It took a while for the room to cool off: in August in Columbia strong AC is a must. Also the AC unit was very loud. Otherwise the place is fine. Good location and plenty of parking.

The hotel was under construction (which I understand and don\'t hold against them). It seemed a mess. The pool was closed. There was no "continental breakfast". There were no drink chits. I was there for a couple of days. There wasn\'t enough coffee in the room (one cup). There are other local hotels that offer these things and this one should as well.

Had two rooms. One room was ok, but had a few issues with furniture falling apart and heat was inconsistent. Our other room had many issues. Toilet did not work, heat did not work, furniture falling apart or inoperable. One additional minor thing was that the restrooms lacked towel bars to hang up towels, etc… Lack of food options. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and was very expensive. Obviously the know there are no other close by options so they capitalize on this.

Convenient location. Good gym. Appreciated having access to free weights and a pulley machine with pull up handles. Excellent breakfast and coffee service. No detergent available to do laundry. Only on coffee pod in room for two. Good stay.

Hotel was a wreck, construction being done at 7:30 Friday night during check in. If we hadn't been on the road since 12 PM we would have tried to find a other room. Front desk was rude, excuses, no ice machine in entire building was plugged in, hot tub has been filled in with cement. Dusty, noisy, highway traffic noise is ridiculous.

We were not informed of a major remodel that also closed the pool. We have a ant problem in our room plus a random bug on the ceiling. (Seems weird to see ants in MO in the winter) The cover on our bedding clearly wasn’t washed because it has a blue stain that looked fresh. We are pretty disappointed because we had chose this property for the indoor pool.

The hotel emailed us within a week of arriving, stating that they had extra late check outs due to the college game that night ( turned out it was the whole away team) and we had to wait 3 hours til after 6 pm to check in so they could clean all the rooms. We had our plans set, couldn’t arrive later so we went to nearby state park and hiked after an 11 hour drive. No thank you or anything for our inconvenience was given. Bathroom was dirty, many holes in the walls, and the bedding was dirty from some brown stain. Overall, not pleased with this 348$ a night room. So very disappointed as I expected more from this chain.

I really wanted to love this place. It was a recommended place to stay while in Columbia. However during our stay we found a large clump of hair on the carpet as well as dark hair in the shower. Definitely not my hair color.

There were no tissues left in the box, 2 used sodas in the refrigerator, only 1 wash cloth, no tea bags or a stick to stir coffee. The tub had a very slick bottom. I almost fell. The cleaning crew apparently didn't check off the list of things to check for. There were no instructions on the use of the shower or the TV. Even if the hotel didn't offer free breakfast, they should have at least had complimentary coffee, donuts or danish for their guest. Good grief, I can attend church service and get that.

I had reserved a room with a king bed. When I checked in, I was told I was receiving a room with two queen beds because a room with a king bed "was not available". When I asked if there was a price difference, the woman who checked me in replied "probably". When I asked what the price different was, she sighed heavily and said "let me check". Once I went to my room, the room was clean, however the bathroom was in desperate need of re-caulking around the bathtub, re-wallpapering around the bathtub, and painting on the inside door frame of the bathroom. These were things I was not expecting from a Mariott hotel; especially a hotel that charged almost $200 per night, in a town of 126,000.

Room was clean and met our needs other than TV would not power on. We arrived late at night so didn’t even bother calling to get it fixed. Tried to get coffee next morning was a challenge. Waited for 20 minutes to get my $7 coffee and service very slow!!

Easy to find and check in. Several small issues: Bathroom towel bar was loose. 2nd floor ice machine was not functioning. TV and remote proved problematic, no one was available to repair them. Disappointed there was no complimentary morning meal, not even a Continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and willing to try to help.

They did not have the room we paid for available. They switched us from two beds to one with a bed and pull out sofa only to go upstairs and the pull out bed had no mattress. This lady at the front desk was stressed by a line up of several of us with similar problems and no knowledge of how to solve this.

We had a 3 reservation for 3 day stay. We had NO housekeeping the entire time and were handed towels at the desk when we complained. They said they would talk to housekeeping (but we received no supplies other than towels. We were told the hotel could(would) do nothing to accommodate because we booked through Expedia. They were entirely inconsiderate and liked like they couldn’t care less. I would not recommend this hotel (and therefore their chain) at all.

It took a while for the room to cool off: in August in Columbia strong AC is a must. Also the AC unit was very loud. Otherwise the place is fine. Good location and plenty of parking.

Hotel was a wreck, construction being done at 7:30 Friday night during check in. If we hadn't been on the road since 12 PM we would have tried to find a other room. Front desk was rude, excuses, no ice machine in entire building was plugged in, hot tub has been filled in with cement. Dusty, noisy, highway traffic noise is ridiculous.

Room was clean and met our needs other than TV would not power on. We arrived late at night so didn’t even bother calling to get it fixed. Tried to get coffee next morning was a challenge. Waited for 20 minutes to get my $7 coffee and service very slow!!

The hotel was under construction (which I understand and don\'t hold against them). It seemed a mess. The pool was closed. There was no "continental breakfast". There were no drink chits. I was there for a couple of days. There wasn\'t enough coffee in the room (one cup). There are other local hotels that offer these things and this one should as well.

Had two rooms. One room was ok, but had a few issues with furniture falling apart and heat was inconsistent. Our other room had many issues. Toilet did not work, heat did not work, furniture falling apart or inoperable. One additional minor thing was that the restrooms lacked towel bars to hang up towels, etc… Lack of food options. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and was very expensive. Obviously the know there are no other close by options so they capitalize on this.

Convenient location. Good gym. Appreciated having access to free weights and a pulley machine with pull up handles. Excellent breakfast and coffee service. No detergent available to do laundry. Only on coffee pod in room for two. Good stay.

Easy to find and check in. Several small issues: Bathroom towel bar was loose. 2nd floor ice machine was not functioning. TV and remote proved problematic, no one was available to repair them. Disappointed there was no complimentary morning meal, not even a Continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and willing to try to help.

Property was being remodeled during our stay. Our floor was completed and nice. A few issues with the room included; water leak under air conditioner either from previous heavy rain or condenser(maintenance cleaned up), dirty towels left in bathroom from previous person, new wardrobes do not have a bar for hanging longer items like skirts, dresses, men's suit jacket, etc. There was room for a bar to be installed so maybe they will insert later. Must not have a woman on the design team. Also, handicap assesible room does not have a roll in shower. Very inconvenient for my mother. Details are important.

We had two mishaps with the hotel. The first is that they had no limo pickup service from the hotel when we arrived at the Columbia airport late at night. It cost us $75 for a taxi ride (10 Miles) to the hotel the first night. Then in the morning, our room was flooded with water from a rain storm and we had to move to another room that morning. The hotel did get a driver for their van to take me back to the airport in the morning to pick up a rental car (which was closed when we got in on Saturday night late). The staff was extremely nice about the whole affair and went out of their way to accommodate us. My wife's bag got lost on the airlines and did not arrive until the morning we were leaving, but the front desk manager gave my wife quarters to use the laundry facility to clean the clothes she had been wearing for three days before had to go to a wedding (the reason for the trip) on Sunday.

While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity.
