The perfect suite was disgusting upon arrival. Had not been cleaned. Two flimsy towels left for one week/2 people. We had to ask for more. It took us 2 hours cleaning ourselves. We borrowed supplies from the hotel, it was a Ritz Carlton residence. Thankfully we brought our own sheets. Garbage left on the floor, dust everywhere, 6 hangers for 2 people, we were there for one week. When the cleaner finally retired, she returned with no supplies and when we asked her to vacuum we had to point areas out as she was on her phone the whole time. The manager of the unit is We Host-they are horrible and very rude!! Do not rent this unit.
