I was given room on the 14th floor just below the restaurant. At 6am I woke up on noice coming from roof and when I called reception he said he will ask them to lower movement but nothing happened. This was the only downside other than that breakfast was good

It was an amazing stay again. I've stayed with my senior mum and she enjoyed the view of the room and great breakfast. Special thanks to late check out option as well. P.S. Had change to visit the GYM and the experience was also nice, it was clean and the well equipped.

Böyle büyük zincirli otellerde çok kötü bir durum. Kahvaltıda sebzeler çamurluydu, sadece beyaz ekmek vardı; biz yapıyoruz, dediler. Orada pişirilen ekmek buz gibi olur mu. Bu otelde yalan söylemek normal birşey galiba. Ve isteyince sadece bir yerden 1 adet kepekli ekmek bulup getirdiler. Ne ekmek ısıtıcısı ne de kahve makinesi vardı. En kötü otele gitseniz bile bunlar mevcut. Otelinizdeki basit eksikliklere şok oldum. Odalardaki ses yalıtımı kötü; dışarıdaki ve odalardaki sesleri rahatça duyabilirsiniz.

Tüm para göz boyamak için otelin girişine harcanmış, keşke odalar için biraz harcasalardı.. Yıldızları bu otellere kimler, hangi şartlarda dağıtıyor onu araştırmak gerek.. Bu otellerde 5 yıldız ibaresini alıp fiyatları ona göre alıyorlar tabi.. Yurt dışı dahil çok ülke ve lüks otel deneyimi olan biri olarak bu otelin kesinlikle maksimum 4 yıldız kalitesinde olduğunu savunuyorum. Oda rezalet, banyo kapısı içeriye doğru açıldığından hap kadar banyoda yer kalmıyor, yataklar çok kötü, yastıklar ve yorgan desen keza öyle, küçük ve çok eskimiş.. Konfordan bir hayli uzak odalara 5 yıldız sembolünü verirken sanırım odalar hiç göz önüne alınmamış. Kendimi enayi gibi hissettiğimden bu kadar uzun yazdım..

It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep

Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltıda özellikle neredeyse sadece bizimle ilgilenen bir personel vardı. Oda servisi çok hızlıydı gibi gibi. Kayseri otelinde yaşadığım kötü tecrübe üzerine bu muamele çok iyi geldi.

Everything was great and the hotel has an amazing view too. Great staff. Amazing breakfast. The only thing is they don't respond to Expedia chats or emails so communicating was difficult.

Although the personal was very nice and friendly, the air in the room was suffocating. We slept with the window open but didn't help and couldn't sleep well. Breakfast was average, coffee tasted bad everywhere in the hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This is really good place and value for money. Located in quite Neighborhood of Ankara, in Cankaya, hotel is amazing. Staff is so helpful and nice. They are ready to help with everything. Breakfast choice is amazing, lots of varieties and you can find what you prefer. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again whenever I am in Ankara.
