Paradise Cottages

It was a nice self-contained cabin with WC/shower, stovetop, small refrigerator, and bedroom. Had a great view to the green hillside opposite. Easy check-in/check-out. Bedroom needed to be about a foot wider/longer to get to both sides of the bed, but we made it work. Water pressure was a bit funky, pulsing at times, but again functional. Kitchen was adequately equipped to do your cooking. Overall good.

Just be aware the front cottages are very close to the Ring Road. The folks in the back cottages drive past your cottage. Back cottages look into your bedroom window. There is no place to put your luggage. The bed takes up the whole bedroom space. You have to either crawl over your partner or try to tiptoe around the end of the bed. Vik is not worth it. Go onto Glacier Lagoon area.

The cottage was clean and quiet. Great views from the front porch.

My wife and I stayed in Paradise Cottages for couple of days. Its clean, warm, cosy and very comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchenette, roomy shower with good water pressure and a really comfy bed. The views from the cabin are fantastic and we spent our evenings drinking wine and admiring the views. The location of the cottage is very convenient as it's just a 10 min drive from Vik and very close to other sightseeing places. Overall we found Paradise Cottages a fantastic value for money and we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
