The studio rooms are really nice, very spacious and newly renovated. There are no silverware, glassware nor cookware so you must bring your own if you want to use the kitchen. The bed was very firm, but I prefer that over a bed that is too soft. The AC/heating unit works well and heats up the room quickly. The motel is in a quiet location and feels safe. The family that manages the hotel is very friendly and professional. Really nice family and super polite. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Dallas area.

Property was well maintained and rooms are excellent.Staff was remarkable and courteous always. However, would recommend coffee machine, and no ice or refreshment area is needed for convenience.

Wasn’t no kitchen in the room I stayed in you have to get a pro studio I guess but other than that it was ok beside the shooting & the thin towels and wash clothes even tho I used my own they also need to use bleach on the linen and give you time to check out they be on you a min before 11 but yeah that’s my exp

I was never giving shampoo or conditioner. The sheets on my bed had burn marks and holes from cigarettes. And management never mentioned on the phone that we were directly across the the street from train tracks and frequent loud cargo trains coming through every three hours all night. The shower had someone elses hair in it, and the surfaces of tables were sticky.

The Good - The room was very clean and parking was good. It's in an older part of Grand Prairie, but felt safe. I went to see a concert at AT&T stadium and the location was perfect for quick and easy access getting to the stadium. They advertise a microwave, but didn't mention that there is a 3/4 size frig/freezer. Maybe it was just my room, but that's a huge selling point that they should mention. Totally helps you save money by not eating out. There was also a kitchen sink and small burner (I never used the burner but assume it works). There is also a very large cloths closet. A couple downsides - It's situated a couple blocks from working train tracks. Although by the 2nd night I didn't really notice anymore. Also the mattress is very firm. Harder than I would have liked, but that's a personal preference. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The lady checking us in was so sweet and we enjoyed talking with her. The room was updated, large, very clean with nice furnishings. The two things that would have improved my experience is a softer bed and room darkening drapes. I couldn't stay comfortable for long in the bed and had to keep changing positions. The windows only had blinds on them and there was a light outside that I could feel shining in on my face. I just prefer my room very dark.

The room was 86 degrees when we got there and the a was not running which was crazy to me for the middle of June. And the towels were few and so thin they wouldn't dry. Other than that it sad clean and nice.

Good ac, nice people, quiet not a lot of traffic. Right beside a very active train but not noisy at all. Only disappointment was bathroom towels had a few hairs, probably getting stuck in the towels during wash n dry but that’s no excuse. Other than that great stay and service

A séjourné 2 nuits

The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one.
