Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Outside of building (aka cement balconies were in need of maintenance) and the ice room was marginal and not too appealing. Otherwise it was very nice. Parking in some of the places on slants made it hard to get in and out of your vehicle.

Checked in a little early without a hitch. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and cool. AC worked well. Room was cleaned daily. And its location is close to the strip without being in the strip. All in all nice stay.

The pool was the perfect temperature! And a great size for my 8-year-old to access. Loved our room, spacious, clean and super comfy. All the staff had wonderful smiles and were accommodating. I will definitely recommend Seven Gables Inn to my friends and will stay there again!

It has 3 floors and no elevator. So if you need to be on the ground floor, request it with your reservation. It is also centrally located and close to the main attractions.

Great place to stay. Quiet, clean, warm rooms. Pretty decent breakfast options which are part of the room rate. Reasonable prices. My only suggestion is that since a lot of the guests are seniors, is to have better lighting on the stairwells which go up to the other floors ... these are not all ground floor rooms. I'll stay again as several popular business/theaters are walkable.

Older hotel, but very clean and a really nice mattress. We were on floor 2 but was ground level and we were always able to park right at our door. This allowed us easy unload and load. Staff were super nice, we arrive in town just after noon but check in wasn't until 3, they allowed us to check in without us even asking. Nice breakfast each morning with plenty of options.

The room was clean. One sheet had dried blood drops on it. Beds were very uncomfortable almost horrible. Shower water pressure was super low as was shower flow. Seating in room was one old dirty chair with two plastic chairs. It did not match the reviews online. Outside is dated and not very clean. I am not a person to give negative reviews but this is an honest review. Very uncomfortable room overall. We left a day early and bought an air mattress to sleep on after day two.

The place was extremely dirty. No elevator had to climb 3 flights of stairs with all our stuff. Doors were filthy main entrance was filthy. Didn't eat the breakfast due to everything is gross. Will not ever stay again. Do not recommend!!

We’ll stay here again should we go back to Branson. Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good as any other here hotel breakfast. Very reasonable rates. Just about a block off the Strip.

Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property. As it was clearly an older property, they make every attempt to keep it clean and well taken care of. The customer service was also excellent. Absolutely zero complaints and will stay again.

The lady that checked us in was so sweet and kind. The room was SPOTLESS!! I mean the corners behind the bathroom door kind of clean. The sheets were fresh and crisp. Look I have had rooms in 5 start hotels in other cities that weren’t this clean. The AC worked beautifully all night and didn’t make any weird noises. I will continue to stay here when I go to Branson and will suggest it to friends and family.

This property is very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Branson. Highly recommend great experience.

Very satisfied with all aspects of my stay and the property, except the beds!!! Beds need a major upgrade!!! Mattresses seem to be wore out and the box spring/frames are VERY noisy. Hard to get a good nights rest when just blinking makes the bed squawk

This hotel was mostly what I expected. Priced well. My only complaints are the noise (I was next to the laundry room) and lack of water pressure (could be caused from the laundry room as well)

We stayed over the week of July 4th. The location was pretty decent, close to the main strip. Good basic room, no frills. My only issue was the beds, not comfortable at all. Had biscuits and gravy every morning along with the other basic hotel breakfast items. Overall decent, basic hotel room;

We booked this room for the jetted tub. We didn\'t use it until the next morning. The jetted tub leaked. When try to turn on the jets, the jets didn\'t work. When we was checking out we told the front desk lady and she said that there was a "trick" to it. She said she didn\'t know what the "trick" was. She said the maintenance man had gone to lunch and the manager wasn\'t there. Otherwise, the room was great. My husband like the bed and pillows, they were very comfortable .

Workers were nice. Bathroom was outdated. Jets in the tub didn’t work which sucked because we booked that room specifically for the tub. Ended up staying one night then just going home the next. Wasn’t set up like an average hotel. They were also doing work on the front and the worker was smoking and it smelled like cigarettes in the lobby. Convenient location but won’t stay here again.

If you want a brand new property, this is not it, but if you want a clean comfortable motel with super friendly staff and an excellent breakfast in a convenient location, THIS IS IT!! We'll definitely stay again if we return to Branson.

Staff worked with us for a very late check-in. Staff always were professionally warm and caring. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable. They provided a very nice warm breakfast. I would recommend them and return. “Thank you,” to them!

Great staff. Our room wasn’t ready so they put us in another one. Very accommodating. Hotel is older, no elevator for 2-3 levels of outside motel rooms. Outside of bldg could be painted and kept up better. King bed very comfy. Toilet and shower room separate small area. Overall inside of room clean. Nice location, close to all.

The check in is quick and easy. The rooms are always very clean and the free breakfast is always nice. Grace is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she always makes sure we have a great stay at Seven Gables.

very very nice people that take good care of the property. Very clean and cozy, the staff is very pleasant, always have a big smile and a nice greeting! Breakfast was delicious! Definitely a nice place to stay! Close to the clay, Cooper, Theatre, Ferris wheel, and Titanic!

I highly recommend Seven Gables Inn for a stay in Branson. It is conveniently located to restaurants and activities. The staff are among the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. The rooms are basic without many frills but they are comfortable and among the cleanest I've encountered at at a hotel. I'll be back!

Stayed 4 nights and it was great. Staff was nice and helpful. A little dated but clean. Shower was short, but good pressure. Breakfast was ok, typical motel breakfast. Would stay there again if we go back

I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel this stay deserves one. First of all, the location is great; many attractions just at walking distance. Also, Walmart was just a few minutes away. The room was clean and well maintained. I loved the fact that my room was not carpeted... it may not sound good for most, but this was the first time I felt I could walk barefooted in a hotel room. The breakfast was great, but what set this hotel apart from others was the staff. The owners were super nice, from the moment we checked in to the very last second. I will definitely come back to this the next time I come to Branson.

Quaint little motel style complex. This is an aged complex but it seems they are attempting to put some care into it. Desk staff, which is probably the owner/operator is very polite, and appreciated us being their guests. Rooms are remodeled simply, and the decor is a bit sterile, but everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also simple and the area was packed with guests and there was little space to move around.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. However was made up with the cleanliness and service. We had the breakfast just one day we stayed but gravy was watered down and biscuits hard. We decided to go out to breakfast rest of the time. Staff were very kind. Would stay again but definitely eating breakfast out.

This hotel was very nice for the price and more than met our expectations. The women running it was very kind and wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant. We will stay again next time we're in the area.

No problem I’m gonna let y’all know about something on the down low. You know I’ll give y’all excellent stars however Me and some other individuals told about the hot breakfast y’all have every morning and how great it is. That’s one of the reason why I booked my stay there when I get down to the area, where breakfast is supposed to be there’s no breakfast in the doors are locked like 10 other people staying down there waiting and they’re pissed off so if y’all gonna say you have breakfast and you have it, peace out
