Very comfortable well equipped home with easy access to the beach, miles of beach. Would stay again in the future. We did not take our dog, but very dog friendly home. Only negative was the condition of the yard around the home, could stand some clean up.

The location was wonderful. The windows and deck have lovely view. Kitchen was fantastic and great open floor!

This is a great location. Beautiful beachfront home really close to Yachats and its fun restaurants. The house, furniture, and fixtures are in good shape. There was actually accommodations made for our dog. They made it easy to have him with us and not stressful to comply with the house instructions.The house has plenty of space for four adults to hang but still have space to retreat and have privacy.

Everything was perfect. The ad was accurate. The description was perfect. Pre-check-in.l communications were outstanding and included an invitation to check in early because the house was ready. Checkout process was a dream with a reminder text message to do a few very minor things like take the garbage out and wash the dishes. Property was amazing with incredible oceanfront views, and easy beach access.
