So clean and well maintained that it is the first time I have ever considered an older chain hotel to be charming. Also contributing to this impression is the professional staff. Front desk, Restaurant, Maintenance......it didn't matter. All were friendly and eager to help. A special thanks to the front desk because I was still upset when I arrived due to fleeing my initial booking that turned out to be disgusting. Bonus! I have only needed my accommodations to have a business center three times in 20 years of traveling. I needed one this time, unexpectedly, and I was so grateful for the convenience of not having to venture out before I was ready.

Our stay was spotless! The room was great and the staff couldn't have been nicer! The remodeled room was comfy and clean! The fridge was great and the front desk corrected all of our concerns!

Room was clean and freshened even though the weather was really cold. TV, coffee, and microwave were nice to have and worked well. Bed was comfortable. Nice value and pleasant stay. Thanks !!! Will look here first on any return trips.
