Room was poorly cleaned and smelled dirty.

The worst hotel experience ever. Stayed five nights only because no other hotels in area to switch . Five days,room never made up despite requests. Very dirty . Phone in room did not work. Manager and desk staff were courteous but seem to have no control over what the place was . Very disappointing.

The floor was dirty. We had to find someone to return our dirty towels and ask for clean ones. Staff was very kind. At one point I was told there was a shortage of towels. Outside the entrance there were some sketchy people always hanging around and smoking. Never again!

Very disappointing-----we checked out before we were planning... motel is full of indigents and strange people WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I had reserved a 2-queen sized bedroom, but when I arrived, I was told the only ones they had were on the 2nd floor. They did not have an elevator, and I use a rollator and therefore cannot use the stairs. The front desk clerk went out of his way to search for a room that would accommodate the 3 of us and eventually settled on a rollaway bed in a single queen room. There was no light bulb in the bathroom, and one of the lamps was not plugged in. It needed to be plugged in behind the bed, which I could not do myself. One call to the front desk clerk (Josh) and both were fixed immediately. Although the room was clean, it was quite outdated, with water damage on the ceiling and very sloppy caulking in the bathroom.
