Nenessa Airport Hotel

Good stay close to the airport. The bathroom was huge. The lady at the front desk was very kind, and coordinated out transfers to the airport.

This is a fantastic hotel if you just want to transit through Istanbul, and your flight has a long layover. I’m really impressed with the Taxi service, just follow the instructions and it works perfectly! The staff were really helpful.

Stayed a night and not a good experience at this hotel. Room AC didn't work; temperature was set at 75F with no option to lower it; front desk suggested to keep the balcony door open - door almost fell while opening plus itwas raining TV played only 1 channel, need to download software on mobile or sign in your Netflix account. Dirty floors, sheets. Only 1 pillow per bed. Front desk was unapologetic nor offerred any discounts or refunds. They moved us a different room but it had the same issues.Manager refused to engage till next day morning when we were to fly out. Very disappointing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nenessa Airport and had a great experience overall. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. I would like to give special recognition to the reception staff. They were exceptionally courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Their assistance made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant, and they were always ready to answer questions with a smile.
