Room had a terrible smell. NO mirror in the bathroom. Corner tub access panel was loose and no covers on the jets. Paid extra but didn’t want to even use the tub! Expressed our concerns and was immediately told there would not be any reimbursements. I not once even asked for a discount. Frustrated that I tried to tell the manager how we found the room and that we paid extra for a tub we couldn’t use and rather than addressing that, fired back at me about discounts. Hard pass on this hotel.

Bed absolutely full of bedbugs!! Woke up covered in over at least 100 bites!! Staff did not care when we brought it up to them! One room was deemed unsafe! Our air also barely worked.

There was no hot water in the bathtubs or shower the pool was cloudy as heck and the breakfast wasn't no good at all wasn't really nothing worth paying the money that we did so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for nobody
