Stayed here with my 81 yo handicapped father on a trip to attend a family event. The staff were very helpful in providing a room on the first floor close to the outside entrance as this location does not have an elevator. The pool and hot tub looked like it was well maintained and liked by all who were using it. The Breakfast area was clean and offered a traditional free Continental Breakfast. The food and coffee was good, fresh and was maintained well during operation. The Hotel is located in an area just off a major highway with many dinning and shopping options.

It was clean, go to the outside door locks were not working, could not use the car key.Hadn't have the desk lady putting the batteries in our door lock, because we could not get into our room. The outside door lock was not working could not get into that door. We had to walk all the way around the front and go through the front. Because we couldn't use the door to go upstairs into our room. The dryer in our room did not work. The microwave was broken , looked like somebody had thrown it on the floor cuts the whole top of the microwave was busted and you could look inside the microwave and see light when you opened the door and see the wires did not use that because did not want to get electrocuted. The hallways at night , we're very loud kids running up down the hallway , screaming , slamming doors all hours of the night. When we arrived, the hallway smelled like somebody was smoking and not just smoking cigarettes.

1st impressions, stains on carpet in the hallway, all the room doors looked dirty and needed to be scrubbed. Inside the room Our TV worked but no channels. Had to call the decked about it. Then the next day they cleaned okay but the making of the beds were sloppy.
