I always love to stay at Garden Inn properties. This one was another great one as always for my road trip. Parking was easy and check-in was a breeze. Room was quiet, clean, and I had two pets that were well accommodated here. There was even a designated area for them to take a quick potty break outside. Would stay here again!

Remodeling. Room lacked any pictures or decorations that other Hiltons have. Beds comfy. Room freshly painted. Staff adequate but did not go out of way to do anything. Just disappointed in what have experienced in other Hiltons. Noisy during morning from workers. No discount due to remodeling.

The property did not meet the Hilton standards l have come accustom to the bar is not a bar at all it's a table with a few alcohol choices on the wall was told rooms are serviced by maids every two days and if l wanted clean towels I should come down and get them. I purposely booked this hotel as it said there was a restaurant on sight . When checking in there was a sign on the front desk saying it was closed for a few days due to the holiday !!?? If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it . After traveling in a car for 12 hours we just want to check in and then have a glass of wine and some dinner without having to go anywhere . Very disappointed!!

Absolutely the very worst Hilton i have ever stayed neither Travelocity or the hotel informed me that they do not do daily services to the room or fresh toiletries. They infores me that in the bathroom there is a 3x3 sign that says it. Further the second day they did not service the room again I called travelocity and got absolutely no assistance since each hotel makes their own rules.As a hilton honors member for 15 years never again

I like the fact that I was given the option to buy breakfast once I made the Booking. The staff was very courteous and polite. However, I did take off point for the property itself. There were 2 bugs stuck in the ceiling of the room and we didn't call the service desk for them to removed them because we got there late and were sooo tired, we just went to sleep (The bugs stayed in the ceiling all night and we left them there when we checked out). Also, the bathtub did need a refinishing, as it looked very old. It was not in accordance with the wall tile which look newer. Lastly, the toilet was a super old model. In my opinion, they do need to revamp the bath. Other than that...everything else was ok.

We enjoyed our time at the Hilton Garden in. The only downfall is our bed was super uncomfortable and hard. I was hoping by booking with Hilton we would for sure have a comfy bed but I was wrong. Service was great, room was immaculate, and staff were amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was bright and airy. There was a some kind of tournament that weekend where there was a bunch of boys running around the hotel Saturday night. We believe someone pulled the fire alarm causing the alarm and strobe lights to go off after midnight. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the cleaners that the cleaning staff was using. It was overwhelming.

Amazing weekend stay. Brandi and Ernie allowed us to celebrate their birthdays with then. Brandi is the most amazing front desk staff person, she made us feel right at home. We visit Rock Hill on a annual basis, and we will remain loyal guest of Hilton Garden Inn Rock Hill.

We got blind sided...we have 2 small dogs and they told us it was pet friendly. When we got there we were accosted and they demanded more money. We wish we had known ahead of time---this made our stay somewhat less than 5 stars!

We looked for an easy to access hotel on our route to a vacation destination. The Garden Inn was a perfect choice and the dinner options allowed us to check in to our room, enjoy drinks and dinner, and retire early to a lovely room and rest up to continue our journey. Thanks for the great service

The location could not have been better! It is conveniently located to restaurants and retail shops as well as easy access to the interstate! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning crew was also very personable! My daughter and I are already planning our next mother/daughter getaway and we will definitely book here again!

We looked for an easy to access hotel on our route to a vacation destination. The Garden Inn was a perfect choice and the dinner options allowed us to check in to our room, enjoy drinks and dinner, and retire early to a lovely room and rest up to continue our journey. Thanks for the great service

I purposely booked this hotel as it said there was a restaurant on sight . When checking in there was a sign on the front desk saying it was closed for a few days due to the holiday !!?? If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it . After traveling in a car for 12 hours we just want to check in and then have a glass of wine and some dinner without having to go anywhere . Very disappointed!!

Very nice stay. It wasnt our 1st time staying there. Each time has been great and this time we had wings and fries for a late night snack. Lol Delicious.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bathroom has full size bottles of Evelyn & Crabtree shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. The food is also good.

The junior suite was roomy and comfy, the family enjoyed the double tv screens and spacious room. Staff was nice, best by far was the dining staff (Morris was an absolute star). We used the gym ✅ laundry ✅ breakfast/dining✅… Hilton Rock Hill gets 5 stars ⭐️

The property, the restaurant, the bar, the pool, were all amazing. Rooms were clean. Easy to control temperatures. Easy to deal with the television. An amazing stay. Until we checked out. Hotels.com said that my breakfast was included with the total cost of the bill. But when we checked out, we found out that breakfast was not included. Which makes it even more disappointing, because their breakfast buffet is not good. Not good might be a little dramatic, but selections were so limited. For the amount you charge for breakfast I should be able to get a cup of coffee in an actual mug, not a paper cup. I should have asked at check-in if breakfast was included as per Hotels.com. That was my fault. Otherwise the hotel is absolutely amazing. Close to shopping amazing restaurants and great for families. This is my first Hilton property that I got from Hotels.com, that did not follow through with what they said while booking. If you have to stop an hour after you eat breakfast so your kid could actually eat, not worth the $22.
