Wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! I got a tour of the facilities as soon as I arrived which I loved as it meant I didn’t have to discover things independently and wonder how things worked. The room was gorgeous, just bear in mind the toilet and shower share the same door, I didn’t mind as I was travelling solo. The food was delicious! Everything I ate tasted good from the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner, everything was tasty! The only room for improvement is the WiFi, at times it would drop if I went from my room to the pool for example but it came back minutes after so not the end of the world. I loved staying here so much and would definitely stay here again if coming to Portugal

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. Vacances entres copines, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car gros coup de cœur pour les petites plages autour et surtout proches de la zone d’activité nautique en voiture. L’hôtel est super joli, plusieurs piscines et la nourriture était très bonne. Le personnel est top et réponds à tout moment à nos questions/besoins. Nous espérons y revenir.

Hotellet var fantastisk i sig, men med tanke på att det var nyöppnat så märktes det att det var en del kvar att fixa. Maten var inte det bästa om man beställde från deras meny, frukosten var också enformig och inte så anpassad för en vegansk kost. Men överlag var vi supernöjda 😍
