Check in took a long time, there was an issue for some reason with credit card. Entrance door wasn't working. Corridor was in need of renovation. Room was fine, and bathroom in particular was clean. Towels were very white, which was good. Went to breakfast and couldn't get back in room, had to ask cleaner - she was lovely.

The advertisement does not equal what is actual. I reserved a 2 queen bed suite as an upgrade. I got a regular 2 queen bed room. The walls most assuredly need painting. I paid for the latest (2pm) check out yet the housekeeping knocked on my door hourly to report the time to me beginning at 10:50am. Staff here are professional and this place is quiet. It looks sketchy but no issues were encountered. I've all is OK to stay. One way in one, way out of the building. Have to be buzzed in through the front door at night.

Good location, lots of things to do in the area. Can walk to many different places to eat. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. We only stayed one night, but got a great night's sleep. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The staff member when we checked in moved at a glacial pace. There was no urgency around the line waiting to check in. The staff in the morning though was very apologetic and helpful. The room was not very clean to the point it felt uncomfortable walking around bare foot. The door handle on the inside of the room fell off when exiting the room the first time out. I had to reattach the door, shift the handle and use the upper hook with my other hand to even open the door. This was a safety hazard and very frustrating to deal with when trying to manage our stay.

From the ripped furniture in the bedroom to the “splatter” on the walls, to the dust ruffles that were at one point yellow but were clearly brown now to the people just standing around outside. This place screams RUN! Luckily we were just here to catch a few hours of sleep and we survived the night

After dealing with the front counter, customer service closed. He didn’t even say one word to us the entire checking process. We went upstairs to our room. There was food, left in one of the drawers, the entire hotel recess cigarettes. There was a chair in the room it was all ripped up. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. There was rest in the ceiling and on everything in the bathroom. The room just smelled horrible. It was extremely dirty. We called hotels.com and asked for a refund and the lady at the front refused to us we did not stay there. I definitely don’t recommend it. I don’t know how it has so many high ratings.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Hotel lobby as well as check-in area needs an update. Bed was very uncomfortable, but very clean location of hotel was very close to all local restaurants as well as softball and baseball fields.

We traveled from MD to Rock Hill to visit with family. The pictures online are a complete fraud. This establishment is in HORRIBLE CONDITION. We checked in and right back out. I have pictures. This place should be closed immediately for renovations, it is dirty and unsuitable for stay. Problems included: trifling carpet and walls, furniture looks like someone used the used the bathroom on it. The microwave and bathroom had mold and rust everywhere. Total disappointment.

It was a quiet hotel. There was no noise. But it was a very small room… It is very old. So if you’re looking for ambience and a nice location. This place is not it. I guess there’s a lot of homeless people that parking lot smells like urine.

Outside is standard. Common areas and hallways are fairly beat up and worn. Room was simple but comfortable. Bed was clean (no bugs) and bathroom was modest with good water pressure and hot. A few stains on carpet and seating area.

The elevator was out so everyone had to use the stairs which was right by our room. People opened and closed the door to the stairs all night long. The refrigerator was very noisy. It was very hard to get to sleep.

I did not stay there because the to check in the reception lady was rude no professional manner and I couldn't proceed for for check in. I went in parking lot and I called Hotels.com customer service , asked to get me to another Hotel but they kept balancing back and fort with no resolution, So I decided to find another Hotel with my own seach till I found one 27 miles in another City Chesburg SC. The guy on the phone told there is nothing we can do we just make the reservations.

Completed pre-check-in information. Nothing was on file with the property. Had to spend extra time providing credit car, driver's licence again. Provided arrival time of 5:00 pm. Arrived near 6:00 pm. Keys provided to room, but room not ready -- had to return to front desk, clerk was not rude, but also not very hospitable. Not the friendly service we have come to expect with Wyndham properties.

I will be calling for a refund of my money. At 12am, dead tired from driving, I waited at that front desk for 30 minutes with no one coming to check us in. I had to book another hotel and leave.

I will be calling for a refund of my money. At 12am, dead tired from driving, I waited at that front desk for 30 minutes with no one coming to check us in. I had to book another hotel and leave.

The front desk workers were continuously extremely rude and unwelcoming and made my group feel uncomfortable every time we had to walk past the front desk. The rooms were fine and the area was decent besides being surrounded by construction.

I have never had an experience like I did checking in It took well over an hour. It was only four or five people ahead of me but each person was up there at least 10 or 15 minutes. The guy checking people in was the slowest I have ever seen in my entire life

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Hotel lobby as well as check-in area needs an update. Bed was very uncomfortable, but very clean location of hotel was very close to all local restaurants as well as softball and baseball fields.

Good location, lots of things to do in the area. Can walk to many different places to eat. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. We only stayed one night, but got a great night's sleep. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

Felt unsafe. I stayed because I was by my self. Each time I left and returned there were groups of people just lingering and blocking Handicap Parking asked the 1st time if they could allow me to utilize spots, but was confronted and said they could linger anywhere they wanted.

Property is very old and dated, but it was clean and safe. We only stayed here overnight while traveling. I would not want to stay more than 1 night. The room was very small. I was informed they are in the process of remodeling. One reason I stayed here is because it advertised breakfast included and we just wanted something quick before getting back on the road. All they had was a cold continental breakfast, so we had to go to a local restaurant for breakfast.

Have to wait in the entrance to be let in, and if the staff are with another guest, you cannot enter the lobby. Breakfast not adequately maintained - out of items. And no staff available to report to at front desk. Replenished 5 minutes before ending breakfast. Cereal dispensers clogged. Fruit juice concentrate not proportionate with water, and watered down. Staff said owner has been told about these issues - apparently done nothing. Staff vacuuming hallways at 8:30 in the morning, in front of room doors of first floor. Bathroom door lock missing/broken. Shower head not affixed properly, and spraying out in different directions.

There is nothing to like!! The staff is very questionable and when told that the TV, hairdryer, ice maker and juice machine weren’t working they looked at us like we must have broke these things. Also the room was very dirty with someones food still by the bed! I have not stayed in a Microtel by Wyndham before and will never again. They advertise breakfast included but the breakfast only included a mini bagel or a muffin and toast with no juice.

The first room they put me in, had no electricity and the face plates were off all the outlets on the walls and the lights did not work. The second room they put me in, didn’t have a working fridge and it took three tries to get one. I also had an issue with the houseman. We paid for a checkout and he kept coming to my door and when I said something to the front desk, he proceeded to come outside to my car and yell at me.

I was looking for a budget motel and got one. For $80 a night we got two queen beds, a walk-in shower with seat and a large, clean room with the usual amenities. The fridge wasn’t working and my side of the bed was a bit over-used, but not horrible. Just a continental breakfast, but the staff was helpful. People out front smoking gave a bad first impression but, overall, the place was worth the price. No pool, but a little fitness area.

People loitering in camp chairs outside the property, elevator filthy, walls filthy, smelled like weed, prostitution taking place, razor in toilet, rusty bathroom fixtures and no lighting in bathroom. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Needless to say, we left and did not stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!!
