It was difficult to enter property. Pool was closed. Difficult to maneuver cart in to room. And when I asked about the guest laundry, I was told they didn't have any quarters. Breakfast was also disappointing.

Nice enough place. Clean and well appointed rooms. The door closest to our room and vehicle didn’t work which was an annoyance, but everything else was good. Area is very congested. No place to walk the dogs.

Very clean rooms. Smelled great coming in room. There is carpet, but seemed clean. And the beds are Comfortable! Pool area could use shade umbrellas or something since it is straight sunlight. But overall nice place! Traffic around and highways makes it tricky to get too, so pay attention to mapquest!😉

For this price range, the hotel was nice, quiet, super convenient for a family coming in off the freeway. The breakfast was better than we've had at many hotels. Biggest issue (and I almost gave 3 stars because it was my only search criteria), the pool was closed. My son was not happy!

While the workers were nice, the property is pretty run down. My room was missing the lock on the inside of the room, the bathroom could use an upgrade, The outside entrances did not feel secure. The one doesnt close all the way and the other had a hole through the lock, that you see through from the inside out. The hotel was full that night and by time I arrived there were no parking spots available. The bed and furniture were nice.

We were just stopping basically to sleep after driving from Colorado. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok (waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, fruit etc). My husband decided to do a quick run on the treadmill before we headed out for more driving. Pool was small, but if we had children with us, they would have enjoyed it.

Our room was filthy!!floor wasnt vacuumed, hair on bathroom floor and in tub so i couldn't bath my child, sink had hair looked like clippings around handles for water area on counter, hair in sink, coffe pot needed to be washed, microwave had a cup of red stuff tomato soup? Desk table had fingernail clipping the cover thats across bottom of bed needed to be washed our beds were cleaned thankfully

On our way back from a family vacation we has stayed in a different wyndam hotel and it was great, but this place was disgusting. Dirty surfaces, soiled carpets and terrible smells.

The staff were very nice. The room was appeared clean at first glance but my little granddaughter was running around barefoot and her feet were black after a few minutes. There toilet was loose and we had to jiggle the handle to stop the toilet running. The pull out couch mattress was very worn. The pad had stains that looked like blood. And the vent in the bathroom was filthy. Our room was next to the highway and the window had no insulation so it was very loud.

It was actually disgusting they diddnt clean there were hairs everywhere and we booked the room with the hot tub inside and the painting above the wall had white stuff dried to it very disturbing and there were “supplies” in the trash can that they diddnt clean either!!!!! Don’t even want to give it a 1 star… go ahead and go to the Drury right by there way better way cleaner and around the same prices

Very clean and nice room. Staff extremely friendly. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Would recommend highly.

Room was not in good condition.Tub did not drain well. AC was either off or on, as the termostat did not work, we had to turn it off and on manually to adjust the room temp. The stopper for the sink was broken off. The cable for the internet was dangling from a broken switch plate.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The double Queen room was very small. The rug felt sticky if walking on it barefoot. The sink vanity was right by the door and the toilet and tub/shower were is a separate room. The location of the hotel was between two well traveled roads. Not a great experience.

Great beds. Got a good nights sleep and breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Biggest issue, I was not a fan of the inconsistent water temperature while taking a shower. Water was cold the night we arrived, and lever did not work. Next morning water was warm, then got very hot then turned cold. Overall, not a bad room for the price.

Room was dingy and uncomfortable, plus the window wouldn’t shut and it’s right on the highway. Extremely loud, the appliances buzzed loudly too all night. Didn’t sleep at all.

Check in was quick, the room was immaculate and modern, the bed was comfortable and even the pillows were good. Had the bigger fridge vs the typical little square ones. I'll definitely be back!

They need to teach staff not to pick up the phone and hang up on callers. It happened to me a half dozen times as I was a late check in and called ahead to make those arrangements and was nearly denied access upon arrival. Hanging up on a customer who has already paid for their room and is trying to check in is unacceptable, I don’t care what time it is!

Check in was good clerk was friendly & helpful!! That was the only good interaction with the front desk! The guy in the daytime was very rude!! Room was spacious, bed needed to be updated actually the whole place needed some work

We had trouble with our first door lock and the Staff didn't make us wait around while they tried to fix it, instead they gave us a new room immediately. That was awesome!! We then asked the lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Angie, or something that began with an A) about the night life around the hotel, and her suggestions were spot-on!! She was an excellent host and because of her we had a Fantastic evening. All of this and for under $100.00. That's a win in my book.

I would like to say "thank you " to the staff person on duty at check-in for being welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Also, many thanks to the staff present at the desk during my check-out time. I appreciated that he smiled, thanked me for my stay, and invited me to visit again. This was my first time visiting in the city. During my next visit, I will look into staying at this property again.

Went to visit a family member at Mizzou. Close to Mizzou, a 5 min drive. A lot of places to eat and close to shopping. The place was busy for a football weekend and couldn’t hear anyone. Felt very safe and place was clean. Good place to stay.

Didn’t realize hotel was behind dumpster of gas station with many people wandering around even late at night. felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Nice bed and was clean, fine for 1 night.

The place was clean. But run down and rough in the entry’s and pool area. There were a lot of homeless surrounding the area that made us uncomfortable at times.

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, etc etc. The only drawback, and it's not the hotel's fault, but there's vagrants with shopping carts on the same street. They didn't bother us or anything like that, they were just there.

The only complaint we have is they said breakfast would be served until 9:30! We got down there before 9:00 and they were already putting things away! Other people came down a few minutes after us and didn't even get to eat! We felt like we were really rushed! We were even asked at 9:15 if we wanted anymore coffee because they were putting it up too!!!

Unfortunately this hotel is just not up to Wyndham standard. The bathroom door had multiple visible nails in it and the toilet bowl cover was clearly from another toilet as it didn’t even fit. Also smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Won’t be staying here again. However, the check-in clerk was very nice.

The breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. The staff was very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

Very clean and nice room. Staff extremely friendly. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Would recommend highly.

Convenient location and easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and very reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast was not very good. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were hard as a rock, not really edible. gravy was cold even though it was 7 am and in the crock pot.

Rooms were fairly clean. Can tell there is a shortage of staff. Breakfast was not good, barely anything and had to keep asking for run out necessities, apple and orange juice were watered down. Don’t recommend the breakfast!!!

Overall, not bad. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness of the property was average. The microwave looked like it could use a little cleaning. The toilet was not flushing properly. The staff gave me a plunger, but it didn’t help much. What I found truly amazing was that there was no shower curtain. By the time I realized it, I was getting ready to get into the shower. I would probably give them another chance to do a little better, but I’m not sure this is a place I would frequent while I’m in the area.

Terrible, room 120 the storm window wouldn't close and barely got the inside window to close. Staff wasn't helpful at all. It was hot in the room and therefore slept like crap. Left early morning because couldn't sleep so what was the point to stay.

If you plan on staying and you have kids, I wouldn’t pick this place. There are people who aren’t checked in all around, working on cars, walking all over the building not in their right state of mind. The room was spacious, but the fridge and microwave were very very old and didn’t work that well. The carpets haven’t been cleaned if any at all, so I was uncomfortable about letting my baby crawl around. Breakfast was nice, despite people coming in with animals, no shoes or socks. Lighting outside was nice to keep an eye on your vehicle. Will not be staying here again, it’s not worth the “good” price. Spend a little more for way better quality.

Dirtiest place we’ve had the pleasure of staying. There were empty alcohol bottles floating in the pool, cigarette burns on our bedding, and the bathtub was filled with hair. The floor was so dirty you could see the dirt and dust sitting on it. Lots of drug activity in the parking lot. My favorite part was the tweakers “working” on their car in the parking lot. For 48 hours they banged on the motor and jaw jacked.
