I appreciated my stay at this hotel. Two things I was disappointed with is that the tv reception was not good on any of the nights I was there, but on nights 2 and 3 it may have been due to the storm. The other thing was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, which is inconvenient. I requested one on my last night and it was provided to me. I don’t know why some hotels have taken microwaves out of the rooms, but it’s a deal breaker for me. Other than those two things, I enjoyed my stay.

I'd come back to stay at Greensboro Marriott for its excellent accommodations, its engaging, courteous staff and the quality and cleanliness of the facilities and the good food served at its restaurant. It is also surprisingly affordable.

The room was not as clean as I expected; consequently, there were house flies and fruit flies in the room, attracted to food crumbs under the desk. I swatted a house fly with my sandal and took it and some of the floor crumbs to the Manager at the front desk. He was most apologetic, and had the room cleaned immediately. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. This hotel is very convenient because it is so close to the airport.

Neither of the inside or outside pool were working. That was very disappointing being that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Other than that no complaints.
