Location is great within walking distance to the pier and restaurants.The parking is right next to Crab Shack. Our suite was clean and smells fresh. We had the ocean and sunset view. Kitchen is well supplied. Bedroom is tiny; ok for 2 people. Comfortable living area. The lobby and elevator can use some cleaning and maintenance so it doesn’t smell old and musty at the entrance. Quiet building with A/C so we didn’t have to open the windows. Chris was very accommodating and easy to reach. TY

Everything was great about the stay. Had family staying in other nearby hotels and they even noticed and wished they stayed here. There isn’t a pool or gym but that’s not why we booked this. The hotel is clean and has cookware, dishes, fridge and stovetop. The room and common space were very spacious. Only complaint is parking is tight but you’ll find the same issue at other nearby hotels.

This is prob my new favorite spot in Pismo. I usually like to stay beach front but the location of this hotel is PERFECT! You’re close enough to walk down to the pier but not in all the crazy business of the pier. You get an assigned parking spot so that’s helpful when going places. You don’t have to worry about finding a spot. The rooms were beautiful, very well decorated and the bed was my favorite. The pillows and bed was so comfortable it was hard getting out of bed in the morning. The hotel was very accommodating with me wanting an early and late check out. The front desk is virtual but they respond very quickly. I’ve recommended this place to so many ppl already, I am looking forward to going again. 10/10

Self check-in, free parking basically so don't pay ahead! There are safe street spots right outside that allow multiple hours of parking in the evening and plenty to move around during the day.

We have no issues with the room. It’s clean and smells nice. The only problem was that the parking spot assigned to us was already taken by others. I tried to contact the management via text messages but didn't get a response, so I ended up parking elsewhere. I didn't like having to do that, thinking it could be assigned to someone else. The management should improve their parking space assignment. We paid $30 for it, but I feel stressed and uncomfortable about the situation, and I shouldn't have to.

My family very much enjoyed the stay. A little different from other hotels. There is no pool or bar or restaurant but the room are lovely apartments. We enjoyed coming back from the beach and just relaxing in the living area. When you’re there you are in walking distance to everything. We really loved it

I didn’t like the fact that they wanted to charge me for this stay and sent me an invoice for $184.31. They had originally said that it was only $20 for parking and they asked me for my email address to send me that invoice. I sent them it, and they included their own invoice for this stay. Why would they do that? This is terrible customer service. I’m very upset. I have pictures of the texts and emails asking for me to pay for this. Please review your policy with them and if they don’t adhere to it, please do not represent them anymore. I have always had great service coming from you, but this particular stay was not a good one.

The hotel checkin process was smooth, the room was nice, but they didn’t clean the room the next day. Appreciate all the jazz about remote front staff, but it felt not getting value for money. What’s worse is that there insects like termites in the room.

I absolutely loved this property. Everything was so pristine and stylish and adorable. It was like a mini-condo with a great view of downtown Pismo Beach. The decor was awesome, including an old school refrigerator. This place will be my go to spot for Pismo Beach. I highly recommend!

This hotel is without lobby or staff. It's all virtual. We had problems with our tv not connecting to the internet, and the gentleman on the phone couldn't help. He said he was going to stop by in 20 minutes, but 45 minutes later we finally figured it out, he was nowhere to be found. Although it was clear the room had been recently remodel, the handle on the faucet in the bathroom was broken. And the pump in the shower for shampoo was broken. Just was rough around the edges. Also, none of the instruction told us there was no lobby AND we had to entered our room code into the keypad in the front door. It was clear we weren't the only ones - saw many families arriving struggling with the same issue.

A clean, neatly decorated hotel close to downtown PB. Easily park-able and walkable to beaches/restaurants. No hotel person on property; All virtual and keyless entry at front/room doors. Well equipped kitchen and glasswares to enjoy the stay. Pull out sofa bed isn’t the best quality, but we would stay again for the clean, convenient, fun hotel.

The rooms are very cute with thoughtful touches. The bed is comfortable. Location is great, too, as you can walk anywhere around downtown Pismo within a couple minutes. It’s a historic building, so we could clearly hear street traffic and everything going on in the rooms around us (and the elevator as we stayed in the room right next to it).

Property was great. Very nice and clean. So was the room. Plenty of space. Very quiet. Highly recommend. Would have liked a large mirror. Only one small mirror in bathroom. No space to put toiletries in bathroom as well. Both not real issues.

My daughter and I stayed in the ocean view suite for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to add days to our original reservation and luckily there was availability. Chris was wonderful to work with and the staff was very nice. A very relaxing stay and wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are a Cal Poly family and made several trips to SLO, the drive was very easy. Would highly recommend Pismo Beach Club.

There were a few hiccups with our stay, however, management was very attentive and took immediate action and rectified the issues by going above and beyond… I would highly recommend staying here!

Love the location and retro vibe. VERY clean l. We had a small issue with the sheets being a bit stiff and uncomfortable but the responded immediately and the new sheets were very cozy as was the bed. Great stay !

This hotel is without lobby or staff. It's all virtual. We had problems with our tv not connecting to the internet, and the gentleman on the phone couldn't help. He said he was going to stop by in 20 minutes, but 45 minutes later we finally figured it out, he was nowhere to be found. Although it was clear the room had been recently remodel, the handle on the faucet in the bathroom was broken. And the pump in the shower for shampoo was broken. Just was rough around the edges. Also, none of the instruction told us there was no lobby AND we had to entered our room code into the keypad in the front door. It was clear we weren't the only ones - saw many families arriving struggling with the same issue.

This is prob my new favorite spot in Pismo. I usually like to stay beach front but the location of this hotel is PERFECT! You’re close enough to walk down to the pier but not in all the crazy business of the pier. You get an assigned parking spot so that’s helpful when going places. You don’t have to worry about finding a spot. The rooms were beautiful, very well decorated and the bed was my favorite. The pillows and bed was so comfortable it was hard getting out of bed in the morning. The hotel was very accommodating with me wanting an early and late check out. The front desk is virtual but they respond very quickly. I’ve recommended this place to so many ppl already, I am looking forward to going again. 10/10

The manager was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any question we had. It was a 5 min walk to all shops and restaurants and the beach. The room was amazing!! Great value! The kitchen was fully stocked with everyone you need to cook.... even spices, olive oil .... all you need is food. They had a nespresso machine in the room.... not my favorite, but still a great option. Love the ambiance of the hotel. Great for families and couples! I also highly recommend Beachin Biscuits either next door!

We have no issues with the room. It’s clean and smells nice. The only problem was that the parking spot assigned to us was already taken by others. I tried to contact the management via text messages but didn't get a response, so I ended up parking elsewhere. I didn't like having to do that, thinking it could be assigned to someone else. The management should improve their parking space assignment. We paid $30 for it, but I feel stressed and uncomfortable about the situation, and I shouldn't have to.

My daughter and I stayed in the ocean view suite for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to add days to our original reservation and luckily there was availability. Chris was wonderful to work with and the staff was very nice. A very relaxing stay and wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are a Cal Poly family and made several trips to SLO, the drive was very easy. Would highly recommend Pismo Beach Club.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area is walking distance to so many restaurants and the Pismo pier, and the hotel was very comfortable. The kitchen was a good size and was well stocked with seasonings and cooking utensils. We felt very well taken care of, we would love to stay again!

Everything was great about the stay. Had family staying in other nearby hotels and they even noticed and wished they stayed here. There isn’t a pool or gym but that’s not why we booked this. The hotel is clean and has cookware, dishes, fridge and stovetop. The room and common space were very spacious. Only complaint is parking is tight but you’ll find the same issue at other nearby hotels.

The property was perfectly located to restaurant's shopping and of course the beach. The room was decorated nicely and was a very relaxing spot. Perfect for families who want to save a lil money and cook some of your own meals, kitchen came fully stocked with all cooking utensils and had everything you need to eat your meal with. It also came with cooking oil and an ample amout of seasonings to flavor you meal to your desire. Pop in to one of the local spots pick up some food and cook away. Then kick up your feet and relax or take a quick stroll to the beach and walk it out. Will definitely be back.

My family very much enjoyed the stay. A little different from other hotels. There is no pool or bar or restaurant but the room are lovely apartments. We enjoyed coming back from the beach and just relaxing in the living area. When you’re there you are in walking distance to everything. We really loved it

I would recommend staying at the property! It is clean, tidy. The amenities in the property are excellent. The parking is $30 which is secure. However you can park over night for free on the street until 9am next day.

Room was really cute! However, I wasn’t aware before I booked there wouldn’t be someone there to clean the room on the days I stayed. That’s a huge deal for me so I probably wouldn’t book again. Property is right in the middle of everything so it’s a great place to stay if you’ve never been.

Had a nice stay at this property. Being on the city side we experienced the loud traffic. But wasn’t too bad. I would suggest adding another mirror in the bedroom so others can get ready while the bathroom is being occupied. Communication was very good. Very responsive.

Location was the best! Updated decor. Easy parking with fee. Pull out sofa bed mattress too thin to sleep on. Mildew and dry rot on bathroom baseboard. Shower needs to be professionally caulked. When shade is up people in the parking lot can see into the room. If we hadn’t arrived so late, we would have asked for another room. Room 104.

Very nice property. Check-in was excellent as it did not require a front desk to check you in. Everything was electronic. Terrific location, just a couple of blocks from the pier. However, it is too close to a lot of the traffic noise. The room was very nice, though very small.
