Wir hatten HP gebucht und wurden positiv überrascht (Salat + Antipasti + Dessert vom Buffet; 3 Gänge a la carte). Auch das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, insbesondere die Wassertemperatur haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Nähe zu Salo (süßer Ort zum Flanieren) - es gibt einen Shuttle - rückwärts sind wir am See entlang + kleine Steigung am Ende zu Fuß spaziert.

We spent a wonderful week here in September 2025. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position looking down over lake Garda. The facilities are perfect, the Spa and sauna are great and the massage treatment worked a treat. Free parking and free shuttle down to the town of Salo. The extensive breakfast was the perfect start to the day, whether that is chilling in the hotel or taking a trip around lake Garda. Highly recommended and would definitely go back again…

We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here. Truly one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all friendly and attentive, we received great service and food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the range of saunas and available treatments were impressive. The hotel is well situated with fantastic views over Salo, we had a balcony room with an amazing view, it really added to the holiday. I will definitely visit again when I'm back around here.

We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here. Truly one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all friendly and attentive, we received great service and food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the range of saunas and available treatments were impressive. Generally great apart from the German culture complete nakedness requirement for the many saunas for “hygiene” reasons. Total non-inclusive and when offered the chance to deal with this query we were completely blanked by the hotel. Over 14s allowed in the spa too….ruined our stay as the weather was poor and we would have enjoyed use of the sauna.

This hotel is wonderful. The view is amazing. The food is wonderful as is the service. The pool area is gorgeous. My room had not just a balcony but a private lawn. The town of Salo is gorgeous! Definitely will come back!

Sehr gutes Frühstück.Hatten Halbpension gebucht.Sehr leckeres Abendessen.Sehr schöner SPA Bereich.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einzig die vielen Stechmücken im Zimner waren nervig.Bei der Anreise hatten wir ca. 20 Stück im Zimmer.

Blev mer överraskad än jag trodde. Utsikten servicen maten rummen allt helt otroligt fint, vackert. Rekommenderar varmt. Är ett dyrare hotell men är absolut värt. Ett litet litet minus var att man betala 3,- per städning per dag trodde det ingick när rummen är så pass dyra vi betala ca 360,- per natt vanligt dubbel rum.

We had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The parking was easy and plentiful, making it stress-free to get settled in. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with exceptional customer service. A lovely touch was receiving a rose and Prosecco upon arrival, which made us feel extra special. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, offering us a stunning view of Lake Garda. Since it was off-season, the hotel was quite quiet, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The only restaurant available for dinner during our stay served a buffet, but the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While room service wasn’t available, we understood it might be due to the off-season timing. The hotel’s grounds and views were breathtaking, though we did notice that a few trees could be trimmed to enhance the lake view even further. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and beautiful scenery.

hotel nuovo e fresco, buoni cosmetici, acqua, caffè station in camera, ma allo stesso tempo la procedura di check-in e check-out è lunga. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, l'hotel non era completamente pieno, ci è stata assegnata una camera con probabilmente la vista peggiore dalla finestra, era impossibile aprire le tende, gli ospiti dell'hotel camminavano sotto le finestre.

A gorgeous hotel in a prime location for exploring Lake Garda! We decided on a perfect balance of exploring and relaxing at the hotel, enjoying all the facilities that were on offer! The spa was so relaxing, and the staff were all so friendly. Reception kindly helped us with arranging scooter rental to head up to Limone and a private boat tour with local companies - both were amazing experiences! We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here. Truly one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all friendly and attentive, we received great service and food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the range of saunas and available treatments were impressive. The hotel is well situated with fantastic views over Salo, we had a balcony room with an amazing view, it really added to the holiday. I will definitely visit again when I'm back around here.

Nähe zu Salo (süßer Ort zum Flanieren) - es gibt einen Shuttle - rückwärts sind wir am See entlang + kleine Steigung am Ende zu Fuß spaziert.

hotel nuovo e fresco, buoni cosmetici, acqua, caffè station in camera, ma allo stesso tempo la procedura di check-in e check-out è lunga. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, l'hotel non era completamente pieno, ci è stata assegnata una camera con probabilmente la vista peggiore dalla finestra, era impossibile aprire le tende, gli ospiti dell'hotel camminavano sotto le finestre.

Generally great apart from the German culture complete nakedness requirement for the many saunas for “hygiene” reasons. Total non-inclusive and when offered the chance to deal with this query we were completely blanked by the hotel. Over 14s allowed in the spa too….ruined our stay as the weather was poor and we would have enjoyed use of the sauna.

Sehr gutes Frühstück.Hatten Halbpension gebucht.Sehr leckeres Abendessen.Sehr schöner SPA Bereich.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einzig die vielen Stechmücken im Zimner waren nervig.Bei der Anreise hatten wir ca. 20 Stück im Zimmer.

Tolles neues Haus sehr gepflegt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen aber besonders an der Bar. (Massimo u. Claudio) Essen einfach wie wir es vom Arosa Erwarten und kennen. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub. Nur als Hinweis…es fehlen Möglichkeiten im Bad um Bademantel oder Handtücher aufzuhängen.

A gorgeous hotel in a prime location for exploring Lake Garda! We decided on a perfect balance of exploring and relaxing at the hotel, enjoying all the facilities that were on offer! The spa was so relaxing, and the staff were all so friendly. Reception kindly helped us with arranging scooter rental to head up to Limone and a private boat tour with local companies - both were amazing experiences! We were spoilt for choice of food on offer at breakfast, and we had dinner at the bar two nights in a row - so delicious and such a relaxed atmosphere! The room was gorgeous too, we didn't want to leave and this is the first hotel we’ve been to where we’ve discussed coming back for a repeat stay!

We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here. Truly one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all friendly and attentive, we received great service and food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the range of saunas and available treatments were impressive. The hotel is well situated with fantastic views over Salo, we had a balcony room with an amazing view, it really added to the holiday. I will definitely visit again when I'm back around here.

This hotel is wonderful. The view is amazing. The food is wonderful as is the service. The pool area is gorgeous. My room had not just a balcony but a private lawn. The town of Salo is gorgeous! Definitely will come back!

Blev mer överraskad än jag trodde. Utsikten servicen maten rummen allt helt otroligt fint, vackert. Rekommenderar varmt. Är ett dyrare hotell men är absolut värt. Ett litet litet minus var att man betala 3,- per städning per dag trodde det ingick när rummen är så pass dyra vi betala ca 360,- per natt vanligt dubbel rum.

cet hotel s beaucoup de qualites mais aussi des defauts. qualites. tres gentil petsonnel multilingues. allemand anglais francais italien les repas de la demi pension sont bons et cuits correctement..le petit dejeuner est gargantuesque. le garage sous terrain et grand et accessible. les piscines sont bien et il y a assez de chaises et elles sont reparties partout. on est tranquille. pour les points negatifs. personne vous explique comment est l hotel et les chambres et ou est le restaurant? personne ne vous expliquebles details de la chambre. a vous de vous debrouiller.... quand vous quittez la chambre personne ne vous aide.... pas de services boissons a votre chaise dehors. pas de changement de linges dans votre chambre. on vous les linges meme sales. pour la demi pension. le buffet de desserts est tres petit et peu varier. quel dommage. on se demande si le chef de la cuisine ou le chef de l hotel doit limiter le choix et la quantite. mieux aller dans les premiers. sinon il y aura presque plus rien. c est le plus petit buffet que j ai vu dans pres de 100 hotels 5 etoiles. la un serieux effort est a faire. sinon le reste des propositions est excellent. chawue jour bien varie. (sauf desserts) globalement tres bon hotel. sauf a l economie sur certains details. le lavabo est aussi difficile a utilise. car il s arrete trop vite. difficile de vous raser ou de vous laver les dents. et pas un pose valise dans la chambre. c est parterre. la aussi c est pad 5 etoiles et ca manque.....
