The O’Henry is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is terrific and the food at the Green Valley Grille is delicious! One of the nights we were there they had live jazz in the lobby and it was so classy and lively! A must stay place in Greensboro!

Green Valley Grill had wonderful options, with varied places to sit - bar, outside patios and restaurant with attentive staff. Front office staff and all other staff informative, helpful and skilled. Would return!!!

I liked it all!! Beautiful facility and accompanying restaurant. Dinner and bfast both excellent. We were luck to be there on a Thursday nite for their Jazz show in the lobby which transformed into more of a night club for the show. Service everywhere was outstanding. One of our best stays ever!!!

Most of the times we stayed on Proximity Hotel but this time we tried O’Henry, it is a nice place to stay with your family, restaurant food is great and staff is friendly. We had an issue with our bathroom not been clean but the personal and manager handle it professional and it was resolved right away. Highly recommended, my family and I will comeback here again.

The public spaces and the rooms are immaculate. For less than $300 a night, I thought it was better than any room I've ever had in NYC including hotels for $1500 a night. We spend 4 months a year traveling the world and rarely have hotels as nice. Their dinning room is exquisite and very fairly priced.

This hotel is just different. Appears very well managed and our room was very well appointed with numerous thoughtful conveniences. Bathroom was spotless. One of the nicest rooms I have ever experienced in a hotel.

The O’Henry Hotel is immaculate! I’ve never stayed at a hotel in which the room including the bathroom were so clean! The bed was exceptionally comfortable too. Staff were all very friendly. There was always a greeting from a staff member when encountered.

Absolutely a fantastic experience for us!!! Everything was just perfect . We surely do hope to come back again sometime in the future. Our room was truly spotless & so was the hotel ! Those housekeepers work terrifically hard. Can you imagine doing that , yourself?? Great job all the way from the bottom to the top. (Especially loved the Green Valley Grille).

Elegant hotel with very comfortable room and spacious bath. Afternoon tea is a treat and reasonably priced. However, the free WI-FI is annoying, dropping you off frequently. Obviously you are supposed to “upgrade” to fee-based premium service. This is insulting. Even very budget hotel chains have excellent FREE WI-FI.

We always love staying at the O Henry! We have every need met, including more pillows. The bed is very comfortable, and there are two sinks in separate areas which allows my husband and me to get ready simultaneously. The staff is always friendly and professional. We'll be back!

Handsomely appointed rooms with many amenities. Conveniently located next to a large shopping area in a nice part of town. The bathrooms are particularly roomy and nice. The only drawback I found was that there wasn't enough drawer space to unpack my bags into.

The staff is extraordinary. They left us a beautiful welcome gift and a card to celebrate my parents' 51st wedding anniversary. In the brutal heat wearing a suit, Taylor selflessly loaded all our bags, transported them to our room, & took everything off the cart & got it sorted. We loved the jazz on Thursday night. The room was luxurious. We adored the clouds painted on the celling.

Great hotel. Clean and comforable room and bed. 2 queen bed room was spacious. First time here at this hotel to attend to Concert. Parking was free. Will return next time in the area.

I love the location. The Friendly Center across the street offers great shopping opportunities. Also, the hotel staff is very attentive. A great place to stay!

The hotel looks very nostalgic. Was surprised by how clean the property , the room, and especially the bathroom was. Located in an ideal spot, was easy to find and get around.

What a charming hotel! Rooms were very spacious; ambience very calming. Loved having the filtered water available. The restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was amazing. Parking easy. Staff friendly.

The public spaces and the rooms are immaculate. For less than $300 a night, I thought it was better than any room I've ever had in NYC including hotels for $1500 a night. We spend 4 months a year traveling the world and rarely have hotels as nice. Their dinning room is exquisite and very fairly priced.

The hotel was beautiful, high quality and excellent service. We ate several meals at the restaurant and it just got better every time. A food critic would never leave! My compliments to the chef. The rooms were very clean and had a cozy feel! We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Greensboro, NC

Green Valley Grill is the reason we stay and it was not good at all. Very disappointed. Flavors are off and not right. Have been coming here for over 12 years. This was the worst experience.

The O’Henry is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is terrific and the food at the Green Valley Grille is delicious! One of the nights we were there they had live jazz in the lobby and it was so classy and lively! A must stay place in Greensboro!

Green Valley Grill had wonderful options, with varied places to sit - bar, outside patios and restaurant with attentive staff. Front office staff and all other staff informative, helpful and skilled. Would return!!!

It's our third time staying, & the staff remains exemplary. They are the standout and the reason that we will always stay at the o henry. It was wonderful seeing Sherone again. Hannah, Lakiya,& other front desk goddesses are delightful. The tea & jazz staff are fantastic. Kate & Courtney improved our mornings dramatically, & Ashleigh was lovely for our dinner. Tyler and the other porters are fantastic at their jobs, though it hurt my heart to see them dressed like it was 50 degrees out amidst the brutal heat & humidity. It would be lovely if they could lose the sweater vest and long sleeves and have more suitable summer attire. The only downside was I had to use my cell as a Hotspot to access wifi for my tablet, my dad's laptop, and our Amazon fire.

This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. The restaurant was having some maintenance done, so I didn’t get to enjoy the room service breakfast that I normally would have. It’s one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. It would have been nice to have known in advance

For being one of the more expensive hotels in Greensboro, O Henry falls short of being luxurious. I have stayed at the Grandover Resort and Proximity Hotel, both are in the same price range, however much more nice. I would compare O Henry to a budget hotel. O Henry is beautiful when you walk in and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The room leaves much to be desired. Outdated furniture, oddly set up in the room, some of the toiletries in my room had already been opened and used, and the fitness room was very small and not set up well. I would only stay here again if the other two hotels were not available.
