Was not happy with cleanliness of sheets. I was also given specific instructions on how to get help and after following instructions the things I asked for were not done until at the end of the day when I had to go to the office to complain!

Dave is a great host,the rooms and property are neat and clean,very fair room rates,awesome view of the lake thru the screened in patio, zero complaints, and i will be staying again very soon. Rich M.

Our room at Blueberry Hill Motel was spotless, rustic and comfy. The hosts at Blueberry Hill / Sandy Point were fantastic. They gave us wonderful tips on places to go and places to eat, and were all-around helpful and welcoming! They truly made our first visit to the Adirondacks an unforgettably positive experience. Thank you so much!! Two points worth mentioning: Blueberry Hill is not on the lake, but Sandy Point is; the office is at Sandy Point, so that’s where you’ll need to check in.
