It’s located by breweries and wineries in walking distance. Very convenient. Parking is compact it is difficult with a truck. It is located on the main road so you can hear the traffic.

The Arcadia Hotel was a good stop for one night in the Boise area. The bed was comfortable. It had very minimal amenities - no fridg or microwave. Parking was a struggle. When we arrived there were no spots left. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, and it's self check in.

Getting in and out of parking was a joke. Such narrow turnways. The 35 mph street becomes a drag strip with the loudest vehicles I have ever woken up to.

After several hours of driving, I arrived at this hotel. Parking is horrible, tight, and parts are under construction. I received no email about how to check-in and no one was there. I had to call the number and it kept rounding through the options, even though I selected one. I finally got someone and they were annoyed. I was able to get code to get into the room (contactless check-in) and there were several bugs in the room due to coming in at night. The rooms are clean. Parking is terrible and if you have a bigger car then it is hard to navigate. I will not be returning. I also didn’t receive checkout information either.

Best place i have been to in a while, parking is fcfs and not truck friendly. Never been to a hotel with pass code entry to room so that was a bit of a surprise but help was very responsive. 5 stars indeed, very top notch!!!!

Parking was rough with all the construction. But enjoyed the updated room, the coffee options in room, the bed, and the easy check in! The room was a bit on the small side- but I was really only there to sleep. Easy to get to BSU and everything else we needed for the weekend!

This was an excellent hotel. Loved the self checkin option. Room was nicely updated and pristine clean. There was a surprising amount of noise from the person next door. Some creaking. Seemed odd. There was minimal options for parking for a large/tallish truck. Only 2 spots that were not located under the building. We lucked out and got one even after leaving for dinner but could have been problematic with all of our gear inside for parking on the street even though it seemed like a super safe area. Never want to risk a break in. Otherwise, a fantastic place. Highly recommend.

The parking area leaves a bit to be desired, but overall the property and atmosphere of the courtyard and ambiance overall are good. The room i stayed in was very modern and had plenty of extra pillows and fantastically soft extra blankets.

The room was nice and comfortable. Nice decor. The bathroom could have been bigger. There was no tub and very minimal counter space. Our main concern was lack of parking spaces with some way to tight and hard to get into.

I found out you have to put a sign on the door handle if you want them to come in and replace the creamers and tea and my room didnt come with one of those signs . There is no one in the office after 5p which kinda sucks and there is no explanation on how to use the keypad but I figured it out . I watched 2 older people struggle with it until another guest helped them . The road in front is a 4 lane road with lots of traffic . The owner called me after I posted on FB about how rude the on call person was which was nice . It's also not as close to the airport as I thought it would be . All in all it was mostly clean (I found something nasty under the bedside table ) and a good place to stay if you dont expect much .

Very clean and well organized and decorated room. Reminded me of staying in a very nice vacation rental room. We paid in advance and were texted out room number and door lock code so we could just check ourselves into the room with no need to stop at the office. We left without having to bother anyone which was also nice. Bed was super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cleaning service was very bad, the area feels unsafe - maybe because there’s some sort of construction going on, limited parking, hard to get a hold of the staff. I had to take the garbage out of the room, organize dirty towels, wipe the toilet. Limited toiletries. Didn’t replenish the body soap or the Kleenex.

Nice modern design and a clean property overall. The room was simple yet elegant, but lacked a microwave (in non-queen rooms), full-length mirror, and light dimmers. Parking was limited—we had to park on the street. These things might not be dealbreakers for everyone but for me they were notable. Hospitality needs work. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, and when I asked the front desk, I was told to track down housekeeping myself. Loud music at 9 a.m. made it hard to sleep in, and check-out at 10 a.m. felt too early—especially with a 4 p.m. check-in. Has potential, but service and amenities could be improved.

Our room was fine. Bed was kind of hard. Nice shower. Not the greatest area and it was very noisy. Street niose, noise from other guests. And lots of shaking.....likely due to the hotel being elevated.

The room my husband stayed in was small but perfect for a solo traveler. The contactless check in and out was seamless and efficient. The shower was spacious and luxurious! The only downside was the "closet" in his room was three hangers on hooks on the wall. Had we been traveling together and needing to hang clothes, we would not have been able to easily.

No freezer in mini fridge, one tiny trash can in bathroom, no TV available and only streaming avilable if i personally pay for them, have a very thin latch that doeant look secure which makes you feel like you are not safe, the worst parking situation I have ever seen at a motel.

Modern and cute. Bed was comfy and the design is thoughtful. Room itself was incredibly nice. Size is about perfect for a short stay for a couple. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was well put together, with a shower that had excellent water pressure and stayed hot as long as needed.

This place reminded me of a European place Modern, small but efficiently laid out. Didn’t have any contact with staff but room was spotless and very nice shower. Coffee bar and hairdryer so all I needed for a brief stay. Would definitely recommend. Only down side is on a major road so a little noise until late

We asked for an early check in and had to pay $40 and then the code they gave us for the door didn’t work and there’s no one on property to help so we had to call. It took them a long time to get us a number to use so we could get in. By the tube we got in it was 40 min after the extra time we had paid for to get on the room. Then my son had the exact same issue with his room. There was also a rancid see smell they seemed to be masking but it wasn’t working so our room smelled. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It's in an OK area, in an up-and-coming area of Boise. It's all check-in service via your phone, which is fine until there's an issue. It forces you to call a phone number if you run into any issues and you speak with a customer service representative off-site (likely in a different country). So the customer service situation could be better. The room is clean but very very small.

This is a “no contact” establishment that requires some savvy with keyless entry. Older patrons may have difficulty, especially when no one man’s the front desk…that being said, the hotel is refurbished and my room was fantastic. Kudos to the contractor who performed the work, tile, paint, fixtures, furniture, fantastic! I will stay here again!!

The touchless checkin sucks. The room entry and office codes were INCORRECT. Had I arrived 45 minutes later I would not have been able to get into my room or the office. The lack of service isn't worth the savings. I would not recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arcadia. It was our first experience with contactless check in/out, and it was great. I enjoyed the contactless check in very much, but will admit I do like checking in with someone when leaving.

Our room was fine. Bed was kind of hard. Nice shower. Not the greatest area and it was very noisy. Street niose, noise from other guests. And lots of shaking.....likely due to the hotel being elevated.

It’s located by breweries and wineries in walking distance. Very convenient. Parking is compact it is difficult with a truck. It is located on the main road so you can hear the traffic.

It's in an OK area, in an up-and-coming area of Boise. It's all check-in service via your phone, which is fine until there's an issue. It forces you to call a phone number if you run into any issues and you speak with a customer service representative off-site (likely in a different country). So the customer service situation could be better. The room is clean but very very small.

Convenient location in Garden City near restaurants and the urban wineries. Contactless check-in was simple and convenient. Good water pressure and lighting in the bathroom. I’d stay here again.

The property and room was very clean and updated. The traffic noise wasn’t great during morning rush hour. I liked the no check-in convenience. They sent me the lock code via email. The location was convenient. It was just a quick overnight stay on a road trip so the price and cleanliness was just what we needed. It would have gotten 5 stars except for the traffic noise.

Very nice property! Having a busy road right there makes for some noise but overall wasn’t bad! Nice room and helpful staff.

No staff on-site. The floor in my room was grimy. I booked a room advertised as having a queen-size bed, but it was only full-size. Extremely overpriced for the room that I got.

This place is beautiful… newly remodeled, very stylish and the best shower ever. But it’s also very tiny. No closet, but plenty of hooks. I like the contactless check in process and being able to go right to my room.

The floors were not mopped, i took a shower and within 2 minutes of walking around barefoot, my feet were black on the bottoms. Really disappointed, would not return. Didn’t interact with staff, self check in was nice.

Room was spacious and black out curtains did well. Business down the road was a bit noisy. There is a book vending machine! It would be good if all selections were available. Ice and buckets were in the main office. Bigger trash cans would be good. Parking was a bit tricky. All in all it was a good stay with the family.
