ground that looked odd and then grabbed a paper towel to retrieve it and it was a big dried up bloody booger... Obviously, a disgusting thing to find on your hotel room floor. I immediately went to the front desk after they did not pick up the phone and expressed my concerns. I asked to see if there was another room to be moved to and Kate expressed that the hotel is full. She offered to have the floor vacuumed, but that doesn't take away the grossness of finding a nasty booger on the carpet. I asked if we could be transferred to another Residence Inn, she said their systems weren't connected. I mentioned a refund and she said the cancellation fee was the price of a one night stay. So, my only option was to stay in the room, or cancel and not get a refund then come out of pocket for another hotel somewhere else. I also mentioned speaking to a manager and she said they don't have managers there over the weekend... Also, she hardly took her hands off the keyboard and could care less. Since we were there for just one night, we decided to stay and wear our shoes in the hotel the entire time because of what else may be laying around on the ground. The last thing you want when you are trying to feel clean and comfortable in your hotel room.

Think twice before booking here. My family’s stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle/Bellevue was a nightmare. We originally booked a one-bedroom suite but were “upgraded” to a larger room that turned out filthy: crumbs on the floor, empty bottles on the couch, milk and candy left out, dirty dishes, spills on the kitchen floor, baby clothes in the closet, used towels on the bathroom floor, and no toilet paper. The beds looked like they hadn’t been changed. When we asked for another room, the receptionist, Kate, said no housekeeping was available but downgraded us to a smaller room. That room was left open when we arrived, smelled heavily of cigarettes, and had towels in a bag left outside. When we said we couldn’t stay there, Kate became annoyed and said nothing more could be done. I asked for a refund to book another hotel, but she refused, even after Expedia called. When I asked for the manager, I was told they weren’t available. And was still denied a refund. At that point, exhausted and with our kids, we said we’d just stay — only to be told we’d already been checked out and no rooms were available. The entire experience was shocking. Kate showed zero compassion, accountability, or respect. This hotel is unsafe, unsanitary, and provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here.

It really felt like a small apartment for our stay, it was nice! Felt homey. The only issue we had was that the floor wasn’t vacuumed prior to us getting there, our toddler kept finding nail clippings from a previous guest and it was grossing us out, but once we scoured the floors for anything small we were good. The hot water ran out quite quickly each shower but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was satisfactory with a nice spread of choices and the mini store had a good selection of snacks and pain relief that we needed after traveling, check out was smooth

Great location! Bathroom was dated and dingy. Shower curtain smelled like a wet rag and tub looked as if it hadn’t been clean in a while.

Worst experience in a Marriott. We were able to check in early but the room smelled like damp and wet. We stayed for 7 days, hotel policy says they will clean every 3 days. Our 3rd day arrived, i went to front desk to request cleaning and etc and he said yes you are scheduled, we were gone all day, came back nothing was done, went to office and remind them again for next day, next day no show. July 4 someone showed up at 8am wanting to clean while we were in the room and we said to come back later, he said we get off soon! July 5th while my husband n i were doing laundry, they came in to change towels and take out trash. Just very disappointed.

First room they gave us had not been cleaned - at all. Second room had a large carpet stain on the floor that could have been/ should have been cleaned a long while ago. Property is very dated. For a one night stay we paid a total of $379. This was extremely excessive for this property. Perhaps if it was in the heart of downtown Seattle, I could have justified the price. Would not recommend.

Spacious studio room sized like an apartment. Clean, upscale and comfortable.

The Inn is visually appealing, but the individual apartments have poor sound and thermal insulation. If you happen to be on the lower floor of the 2-floor wooden structure, you will hear every move of the guest on the upper floor - every step, every door opening or closing, every squeak of the bed frame. In addition, every sound outside the room was clearly and loudly audible, including the movements of other guests, and birds chirping loudly starting from about 4:30am. The maximum temperature of the shower was barely above body temperature, and the bath tub did not look clean enough for me to choose having a bath instead. During the 4-nights stay, my room was not cleaned once, which is extremely eco-friendly, in modern hotel jargon. Overall, it didn't deliver the experience I would have expected from a Marriott brand.

I was not aware I would be charged for parking overnight.. I did not see this mentioned in the booking information on your website! The room itself was alright. I was in an accessible room; so on 1st floor; and the floors above made extreme noise when the guests walked / moved around. The front desk associate took a long time to get back to me to record my new Marriot - Envoy number so I could get a free wifi pass. Last, the free breakfast had limited options, food was not great and it could be improved upon. The yogurt offered should not be called yogurt with the level of preservatives and non-dairy ingredients for example.

A very comfortable home away from home. We were a group of 5 and the 2 bedroom penthouse was good as it had 2 bathrooms. The full kitchen is useful though would be nice to have a kettle. Convenient location if you have things to do in Bellevue and Redmond. The complimentary breakfast was good with a wide selection.

I was surprised to see the comfortable size of the room - the bed, the kitchen, the bathroom! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils. It was more than I expected. I enjoyed the self serve breakfast. Finally, if I had any concerns or questions, the staff at the main desk was extremely helpful. I would stay at this inn again.

The property overall was fine. The bed was comfortable and I liked the full kitchen. The TV and internet service was great. Parking was ok. The "fitness center" is overstating things a bit - one treadmill, one elliptical, and a few free weights was all there were. The HVAC in our unit was stuck at 66 degrees, which was chilly, but we were ok with it - others may not be. The outside of the property could use a makeover/paint job, and there was quite a gap around our unit door. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The walls/ceiling are THIN - you can hear every footstep and full conversations. We were in a downstairs unit. That was kind of annoying, but fortunately, the people above us were quiet at night. For the amount we paid - almost $280/night - I expected a more modern unit that was updated. That being said, the location was ideal for the event we were attending, and there wasn't anything "wrong" with the accommodations.

Air-con system is too noisy, fan cannot be turned low, only high and off functions. Suite Upstairs is too hot and downstairs is cold.

It had a larger spacious room but it was a bit worn

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my recent two stays were the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The arrogant attitude displayed at the front desk seems to be a direct result of poor hotel management training. I requested towels and hotel supplies, but after several hours, no one came to fulfill the request. I also reported a malfunctioning fire alarm due to the constant sound, but again, no one responded. Every request I made from the room took hours to be addressed. When I asked for a receipt, as Residence Inn in Sunnyvale always provides, I was told they do not issue receipts in Bellevue, and even received an unprofessional response. To make matters worse, I discovered that my personal items were missing from the room after I checked out two days later. When I inquired, I was told that everything had been disposed of. Is this how a franchise hotel operates? I have traveled extensively around the world, and this is by far the worst service I have encountered. The management team should be replaced, as this hotel does not deserve its guests' respect.

TC could not able to give me a key because there is some tech problem in their system. So I end up asking them to open the key for me everytime I need it.

When the heater automatically turns back on every half an hour or so in room 912, there is a very loud banging noise that will wake you up. The heater needs maintenance. The front desk also charged me for parking without informing me that parking is an extra fee. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and by the end of the week my hips hurt from laying on it. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been shampooed in a long time. The breakfast was wonderful. The outside of the property was beautiful. The bathroom didn't have a door, which was strange but I didn't mind since I was traveling alone. Honestly I expected more since this was Marriott.

Staff were not friendly. We were visiting for a wedding and were in possession of jewelry. Before booking we called the hotel and were informed that there were no lockers in the room, however in the main office they had a lock box where we could keep valuables. The day we arrived they could not locate key to this lock box. For first 3 days we could not use this. We stayed for 8 days. After 3 days they found the key and we were able to store our valuables in this lock box. But on our way out they once again could not find the key, our valuables were in the lockbox. They finally located next day. Overall we are disappointed with the hotel for a long day. Also the breakfast was the same for all 8 days. We requested some change, however the staff did not change anything.

Second time staying in this property. Overall good except at the time of checkin. Room was not ready at checkin time. The worst was no timeline was given as when the room was available. This was horrible granted that I have dinner reservation in downtown Seattle an hour after the original checkin time. Ended up with leaving all my luggages in the rental car while having dinner. Not a very safe situation and luckily nothing happen.

I booked this residence Inn by mistake because I didn't realize it was so far from port 91 for our cruise. And we were booked for another night upon our return. When I explained our situation with the front desk, she immediately got on the phone and cancelled our current reservation at this INN and booked us a closer one. I will be forever grateful for her kindness and service. You don't see that type of service now days. I wish remember her name but she the evening shift on 8/18

This was great to stay just outside of Seattle. Convenient to get to the rail transportation to go into Seattle.

Great location, friendly staff, clean & comfortable, and breakfast included. I stayed her for 8 days after surgery. Just a short drive to all the areas I needed. Overall, I'd stay here again. Only con(s): lots of stairs, so if you need floor level (accessible) make sure you request an accessible room. (Parking right in front of room). Sofa bed/Mattress is not updated and not real comfortable (thin spring mattress).

Off the beaten path a bit. But affordable solid accommodations. Staff was very competent and informative.

We booked a "penthouse suite" and it was awful. There are so many stairs on this property and the walkways are very narrow and uneven. It was not easy to navigate especially at night. It was very loud and this lady had her dogs off leash and completely out of control. There were shady people doing drugs in the parking lot. The breakfast was awful. Not even worth advertising. They didnt even havw syrup for the waffles,on had one waffle maker, and the coffee was terrible as well. We ended up eating at McDonald's and Shari's for breakfast the following mornings. We would never stay here again and honestly I'm very disappointed with the amount of money we paid to stay here. Wish I could've canceled after the first night, but booked last minute with no refund option...never doing that again.

Loved this property! My new go to! Breakfast buffet was very good!

The breakfast was not great . Black beans , rice , steamed frozen vegetables , Coming from Canada we found this odd, we would of liked some more traditional items to be available . Fresh fruit would of been great , brownish bananas and a few apples were on the counter . There were waffles , eggs and some pre wrapped breakfast sandwiches but were not refilled quickly enough with all the guests. My milk was sour that I had grabbed out of the mini fridge. The garbages were overflowing in the dining area. We had come to Seattle for the Taylor Swift concert. I feel prices were highly over inflated for this property and then being charged extra for parking daily seemed ridiculous.

This hotel is fine. It is in need of some updating, though. Our room was fine, but they didn’t tell us it was an accessible room that didn’t have a door to the bathroom. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Breakfast was kind of a mess. They didn’t have everything when we showed up and they hadn’t emptied the trash so it was messy.

Super tasty and healthy hot breakfast daily. It was a great stay. We will be back. I wish all Resdience Inn by Marriott are this good. Lot of dining options as you get to the main street and turn right. Very close to Microsoft campuses. Great staff and free clean drinking water to fill your water bottles in the lobby.

We never got maid service other than them taking out the trash and giving us new towels every 3 days. The breakfast was good. The last day we were there they had run out of many items. For the price you pay to stay here it could be better.

The king room was very comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast had something for everyone including lactose free milk. I highly recommend this property.
