Hotel Vista Azul

This Hotel group was amazing and accommodating. We’re a family with 3 kids (6 months, 4yo and 7yo) and this made it so easy to travel with young kids. They enjoyed the pool, the magic show and the playground on the terrace. We opted to go all inclusive and it’s an awesome addition. The food was amazing and the drinks were endless. We plan to try another location on our next stay.

Excelent hotel vista azul

Most of everything was good, the tv however have very limited channels, they have a direct tv box and remote that simply do not work because service isn't provided, when you log in into your streaming services they take way to long to load or never come to play, pool tables are nice but the sticks are deteriorated, restaurant service and food is 5 stars, Alex is a tremendous server and very attentive and fast. Parking is exellent and front desk staff are always available and very helpful for any of your needs!

Sadly I have to say that our stay in Hotel Vista Azul was a disaster! Our room had bugs, there was NO hot water & when I went to use the phone to call the front desk the phone on our room was not working so we walked to the lobby & there was not a single staff member in sight! We were told by another guest that the only person working in the hotel at the time was a security guard. That was also nowhere in sight! The bathroom was not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty & had an unpleasant smell! The place was in a beautiful place but that all it had going for it! Don’t waste your time or money here! You will absolutely regret it!! With all that said I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!
