Impossible à l'accueil d'accéder au serveur et on m'a de reloué la chambre a 120 dollars, alors que j'ai payé 60 dollars et impossible d'annuler ma réservation alors qu'il était avant 15 heures heures locale.

The room was dirty. Only 2 lights worked. Night stand was broken. Tv didn’t work. Stains hair all over the bed. Cockroach in bathroom. Balcony on second floor was falling apart. Just an absolute nightmare of a place. Do not book there

Room was very dirty, bedding had stains all over them. Walls had what looked like blood splatter on them. The tub had dirt, hair and I don’t know what else in it. Would NOT recommend to stay here! The night staff was very rude, we ordered food, had it delivered and he tried to tell the guy to leave the property that he was trespassing. Horrible stay!!

When we arrived no one was in the office, I rang the bell, called the phone number, rang the bell again, and after 10 minutes someone finally came in. He kept trying to give us a single bed saying that is all he had when there were a adults and I booked 2 beds in the room. He finally found one. The A/C was terrible in the room. There were bugs, it didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. The sink was barely attached to the sink only on 1 side. The bathroom grout in the shower was black in most of it. The ligh fixture was barely attached to the wall. We were so tired we didn't was to look for somewhere else. The next morning I was going to let my son sleep a little longer but saw a bug walking around the inside of the pillow case and woke him up we left immediately
