My stay was great! Having a pool right downstairs was convenient and I enjoyed it. The front desk folks were sometimes a bit dismissive or standoffish, but they were still helpful. My only big complaint isn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. The weekend patrons of the restaurant were often very loud and there was often yelling of obscenities coming from there. The sound carried to probably all of the rooms surrounding the courtyard/pool. Other than the restaurant patrons being noisy though, the hotel patrons/community were friendly, and the atmosphere felt happy and safe.

Only thing that I would point out is there is no a/c duct in the laundry room so after your load of laundry is done drying, it is super hot and humid in that little room. I had to prop open the laundry room door so the heat could escape. The rest of my overnight stay was great. Plenty of cool a/c in my room, lots of hot water. The bed was big and comfortable.

Thank goodness the reservation was only for 1 night. The property is a MOTEL with exterior doors. We saw a roach in our room. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean but pets are allowed and the carpet had pet stains and the room smelled like wet dog. They have remodeled some but lots of broken things. My hair dryer didn’t work. The upper ice machine didn’t work. They charge a $50 deposit. When checking out they say they are refunding it but 3 days later and no sign of refund. I also do not think it is a coincidence that my credit card had multiple charges that were not mine just 2 days after my stay. Expedia should not recommend this motel.

Nice stay. Good value for the money. The only reason I would maybe not choose it again is because room access is outside - not inside the building. It’s not a negative reflection on the business- it’s just more a personal preference. If that wouldn’t bother You then this is a great place to stay. My room was quiet - but apparently they also allow pets and I’m not so fond of staying in a room where they might have had a pet before me/ but the room was clean when I checked in ? Overall it was fine for a 2 day stay. But I would not choose it again for the reasons I mentioned.

This property has an infestation of roaches. My room was on the first floor. I entered my room and turned on the lights, there were about 6-8 roaches crawling on the back of the door and multiple roaches crawling on the floor. I went back to the front desk to let the Attendant know. He changed my room to an upstairs room. When I entered the room to check, as soon as I turned on the light, there were multiple roaches running around on the floor. I returned to the front desk and requested a refund and explained that I did not want to stay at the hotel. The front desk clerk told me that someone complained the previous night and that for some reason the hotel always has roaches.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the sheets and bedspread. The door stop was in pieces on the desk. It had a funny smell. I had to listen to street racing all night and a very loud party in a neighboring room. Some things the property could not control and I recognize that. Some things they definitely could. Thank goodness I only spent one night.

Some of the staff at the reception are so unfriendly and unprofessional. My room was clean but the outside surroundings are not. It is hard to sleep at night due to noise because the insulation is very bad. No breakfast options. Their Wi-Fi though is really good from my experience, even though you’ll have figure it yourself which network to use.

We traveled to Dallas for the first time to see the total eclipse of the sun. We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. It was also one of the few hotels that did not inflate prices to take advantage of eclipse tourism. Having never been to Dallas, and based on my selection criteria, I expected a little, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, quiet, centrally, located to all kinds of great food, and with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Our TV did not work, they moved our room. If I were returning to Dallas, I would stay at the Red Roof PLUS+ in Addison again.

The first room I stayed in, was infested with roaches, and the area outside was also unclean. The second room was cleaner, and upstairs, but they locked me out of my room 2 nights in a row by deactivating my cards and they kept saying they didn’t know why it was happening. I was like a crab at this place, quiet, made no problems, had a long stay, stayed clean, and yet I was getting locked out at night in an unsafe area. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My stay was great! Having a pool right downstairs was convenient and I enjoyed it. The front desk folks were sometimes a bit dismissive or standoffish, but they were still helpful. My only big complaint isn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. The weekend patrons of the restaurant were often very loud and there was often yelling of obscenities coming from there. The sound carried to probably all of the rooms surrounding the courtyard/pool. Other than the restaurant patrons being noisy though, the hotel patrons/community were friendly, and the atmosphere felt happy and safe.

Room smelled like an ashtray we found pubic hair and dead bugs in the sheets. Beatles come out of the shower drain at night. The bathroom door wont close. Noisy guest at the pool till 1130 at night. The pool gate slams sounds like a gong. The area is industrial and run down with boarded up windows on the buildings. Expedia should not even offer it.

Was good and clean, the toilet bowl water was a little low and sink was kind of a weird shape, the pressure was pretty high, the tub drain was a little tilted but worked fine, but otherwise everything else was great. service was kind and professional and explained the details down. the cleaning staff were fast and tidy with their work. easy parking and walking to the food places nearby. access to other places in the area by car and location was nice.

Some of the staff at the reception are so unfriendly and unprofessional. My room was clean but the outside surroundings are not. It is hard to sleep at night due to noise because the insulation is very bad. No breakfast options. Their Wi-Fi though is really good from my experience, even though you’ll have figure it yourself which network to use.

Was mislead by hotels.com description on the hotel, cleanliness, recent renovation and free breaksfast, etc... all non existant!! We should have left as soon as we pulled in to the parking lot, the place looked super sketchy. The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. Our mini fridge was leaking and everytime I called reception to report it no one would answer. The walls are super thin in that place and you can hear everything going on in the room next door. Never again will I pay to stay in such a filthy hotel.

First ill do the pros..rooms are clean and nice inside and they offer good maid service every day. Maids restock towels and toilet paper. Many restaurants within walking distance. Affordable. Cons: Some people who stay there are low class and may be drug dealers. Stay away from the rooms in the back...im pretty sure drug deals go down there every night. I stayed there three weeks. On a few nights there was a tremendous amount of noise most of the night. Young woman who works the desk in the afternoons is totally unfriendly and not very helpful. I ran out of coffee in the room and asked for new ones. She said they only had decaf. Their laundry requires a tremendous number of quarters and theres no change machine. No free breakfast.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 11 days! It was close to everything but if your headed into Downtown Dallas to do things the traffic is a nightmare and it was so freaking hot! 100 degree days while I was there! AC was good and cold. I stayed in Room 119. I felt safe except for that last day! I had a wonderful stay and housekeeping was very nice! I had to leave in the middle of my stay and go to another hotel for three days due to unfortunate circumstances and I would have loved to be compensated for the nights I wasn’t there and I sent a message about it but heard nothing back. You have to pay a $50 deposit, but I came back and I still had my food in the fridge and freezer which was nice. They didn’t throw it away. Police patrolled the area sometimesI informed them I was leaving for a few days and that housekeeping could come in and clean. The reasons why it was not five stars is because several reasons. The TV and channels were freaking awful! No movie channels like HBO which I thought they would have. There was a line going through the TV! Thank god for my fire stick! This is a Red Roof Plus and I am assuming the pluses are suppose to be better? The beds were so uncomfortable and hard! I woke up in pain in the middle of the night, every night. I loved that it had a full size fridge though. That helped for 11 days! I loved the pool! It was nice and clean and no one ever used it! It only goes to 5 feet though. I am surprised it was open because most hotels are closed

As advertised. If you need a price friendly quick or long term stay. This will absolutely satisfy. No kitchenette no breakfast. Safe within reason. (Don’t worry Addison PD have nothing to do and will be there within ONE MINUTE if any issues. OVER-POLICED CITY!!!!
