At reception, you must present an official document (ID or passport). 1.5. You will receive keys for entrance and closet. Guests in female rooms receive an extra key to access the room. 1.6.. In case of emergencies, contact us. 1.7. Wi-Fi is free. The password will be provided at check-in. 1.8. The reception is open daily from 7h to 22h. 2. Check-out 2.1. Check-out must be done by 11h of the last day. 2.2. After check-out, your luggage can be stored until 22h no deposit, for R$10. 2.3. Late check-out (until 5pm) can be requested, depending on availability, by R$50. 3. Shared Rooms 3.1. Respect the silence between 11pm and 7am. During these hours, use headphones for electronic devices. 3.2. After 22h, keep the main light in the room off. 3.3. Store your valuables in the lockable closet and keep the space organized. The hostel is not responsible for personal items. 3.4. Only water is allowed in the rooms. Food and other drinks must be stored in the kitchen. 3.5. It is not permitted to circulate in rooms other than your own. 3.6. Visits are only permitted in common areas. If visitors are identified in the rooms, a security fee will be applied R$150. 3.7. Only one person per bed is allowed in dormitories. 3.8. Changing beds is only permitted with authorization from reception and if there is a special need. Remember to keep your personal hygiene up to date! 4. Bathrooms 4.1. After use, leave the bathroom clean, remember that someone else will use it after you. Be aware! 4.2. Remember to flush the toilet and use the toilet brush if necessary. 4.3. Do not throw paper in the toilet or on the floor. Use the trash can. 4.4. Keep the bathroom door closed. 4.5. Do not leave personal objects in the bathroom. 4.6. After check-out, use of the shower will not be permitted. 4.7. Don't wash clothes in the shower. 4.8. Bathroom use should be limited to 15 minutes. 5. Damages, Losses and Stains 5.1. Any damage caused, such as loss of keys, stains on bed linen or damage to utensils, will be charged to the person responsible for the amount of R$50. 6. General Rules It is not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages brought from outside. If this occurs, a fee will be charged R$50 per bottle. It is prohibited to carry or consume illicit drugs in the hostel. Ask at reception if you need an iron or ironing board. The hostel sockets are 120v. The shared kitchen will be available for general use between 11h e 22h. 7. Breakfast 7.1. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria/bar. 7h from 10h. After this time, an additional fee will be charged. 8. Hygiene and Cleaning 8.1. Common areas are cleaned daily 8.2. Room cleaning takes place after each guest checks out. 8.3. Laundry service available: R$45 per machine. Have a good stay!
