Recommend avoiding Room 232, handicap with a balcony. When we first checked in everything seemed cleaned but we found our first roach on the desk in the right corner by window. We disposed of that roach and woke up in the morning to find another smaller roach underneath our clothes on the air conditioning unit. This was not the first issue with booking this hotel. Before entering the room, we were charged a second time for the same at the check in desk. I assumed it was just for an incidental charge but after that they charged another $25 for this. Now this issue was fixed the next day when we checked immediately by a different clerk. After not receiving a callback from the manager, i called back 2 days later. We were never offered anything for all these troubles, not even a coupon! We were just told that exterminators visited the room and they found no signs of roaches, even though i provided pictures of these said cockroaches. Although most of the staff was nice and reasonable, we would definitely never stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. An engineer came straight to my room when I discovered the tv didn’t work. He spent time on the phone with the cable company who also couldn’t fix it. The engineer immediately apologized and told me I could have a complimentary breakfast for my troubles. Not expected. The breakfast was ok. Eggs in chafing dish are always lumpy and tasteless but the sausage was tasty.
