nice room get what you pay for

I had bugs in my room, and cigarette burns,

This was not a good experience. The owner he did not want to service the room. He only gave you 1 roll of toilet paper. Whenit came to towels the towels had stains and very dirty. My remote fell behind the bed. When I went to retrieve the remote behind the bed was nasty. Cigarette, cigar, packages along with old food and dirt was between the bed and wall on the floor. The bathroom toilet kept backing up. He did nothing to fix the issues. After asking several times. He kept trying to ask guest would they want a job to clean his rooms. Very unprofessional. I deserve a refund. And to add the roaches were terrible in all rooms. Guest were complaining.

Housekeeping is not so great plus bugs!!

The room was very dirty , roaches crawling everywhere , bathroom shower curtain dirty , toilet dirty, hole in floor , tv barely work
