This location is behind some restaurants and other businesses so a bit hidden. Area around property and the pet-friendly room itself was clean and decently appointed albeit a bit spartan. Free Wi-Fi is basic and there is only coffee/tea in the AM. For the price, can’t complain. Got a good night’s rest in a quiet, clean room.

Extremely clean room & hotel! The sheets are a little scratchy, but that’s the only negative. The room felt super clean, & the staff is extremely friendly. Pets stay for FREE (with $50 deposit you get back). Definitely recommend!

This Motel 6 was nicer than I anticipated. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also, the zero dollar pet fee is amazing! If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel, this is a good option. Will stay again!

This was really a nice place to stay overnight, everything has been updated, rooms are spacious, very clean, Cracker Barrel within walking distance, no on site breakfast but they do have coffee available in the lobby in the morning!

I didn't know a Motel 6 could be so clean. No shady characters around, lobby was clean, room was spotless, no dents or marks on walls, no broken sink, rust, shower was powerful and hot, bed very comfortable like new. Still hard to believe, but usually stay in more expensive hotels, not when I go to Lincoln, as good or better than hotels that are more than double in price.

There were eggs in the corners of the rooms at the top there was hair on the bathroom floor and a. Lot of it the towel on the tub also had black long hair on it and the bed looked like it had been just remade with out changing the sheets… I use to be a head house keeper so i know what to look for… not good ladies must do better!

Check on was awesome. Ashley was very friendly and helpful. Clean, nice room. Only issues was the air conditioner was loud and because it was so humid the wood floors were damp and everything felt wet. Would stay again. Very pet friendly.

Kimberly, The front desk receptionist, very rude. Accusatory stating that we smoked in the room we had only been there 15 minutes and in no way were smoking. She comes, knocking on the door, threatening to make us leave. A manager above her, came in and saw that we weren’t smoking and said it had to be from the morning. I will never recommend somebody nor will we ever go there again. I don’t appreciate the treatment or the way she handled the situation.

We have stayed at this property before and had no issues, however, for some reason after pre-paying for the room through hotels.com when I checked in they asked for a credit card for incidentals and they would not charge it. After checking my bank statement they charged me $50 I called hotels.com and they said it would be removed. it hase been 6 days and still not removed. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

This is the best Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Gayle at the front desk was awesome. It was so clean and an amazing value. Plus it’s dog friendly which is so important for me traveling with my Great Dane. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This motel, for the price, exceeded my expectations!! Everything was super clean. The bed was the most comfortable mattress that I’ve probably ever slept on in a motel! The water pressure in the shower was excellent! No frills. No breakfast, no shampoo and conditioner, etc. but the TV was huge for the room and had a ton of channels. There are vending machines and food within walking distance. Kimberly checked us in and was super friendly!! We are frequently in Lincoln and i have changed all future motel reservations to this motel. If you’re looking for luxury, don’t book but if you want clean, comfortable, and very affordable…this is your place!! Great job to the staff there!!

This location is behind some restaurants and other businesses so a bit hidden. Area around property and the pet-friendly room itself was clean and decently appointed albeit a bit spartan. Free Wi-Fi is basic and there is only coffee/tea in the AM. For the price, can’t complain. Got a good night’s rest in a quiet, clean room.

Good price and clean. However, only has coffee bar, no breakfast. The heater works well and is quiet. Convenient to I80 and a Cracker Barrel is very close by.

This was really a nice place to stay overnight, everything has been updated, rooms are spacious, very clean, Cracker Barrel within walking distance, no on site breakfast but they do have coffee available in the lobby in the morning!

Very basic motel but the price is good. No breakfast. The beds are comfortable. Definitely budget friendly but don’t expect the frills of higher end motels.

This hotel is conveniently located near the interstate but not so close to have traffic noise. It’s across the parking lot from a Cracker Barrel and just a couple miles from a lot of other restaurants and a Walmart. It’s clean and in great condition. The beds and pillow are comfortable with foam and feather options. The room temp is well maintained with the standard hotel air conditioning unit but controlled with the thermostat. The floors are vinyl plank which I much prefer to the carpet in hotels that gets sticky and gross. The breakfast is excellent with good choices and all fresh and tasty. It’s convenient to Nebraska Wesleyan and UNL to drop kids off at school which is why we stayed. This will be our hotel of choice for visiting our daughter at school.

Logan was at the front desk ready to check us in. He was quick and helpful. Prior to arriving, I made a request, which he helped me out with as well. It’s not one of those upscale hotels, but the entire place was newly renovated, clean, and modern looking. Our room was also clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. The AC was already on when we first went inside, which was nice because it was super hot outside. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had warm food (eggs, sausage, bacon crumbles), different types of bread (including tortillas to make breakfast burritos), oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, fruits, etc. the coffee maker brews fresh coffee for each person and is available 24/7. There’s also tea and hot chocolate. They also have cookies by the front desk that are refilled throughout the day. I took away one star for 2 reasons. 1) We can hear people walking upstairs probably due to the hard floors. It wasn’t too bad, but if the people up there were even a little rowdier, it would’ve been really annoying. 2) The blackout curtains aren’t flush to the wall and there are bright lights facing the hotel at night. The light comes into the rooms. Also, the AC is great, but it’s right below the curtains, so the curtains are flying. We put some items on the windowsill to hold them down so that they weren’t flapping everywhere.
