Hotel novíssimo, com poucas semanas de uso. Super bem localizado no melhor ponto de Banff. Instalações super confortáveis, modernas e de bom gosto. Dois pontos a melhorar: o chuveiro é ruim (sai pouca água, um sacrifício lavar cabelo longo) e o restaurante indicado pelo hotel (The Fat Ox) é péssimo (me serviram frango cru) e caro. Recomendo muito.

Beautiful hotel with very nice pool, sauna etc. Great small details like kids robes and slippers as well as noise machine. We had a great time!

We could tell it was an older building that had been turned into the Kenrick in 2025. The interior decoration was lovely and the staff terrific. My “complaints” started with (1) the single elevator for 4 floors (includes basement parking). So cleaning staff had to share it with customers. (2) Once in the hallway I noticed that 1/3 of the rooms required that you go up a short flight of stairs to access. We were on the same level as the elevator, but I would have been upset to have to drag bags up those stairs. Our room was spacious but (3) the bathroom tiny. At least the sink was outside the small shower & toilet room, but it had a small sink counter, (4) No hanging device for the hand towels so they had to share the small counter. (5) There was a long counter over the refrigerator and storage next to the first bed. So water for the coffee and tea machines had to be carried there. (6) the refrigerator door opened into the bed opening on the right closest to the head of the bed. They should have selected ones with door opening the other way. Oh, and the entry did not have an automatic opening door, you had to reach to the right of the door to press a button. NOW on to praises. The hotel has a lovely waiting area stocked with games and books and a fire. The staff told us we were too early to check in at 1:30 pm, which we expected. But then found a room! Yay. Great little coffee shop. Close to transportation stop. Easy walk to shops and the grocery store. So we were happy.

My partner and I really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, and having access to the pool was a great bonus. The only downside was the check-in process. Despite having paid for our stay in advance, the staff initially couldn’t find our reservation. It turned out to be a system error, as the last name on the booking was correct but the first name appeared to be different. The situation was quite frustrating, as it took some time to sort out, but thankfully, everything was eventually resolved. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back!
