A newer facility. An extended stay style complex. Arrived after midnight. Front door locked. No attendant at the front desk to notice us. Lucky another guest had just come downstairs and saw us at the front door and came and let us in. I think there was a buzzer to notify an attendant of my arrival, but not certain about that. Check-in was easy. Elevator to third floor worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette had full size over/under full size fridge. Two burner electric stove top and single sink. Nice bathroom. Good towels. Not thin but not plush. No coffee maker in room. No breakfast but instead food vending machines downstairs and a juice machine. Didn’t see a coffee machine downstairs.

Very nice looking, modern hotel. Check-in was quick and every member of the staff I interacted with during my week-long stay were fantastic and attentive.There is lots of parking. Spacious rooms with a lot of shelves. Comfortable beds. I felt secure and safe during my stay. Easy and convenient to shopping and Richmond West. A big PLUS, they cleaned up the snow quickly after a major snow day. Some things I'm hoping are just growing pains and I'm only mentioning them so other guests are aware of what to expect. I'm not taking away stars for these, because overall, my stay was nice and relaxing. They have no automatic doors, and you have to enter 3 doors to the lobby when you go in. Very challenging with luggage. They do not serve breakfast of any type. Full kitchen, but $20 charge to rent kitchenware. No coffeemaker in the room, but they do have free coffee all day in the lobby. Free basic internet (emails, browsing internet). It kept kicking me off the network. It wasn't resolved the whole time I was there, I ended up just using my personal hotspot. $4.95 charge per day for premium (streaming). I don't know if this worked well, I couldn't get basic to work, so I didn’t want to pay for something I probably wouldn't have been able to stay connected to. I'd definitely stay here again if I travel through the area.

The front check in desk was helpful during check in, and the room was clean and orderly with all of the basics needed. The location is obviously set up for extended stays, which is put on the outside of the building. Can’t speak to the stove, fridge, sink, etc in the room, but the shower was nice. The main issue was it is obvious the building is still a slow work in progress or isn’t fully prepared. One of the doors in the side stairwell hasn’t been finished yet, the complementary coffee machine claims it can also serve cold brew (we were unable to get it to work), the chargers out back are not connected to the charging network, so we had to go find a fast charger to charge instead of it being included in our stay (part of the reason we chose to stay here), and the WiFi, which is limited to two devices without paying, had good speed but kicked devices off the network every two minutes requiring us to go through the online portal again (the Ethernet also did not work in the room, but that’s becoming far more common in hotels). This has the potential to be a nice location, a good combination of price, location, and amenities. It, however, is clearly lacking the final polish that should be expected of an open-for-business hotel even if it is new.

When we checked in, the front desk, employee informed me that the beds that I had prepaid for was unavailable so they downgraded us, with no refund or offer of one. The elevator is broken and we were replaced on the top floor. The bed did not have a box spring. They do not provide anything like cups or silverware for an extended stay room. The bathroom had another person's stuff in it, and there was hair on counters. The hallways and stairwells smelled of body odor and marijuana. Lastly, there was somebody sleeping on the floor at the end of the 4th floor hallway. We checked in here because it had good reviews, but I'm not really sure how they have received any such reviews. Would not recommend.

The elevator was out of service the whole weekend. Although the room was comfortable, the shower overflowed into the living space. When I called down to the front desk to let them know, they said that they would bring up a mop so that I, the guest, could clean it up. When I told the front desk person that it was not my job to clean up something that was there fault I was met with incredulity and attitude. I guess lucky for me. The person that I was with was a little bit more empathetic the front desk person left the mop and some gloves and said to just ring the Mop out in the toilet and she would come up and get it later. Not only will I not stay at this place again but I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Absolutely horrible.

The elevator was not working and I was initially told the only available room was on the 4th floor for me and my dog. That was not going to work. I thought about other options and she finally found another room on the 2nd floor which I accepted. Room was fine although I could hear people in other rooms around and above me late into the night

I did not have any issues with my room and check in was pretty smooth until the lady told me the elevator was out of service and my room would be on the 3rd floor and here I am with bags a suitcase and a 10 month old baby and stroller and no kind service or help was offered. I asked how long would the elevators be out of service and it was an I don't know and that was it. There was an odor throughout the hallways at times but in my room everything appeared pretty decent and clean. The area seem pretty safe had no concerns for safety.

This hotel is one of the nastiest I have ever been in. Let's start with the receptionist never being at the front. I wanted to check in at 5 p.m., but because there was no staff, I didn't get a room until 5:30 p.m. The same thing happened when I checked out at 10:50 a.m., but I couldn't turn in my keys until 11:15 a.m. because, once again, no one was there. The hotel room, at a glance, is presentable and cute. However, walking into the room and there is dirt on the sheets, someone's press on nail in the dresser, a dirty scrunched up towel under the bed, and two pills on the shelf, yes, I have pictures of everything. The shower stalls have grime and mold growing in the corners, the sink was left dirty, and your shoes stick to the floor because whatever cleaner they use is just horrible. Echo Suites is more like Ghetto Suites, plan to wait in the lobby for a keycard, and bring your own cleaning supplies.

Paper-thin walls & ceilings. We could clearly hear the TV from the adjacent room play ALL NIGHT through checkout. The guests above had quite the full room but at least they settled down by about 1 AM. Even though this is an extended stay, there are no real amenities in the room. No coffee maker, no dishes/silverware and the bathroom had no washcloths. Not terribly clean, either. There were food stains on a leg of a chair that dripped onto the floor and bits of stuff & whatnot under the bed. We thought that since this was a newish hotel that at it might be...nice? No, but at least the front desk was. Will ~NOT~ be staying here again. Just...wow. 2 stars for friendly front desk. One star otherwise.

Hallways smell like smoke. The room next door was loud and was fighting all hours of the night. The stairway smelled like trash from people leaving trash in there. Also a lot of people hanging outside drinking and smoking.

For a hotel that was 5 months “new” at the time of my stay, it was already terribly unclean. While the multiple dust bunnies and dried drip of toothpaste could be photographed, there’s no way to snap pics of the sticky floors and tiny hairs on the bed top sheet. This place is an adult hostel, at best. Shame on you, Wyndham.

The property seems fairly new. The acoustics are awful--the noise from the people above us was unusually loud well into the night and again in the morning. We were surprised that hand towels and kleenex were not available at this establishment. It was a fine experience for three nights.

I couldn’t regulate the thermostat for heat in the room. Reached out to staff but got no answer. Stayed overnight on Valentine’s Day and heard every moan and groan from the couple next door. They went for what seemed like hours and started over again at the break of dawn. Poor me.

Glen and affordable hotel it is new build. It was a little bit noisy sometimes cause I stayed next to the gym but overall really pleasant experience. Grateful for work trip. Our family stay safe neighborhood.

Very nice looking, modern hotel. Check-in was quick and every member of the staff I interacted with during my week-long stay were fantastic and attentive.There is lots of parking. Spacious rooms with a lot of shelves. Comfortable beds. I felt secure and safe during my stay. Easy and convenient to shopping and Richmond West. A big PLUS, they cleaned up the snow quickly after a major snow day. Some things I'm hoping are just growing pains and I'm only mentioning them so other guests are aware of what to expect. I'm not taking away stars for these, because overall, my stay was nice and relaxing. They have no automatic doors, and you have to enter 3 doors to the lobby when you go in. Very challenging with luggage. They do not serve breakfast of any type. Full kitchen, but $20 charge to rent kitchenware. No coffeemaker in the room, but they do have free coffee all day in the lobby. Free basic internet (emails, browsing internet). It kept kicking me off the network. It wasn't resolved the whole time I was there, I ended up just using my personal hotspot. $4.95 charge per day for premium (streaming). The room was clean but spartan in furnishings, there were no hangers & no hair dryer. Evidently this place was built with no thought of the guests other than to make money off of them!! It was very noisy well into the night. The walls were paper thin as loud talking & music could be heard until around 3 AM. There was also a loud thumping sound from the room above which sounded like people jumping up & down on the floor! There was no one at the front desk at 11:00 PM. The doors from the lobby to the check-in area & also the doors going outside were not locked. Anyone could have gained access to the rooms. Whereas upon checking in, a room key card had to be used to gain access to the lobby. Will never stay here again although did have reservation at same property in May. The May reservation was canceled but Expedia refused to refund!!

The elevator was not working and I was initially told the only available room was on the 4th floor for me and my dog. That was not going to work. I thought about other options and she finally found another room on the 2nd floor which I accepted. Room was fine although I could hear people in other rooms around and above me late into the night

Hallways smell like smoke. The room next door was loud and was fighting all hours of the night. The stairway smelled like trash from people leaving trash in there. Also a lot of people hanging outside drinking and smoking.

Nothing about this location is nice....if the hotel wasn't newly built this would be a dump...they say they only clean the rooms every 2 weeks but even after the 2nd week im still havent difficulties getting the room cleaned...Also, you can never find anyone at the front desk and when you call its to no avail...this has to be the worst experience ever...and i travel for work all the time

A newer facility. An extended stay style complex. Arrived after midnight. Front door locked. No attendant at the front desk to notice us. Lucky another guest had just come downstairs and saw us at the front door and came and let us in. I think there was a buzzer to notify an attendant of my arrival, but not certain about that. Check-in was easy. Elevator to third floor worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette had full size over/under full size fridge. Two burner electric stove top and single sink. Nice bathroom. Good towels. Not thin but not plush. No coffee maker in room. No breakfast but instead food vending machines downstairs and a juice machine. Didn’t see a coffee machine downstairs.

The elevator was out of service the whole weekend. Although the room was comfortable, the shower overflowed into the living space. When I called down to the front desk to let them know, they said that they would bring up a mop so that I, the guest, could clean it up. When I told the front desk person that it was not my job to clean up something that was there fault I was met with incredulity and attitude. I guess lucky for me. The person that I was with was a little bit more empathetic the front desk person left the mop and some gloves and said to just ring the Mop out in the toilet and she would come up and get it later. Not only will I not stay at this place again but I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Absolutely horrible.

They were having major issues last night. First they had to check to make sure rooms were actually cleaned so their was a delay in check in. Second they checked me into a room and 15 minutes later as I was walking out of the shower someone opened my room door with a key. Luckily I had the safety lock on. 10 minutes later he opened the door again. He asked me if I had booked that room smh - kind of a dumb question but I told him yes through the door. My shower was short anyway because there was no hot water at all. Later when I was leaving I realized I had forgot my phone in the room and my keycard no longer worked. I went to the front desk to tell them all that had happened and they were stumped - told me the keycard probably was wiped when next to my phone. I told them it was wiped because they made keycards for someone else smh I checked into the hotel because I had to go to a clients home close by ( I'm an overnight doula) So I had only a couple hours to take a nap and shower and I wasn't able to do either. I would've come back after my shift at 6 am for a few hours of sleep to rest but I felt uncomfortable and unable to return. I've stayed at this hotel before with no issues but I don't think I'll stay again. I paid $145 for nothing. I got no shower and I got no rest- just some random stranger nearly seeking me naked.

There was a squatter in our room and check in and there were no other available rooms so we had to go to another hotel at 1:00 AM. The front desk person didn’t do a single thing to make the situation better. He made us try to get into the room which was locked from the inside. I am expecting a full refund for this disastrous experience!!!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mother and children, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We felt very safe during our stay. The lobby, hallways, and our room were all very clean. The parking lot and surrounding area were also well-kept, except for a few dog owners who didn’t clean up after their pets. I asked how long would the elevators be out of service and it was an I don't know and that was it. There was an odor throughout the hallways at times but in my room everything appeared pretty decent and clean. The area seem pretty safe had no concerns for safety.

Very nice looking, modern hotel. Check-in was quick and every member of the staff I interacted with during my week-long stay were fantastic and attentive.There is lots of parking. Spacious rooms with a lot of shelves. Comfortable beds. I felt secure and safe during my stay. Easy and convenient to shopping and Richmond West. A big PLUS, they cleaned up the snow quickly after a major snow day. Some things I'm hoping are just growing pains and I'm only mentioning them so other guests are aware of what to expect. I'm not taking away stars for these, because overall, my stay was nice and relaxing. They have no automatic doors, and you have to enter 3 doors to the lobby when you go in. Very challenging with luggage. They do not serve breakfast of any type. Full kitchen, but $20 charge to rent kitchenware. No coffeemaker in the room, but they do have free coffee all day in the lobby. Free basic internet (emails, browsing internet). It kept kicking me off the network. The front check in desk was helpful during check in, and the room was clean and orderly with all of the basics needed. The location is obviously set up for extended stays, which is put on the outside of the building. Can’t speak to the stove, fridge, sink, etc in the room, but the shower was nice. The main issue was it is obvious the building is still a slow work in progress or isn’t fully prepared. One of the doors in the side stairwell hasn’t been finished yet, the complementary coffee machine claims it can also serve cold brew (we were unable to get it to work), the chargers out back are not connected to the charging network, so we had to go find a fast charger to charge instead of it being included in our stay (part of the reason we chose to stay here), and the WiFi, which is limited to two devices without paying, had good speed but kicked devices off the network every two minutes requiring us to go through the online portal again (the Ethernet also did not work in the room, but that’s becoming far more common in hotels). This has the potential to be a nice location, a good combination of price, location, and amenities. It, however, is clearly lacking the final polish that should be expected of an open-for-business hotel even if it is new.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mother and children, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We felt very safe during our stay. The lobby, hallways, and our room were all very clean. The parking lot and surrounding area were also well-kept, except for a few dog owners who didn’t clean up after their pets. The front desk clerk—a Black woman with locs—was kind, helpful, and efficient during check-in. While the walls are thin, the stay was still fairly quiet, and we all slept well. The mattresses were comfortable enough for a good night's rest. There are vending machines in the lobby stocked with drinks, snacks, and even essentials like toothpaste, which is a nice touch. The hotel also has a fitness room and a laundry room. One thing to note is that housekeeping doesn’t come by daily to remove trash. If you need clean towels, you have to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange them. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but it's good to know in advance.

Given the property was just built, it should have better amenities. But we faced no pillows in the room. We got transferred into a different room with no towels. While rooms had a stove, we would have to pay to use pots and pans. There was no coffee maker, we'd have to pay for that too. No hair dryer. The 1st room had two chairs, the 2nd had one. The window would not close all the way. There was a sticky spot near the bed and open chocolate Reese. The front desk girl gave the wrong room number to my husband upon transfer, so he had to go back. There are no directions on how to call the front desk from the room. The doors downstairs would not lock even at night to prevent anyone entering the building. I would not stay at this place ever again, especially with little kids. For that price, I'd stay at the room with hair dryer and coffee maker and with a pool on the property.

You keep asking me to write a review for how our stay was with ECHO Suites — but they oversold our room, never contacted us in advance, and nearly 2 hours on the phone with Hotels.com did not help us AT ALL. From 9:40pm until 11:30pm stranded in the hotel parking lot, WITH TWO KIDS, having driven from another state to be with my mom in hospice care after battling 3 cancers — and dying 2 days after we arrived… We PREPAID for our room. Yet Hotels.com did nothing when this property decided to oversell their inventory. Hotels.com made ZERO effort to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. We were left to sleep in our car, or otherwise drive from hotel to hotel asking if they had any rooms — already past midnight. Lesson learned? Hotels.com doesn’t care about its customers, and works with properties that oversell their rooms *despite* customers having PREPAID. I still haven’t received ANY refund, a whole THREE+ WEEKS LATER. Find me worse customer service. I’ll wait.

This is my third time staying and this time it was not the best. The elevator only worked going down and not up. It also has not been inspected. I have a picture of the certificate showing no dates or signatures. They ran out of toilet tissue and I had to go get some and they had no keys. I had to download an app to get in my room. That took a minute because I didn’t have a good signal. I told the young man that someone was trying to go up the elevator and he didn’t make a move.
