We liked the large living area with a lot of space to relax, read and play games. It looks like it had been a Holidome with the pool filled in. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The fitness center was good with quite a lot of weight machines in addition to a treadmill and elliptical. This is in a shopping district next to Menards and Applebees, and across from Target, with many fast food places nearby. Some people are staying at the hotel by the week.

It's an older building, but still a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Thd only issues I had were cell phone reception instead of the building was not the greatest. I had one bar 4G in my room (garden view) and no reception in the gym. They have an electric vehicle charging station behind the building, but it was not working.

We booked the room online (about 35 minutes before arriving) when we got there, they said there was an issue with our booking, but not to worry, they got us into a room that they did have available. So it was smooth sailing after that. My teenager and I really enjoyed the exercise room.

very nice rooms, beautiful atrium for breakfast or anytime throughout the day with URL connection tables. This would be an excellent hotel for a family reunion because of the atrium. 3 restaurants very close to the hotel, including one in the parking lot.

Very cool place. Deceptive from the outside. Parking wasn’t great. Surrounding area was a little sketchy. The hotel itself was excellent. Very cool building. Huge room, very good beds. Shower was awesome, climate control worked well. If this place had a pool and hot tub we might have stayed a few more days, just because.

Music played all night long since our room was facing the breakfast area. The walls were thin. Could hear voices/ppl talking all night. Our room floor was sticky and muggy. It smelled like weed. The a/c fan didn’t work very well. The parking lot was in poor condition. The staff was slow to check us in. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is right off 65 by Menards and Applebees. It was quiet and clean and rooms were nice. No pool area but old pool area is a nig area where you can hang out plus thats where the breakfast is served. Breakfast was ok. Yogurt, scrambled eggs or omelet, bacon or sausage patties plus fruit and other options.

This property looked like it was part of the Menards right next door; I thought that was quirky but nothing wrong with that fact. What I did not like was the dirty carpeting in the hotel. I only booked there because I was in town for an event and another family member booked there. She also regretted booking here too! She checked-in the night before and warned me to bring slippers or something because the carpet was dirty. I thought it might just be her luck she got a room that wasn't cleaned but nope, my room which was way down the hall, also had dirty carpet. It made our socks black. It made our feet black. My kids and hers ran down the hall back and forth betweeb our two rooms and their feet turned awfully black! We will NOT be recommending this hotel even though staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly, room was not so friendly to me. Hotel looks very nice in the common areas. My room, however, was a different story. I arrived to a bed that was nicely made, but fooled me. Each, and I mean each piece of bedding including the pillows were stained (see the photos). It literally looked like someone had a pee or something else party the night before. The bathroom had mold growing all along the ceiling and on the wall (see pictures), and my toilet seat was basically just sitting on the toilet about ready to fall off. The staff at the front desk was very friendly at getting me new stuff, but the new stuff even still had some stains. I went back to my room to go to bed and watch TV, but there was no TV remote…..there was a power button so I got stuck watching Monster’s Inc all night (not a bad choice). Breakfast the next morning was good and I thank the lady who was working in that area this morning. Probably wouldn't return to this hotel. Im sure they are understaffed, but whoever is cleaning rooms either does not like their job, they’re lazy, or trying to get done fast. I can’t believe some hotels’ rooms are like this. Too bad I can’t get a refund.

The floor was damp and sticky. There was a cigarette smell in the room despite being non-smoking. The staff were nice. There was a long term guest that was very rude

This was a very nice hotel stay except for two issues; the shower water temperature was at best slightly warm and the walls are very thin. The people in the adjacent room were partying until 5:30 AM, which is not the hotel‘s fault.

Rooms did not have a window that faced outside. Only window was to the common hallway with blinds. Bathroom was dirty and water damaged. Toilet was loose on the flange bolts and rocking when you sat down. SS was scrawled onto the wall by bathroom sink. Random holes in the wall with dirty scuff marks. Broken light fixture. Just not a classy place at all.

The room itself was beautiful and well worth the money. However, there was a GREAT lack of hot water and the AC didn't seem to work. I set thermostat at 65 and hung around 75-80 the whole time. Too hot!!

The hotel is nice overall. The executive room was spacious and the shower was extremely spacious. Many of the rooms have no exterior windows, however, which makes you feel like you are in a cave. The high metal ceilings of the hotel make noises echo quite loudly, and many people would talk loudly or slam doors at 6am. Lastly, while the hotel is marketed as pet-friendly, they charge $50 PER DAY for pets. To be fair, this fee is disclosed up front (I simply missed notificing, my own error) but I've never had to pay so much for my [small] dog.The front desk staff explained that prior pet issues caused the hotel to take such draconian measures.

I originally check in a room that only smelled like marihuana (213). I tried to use a disinfectant spray but I couldnt stand it. I asked for a room change and they moved me to 209. That second one had a shared door and the neighbors were really loud until 11pm. Ive stayed at this hotel before with no issues but it was disappointing what happened this time.

Staff is kind and property is clean. However, my only issue is that the walls are very thin so you can hear sounds from every wall. Even after midnight, you can hear people talking in their rooms or walking around in the hallways. Not the best place if you’re a light sleeper like me. Had to sleep with a pillow over my head to block out the noise.

Our room was the very first one next to the lobby so it was quite noisy. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and were only given 2 towels for 2 guests which is fine because we usually use our towels 2x but not 3 so I had to ask for towels. Housekeeping never came into our room during our stay so our garbage was overflowing a bit. The room didn’t keep a steady temp. It was very cold or warm and humid. The bed was just awful and very noisy. Anytime you got in and out or rolled over it made a loud creaking sound. My husband and I both agreed the bed was uncomfortable. It was just too hard for our taste. The breakfast would have been better had they used warming trays for the eggs, sausage, and potatoes instead of just putting them in trays, where they got cold quickly.

For a budget hotel, this is a nice place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, beds comfortable. My only issue was the room not being very soundproof. I had to keep the fan on full time in orser to sleep.

Arrived around 8:40 pm stood at the front desk ringing the bell over and over, the phone ringing non stop and no staff around. 20 minutes of waiting. I walked down the hallway to look for someone as I was about to leave, and found the two staff members sitting on an outdoor patio smoking and drinking fireball. One of them came in and told me to wait because he co worker was in the bathroom with the keys. She eventually checked us in and then went right back out to smoking and drinking.

Front desk lady extremely rude. Charged me for my service animals which no hotel/motel has ever done. She was very aggressively rude. I asked the next day to talk to the manager that front desk lady was rude too. This property needs to hire people that like assisting in customer service. I would never stay at this property again. I’ve never been treated so badly.

I will not stay here again. I stayed for 6 nights (with a break in between). On the last night, I agreed with the front-desk employee on late check-out and possible extending stay only to have the manager (at least she saus so) knocking on my door, demanding to "be out NOW" or else she'll call the police. In 1 minute she spoiled a great impression. This is paying them 500 and taking 10 min of my time last night to call the bank of another guest who lost his card...

At check-in the girl at the desk was not friendly and resisted all attempts at conversation. But after that everything was great. It sits off the highway and is very quiet. Plenty of well lit parking. The breakfast is always hot and different each morning. Excellent coffee!! All other staff members I spoke with were very kind and helpful. For the price you simply cannot do better. Less than half an hour drive to downtown. I will be staying here atain.

Huge disappointment and waste of money. The staff member during check in was not at all welcoming. Told me I was being charged $50 but didn’t tell me why. Never offered me a receipt. The overnight experience was even worse. From 9pm-3am I made multiple calls to the front desk with noise complaints. People around us and in the hall were VERY loud all night. They were yelling, running around, slamming doors and into things nonstop. Staff did not do anything to address the situation. We tried to turn on the tv to drown out the noise but they continued to yell over the tv making it impossible to get any sleep. We will never stay with this hotel group again.

I had made my reservation in advance and the day I arrived at the hotel to check in, first they told us that we had to wait because the room was not ready and then they told us that they did not have enough rooms for my family(6 people). We had to wait more than 4 hours for our rooms, in the living room area with my children, who were exhausted from the trip. The hotel room was comfortable although a little dirty. We really thought the service was very bad. I usually make my reservations in advance to avoid inconveniences and at this hotel if was of no use.

It was good but I was charged twice for my stay once by Expedia because I pre paid then again by the actual hotel even though the staff said it was just for the deposit when I first checked in and when I called both Expedia and LivInn they both denied me a refund.

The location was very convenient for us. It was about 10 or 15 minutes to every thing. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We stayed in the executive suite which had a small kitchenette. They served a hot breakfast with eggs and pancakes. We will stay here again when we come back to visit. The only negatives were our particular room was over the court yard and the window covering was not sufficient to keep light out and the batheoom light was motion sensitive and took a long time to go off. I used an eye mask so it wasnt a big deal for me but my husband didnt like it. The area around the hotel felt safe and it was close to a starbucks and other stores and very easy to get to the freeway.

Very nice location. The onky thing is that i didnt see a grocery store close by. The is a gas station close by. Walk across the parking lot and there is Applebee's, or just walk to other end of the block and you are at menards.

The property was surprisingly nice and clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and professional. The area is not the best but you can’t really hold it against the hotel. The hotel actually makes the area better. This is a great place and I would recommend parking in front just to be safe

We had a room with the double Queen beds and the room was large. However the bathroom is on the small side. Location is in a good spot with shopping and numerious restaurants nearby. Overall a good experience for us.

The continental breakfast is absolutely lovely and option change each day. Staff is attentive and helpful very pleasant. Rooms are great size and very comfortable. Amenities are excellent. It’s close by plenty food and shopping choices. I love this hotel.

Bed were comfy, fridge spacious if you needed. The area where they serve breakfast is gorgeous and spacious and really beautiful. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure why this area was so done up, would have been really nice had the breakfast been better.
