I visited this hotel a couple years ago & it was pristine from the service, lodging to the breakfast. After a weekend stay recently the hotel has definitely changed. The elevator was nasty with debris on the floor & fingers prints all over the doors. The elevator made stange noises & would jerk constantly until it came to a full stop on the 4th flr. The ice machines did not have ice except for the 1st floor/ main floor. The breakfast apple juice machine poured out water, & the OJ was diluted with water & tadted disgusted. My 1st room had what looked to be a water damaged ceiling over the bed with a slight bit of paint chip while My 2nd room had a hole punched in the bathroom door. My overall experience was terrible & I defintely will not be back.

The drive into the property sucks, huge bumps, couldn't find the front door. The stair treads are loose and broken. Big trip hazard. Service was very good from the front desk. Couldn't connect to their internet for some reason and they couldn't help me, wanted me to call for tech support. Kitchen floor where food was being served, very sticky.

I arrived after 9P. Was given a key to a first floor room. I opened the room door to find it was occupied(no one there). The front desk apologized and issued an upgrade to a king suite. This room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and there were plenty of soft towels. The offered breakfast was less than desirable(a preformed egg and bagels. The coffee was dispensed from a machine(zero flavor).

Lady at the desk friday evening on August 16th was very rude. Has a bad attitude and rolled her eyes before she asked me what i was here for, even when i called in advance that my flight will be getting in late due to a flight delay, this is how i was treated upon checking in. Towels were dirty with hair stuck on thr towels and there were ants crawling around the lamp. Hallway smells like Marijuana all around the building.

I have stayed at this location on two different occasions to visit family/friends. I checked in around 2:45pm on both stays and the same front desk receptionist checked me in both times. She is always pleasant and we even shared a few laughs. Very comfortable stay. I don’t have any safety concerns when I stay here.

When I walked in the door, one of the cleaning stuff looked up from across the lobby and smiled and greeted me. That told me a lot, and I expected that this would be a great place to stay for the weekend. I was not disappointed. A+ for all the staff that I encountered, and for the hotel itself. Front desk staff was as friendly, professional and efficient. Check in with super easy. Beds were comfy, room was clean, everything worked. Shower water pressure was great, and hot water emerged almost immediately. Breakfast went until 10:00 a.m., which is a bonus for me with my morning schedule. I always appreciate a larger window with a little bit later and time. There were limited protein options --on the eggs and yogurt as far as I could see. But they had the usual bread products, a waffle maker, little yogurts, cereal. My only disappointment was there was no oatmeal. But for me there was plenty to choose from. I didn't try the eggs, but my roommate said they were good. The woman who staffed the breakfast area was out there frequently checking on things. Coffee was available 24 hours, which my roommate appreciated. The hotel is situated very close to other options, including a Wendy's if you want a different breakfast, and other restaurants for other meals. Easy access to the freeway.

I came in for a work event, and stayed to visit family in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, and the area had plenty of restaurants to choose from.

I came in for a work event, and stayed to visit family in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, and the area had plenty of restaurants to choose from.

This hotel is the best affordable hotel in town so far. I have stayed at 10 different under $100 hotels and this has the best maintained, softest pillows , cleanest floors and by far the best Continental Breakfast I have ever seen. Keep up the great Work.

Breakfast was ok, out of a lot of things. Walls paper thin. A person’s coughing next door would’ve kept me up, had i not brought my noise machine. Old facility that could use some updates. However for price, I won’t complain too much. All in all, a decent stay!!!

Breakfast foods need to be warmer and more variety would be nice. Room was not bad. The shower floor was an odd & shape and bendy. Breakfast area worked well for relaxing together.

Honestly, very disappointing for a Comfort Inn! The lobby was okay, but the hallways were dark and dreary. The rooms were worse — very outdated and grungy, with stains on the carpet and walls. One reeked of cigarette smoke, and none smelled fresh or pleasant. The mini fridge did not work at all in one room, and the toilet spilled water in another. Breakfast was a bit subpar compared to other Comfort Inns, with no fruit options and soggy sausage. A lot of items, like the microwaved eggs, were not refilled even an hour before breakfast ended. The parking lot did not get salted on a few icy days. The person who checked us in was not especially friendly, but the checkout person was pleasant. Cleaning staff were likely doing their best. We let friends and families know this is a hotel to avoid.

The hotel room was clean and the check in staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was mediocre. The sausage squeaked between my teeth when I ate it, and the coffee was horrendous. When I mentioned it to the staff, they shrugged their shoulders and agreed. Every morning a woman who seems to be staying there long term smoked a joint in the vestibule right by the front desk. I did not enjoy walking through a cloud of weed smoke to use tge door each day.

I arrived after 9P. Was given a key to a first floor room. I opened the room door to find it was occupied(no one there). The front desk apologized and issued an upgrade to a king suite. This room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and there were plenty of soft towels. The offered breakfast was less than desirable(a preformed egg and bagels. The coffee was dispensed from a machine(zero flavor).

Just okay. Very outdated hotel, beds are old and uncomfortable, pillows were small and uncomfortable. There was a lot of trash under the beds... my husband works for a moving company so we always check for bedbugs and found trash. Gross... definitely not that hard to clean/move the beds to clean under them. Balcony was also dirty... and no chairs to sit with. Staff was nice but for the price of the room I wouldn't pay for that again considering how outdated and dirty it was.... I need to remember next time pictures are very edited to make it look good.

Staff were wonderful. The building was dated. The balcony was dirty with trash from the last guests. The bedding was old and stained. The breakfast was not very good, the first day we had a late breakfast wasnt much there, the second day it was full and restocked often.
