Comfort Inn & Suites Waco Woodway

We booked last minute during Baylor Graduation with no problem!!! Arrived late had to wait about 10 minutes customer ahead of us had issues and clerk was doing her best to accommodate. Check in and out was smooth. Air conditioning was on point we were exhausted and hot, turn a/c to 64 with no problems. Beds were very comfortable and pillows excellent and I’m a picky pillow person. My only problem was the mirrored closet doors reflected the bathroom light. Overall at 10!!!!

Couldn’t tell if anyone really bothered to clean the room before I checked in. There was dried up fries on the floor, the bathroom sink had a leak and water was all over the countertop. The closet doors were barely hanging on and could be moved. The king mattress had huge divots and the sofa sleeper was horrible. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t come in once. I had to go get my own clean towels, my own coffee replacement, and take out my own trash. This was most definitely NOT worth the money.

I normally stay at Comfort Inn & Suite when I travel. This location has friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, Cold AC, comfortable (soft) bed, breakfast was great. It’s located on the one-way frontage road, so my advice is use your GPS to direct you through the back parking lot. Hotel is about 10-15 min from Baylor University and close to many restaurants.
