Fräscht transithotell, skönt med helkaklat badrum och trägolv på rummet. Bra luftkonditionering som höll rummet svalt. Väldigt bra läge till buss in till Amsterdam eller ut till flygplatsen. Trevligt bemötande vid incheckning. Tyvärr inte öppen restaurang när vi anlände, men kunde äta på hotellet bredvid. Rummet var i bra storlek. Passade oss bra och var mycket prisvärt

It was good for an airport hotel option. Parking was 15 euro for a night.

The location close to the airport is very good. However disappointed it lacks an airport shuttle

Kamer was zeer schoon. Modern ingericht, absoluut niet gedateerd. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Personeel is vriendelijk en het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel. De bar zou open zijn, maar was helaas gesloten. Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is zeer hoog.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the lifts were out of service throughout. Really inconvenient. The reception staff was very uncooperative and did not know when the lift will be repaired. In fact i felt as though they did not care.

Dafür hört man leider offenbar das fließende Wasser des Ablaufs, wenn irgendwer im Hotel duscht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. An einem Tag (von vier Tagen) wirkte das Personal deutlich überfordert. Allerdings war an diesem Tag auch eine chinesische Reisegruppe abzufertigen. Es war halt extrem viel los. An den anderen Tagen war alles bestens. Es ist halt ein Flughafenhotel - wer Gemütlichkeit erwartet und Entspannung, der sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Für einen mehrtägigen Städteaufenthalt in Amsterdam, war das Hotel jedoch perfekt gelegen. Eine Bus Schnellverbindung zum Flughafen und in die Stadt lag direkt vor dem Hotel. Das parken kostet für Amsterdamer Verhältnisse mit 15 € relativ wenig. Dafür waren allerdings auch in der Umgebung des Hotels (nicht direkt am Hotel) sehr viele Ratten zu sehen.

once you determined how to get to the property, and park, the location was good. no transport to airport. their elevator was out. staff was nice. room was clean and functional

Lors d’un séjour de 3 nuits, nous avons demandé d’avoir seulement un passage dans la chambre pour le nettoyage, le changement de serviette, laver les tasses et remettre des produits d’accueil.. celui-ci n’a pas été fait. Nous sommes obligés de réclamer à l’accueil que le nécessaire soit fait lors de notre retour le soir dans la chambre. Il fait pas très chaud dans la chambre, pas assez d’aération, du coup des flaques d’eau le long de la fenêtre et au sol et plein d’humidité.

I liked the room. The shower was a little moldy. I came in late and left early. So there was no food or tea available for me. The serounding of the hotel is a little scary and there is no park or garden or any stores or resturants nearby. The location is conviniet.

The hotel room looked clean &well-maintained. However after 1 night, a friend who slept on the sofa bed woke up with rashes. We suspect bedbugs. We told front desk during the night &they said: I just work nights. We asked for change in bed linen &other items that were not already in the room &front desk was overwhelmed. Also, since we asked at night, we were told they do not have access to the linen closet. We had no choice but to stay in the same room. The next day, the same desk clerk told us that we should not have slept on that bed. We told him that we tried to tell him that but he dismissed us. They arranged a room change &in the new room, all 3 of us would wake up with new rashes. Since there was only a couple days left of our stay, we decided to stick with it. We slept on the bed over our blankets to minimize direct contact with the bed. On a side note, the shower in our new room kept switching between hot &cold which was uncomfortable. We would be okay throughout the day outside the hotel, but new rashes would appear every morning. We took images of our rashes &my friend accidentally squashed a small insect on the sofa bed &it left a small blood stain, similar to bedbugs. We took an image of that too. We checked out with rashes &bites all over our arms, legs, neck and faces. Once we returned home, no new rashes appeared, which further confirms to us that the bites were from our hotel stay. On a more positive note, we saw that housekeeping would come every day to clean

Odamız temiz değildi. Çarşaflar pisti. Bir defa temizlik istedik o temizliği de baştan savma yapmışlardı. Bardaki çalışan personel çeşme suyunu bize parayla satmaya çalıştı. Suyu almayınca da bize çok kötü davrandı. Sadece kahvaltıyı beğendik.

Enttäuschende Übernachtung, nicht empfehlenswert Wir sind spät gegen 3 Uhr morgens angekommen und haben auf dem Hotelgelände geparkt (15 € pro Nacht, das ist üblich und in Ordnung). Der Check-in war unkompliziert, aber dann begann der Ärger. Da alles geschlossen war und wir keine Zahnbürsten dabei hatten (bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel eigentlich erwartet), fragten wir an der Rezeption nach. Pro Zahnbürste sollten 6,50 € bezahlt werden, insgesamt 13 € für zwei Personen. Wir stimmten zu, doch der Mitarbeiter kam zurück und sagte, es seien keine mehr da. Er riet uns, in anderen Hotels in der Nähe nachzufragen, was um diese Uhrzeit natürlich unmöglich war. Das Design in Lobby und Fluren ist modern und ansprechend (wie auf den Fotos), das hat uns auch zur Buchung bewogen. Leider war das Zimmer enttäuschend. Auf Tisch und Boden lagen Krümel, das Bad wirkte nicht gründlich gereinigt, die Handtücher hatten Falten (als wären sie nicht gewechselt) und am Morgen sahen wir, dass die Decke aus dem Bettzeug hing und nicht frisch aussah. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns nicht wohl. Die Lage nahe Schiphol ist praktisch, aber das rundum Erlebnis war schlecht, vor allem der Versuch, aus Basics wie Hygieneartikeln teuer Profit zu schlagen. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Heel fijn schoon hotel

Positiv: Der Service und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet enthielt eine kleine, aber ausreichende und gute Auswahl. Die Lage war etwas abseits (eher ein kleines Gewerbegebiet mit UPS-Lager usw.), aber man konnte innerhalb von knapp 10 Autominuten die Innenstadt von Hoofddorp erreichen. Die Lautstärke war trotz der Flughafennähe und der Umgebung ruhig/okay. Negativ: - Klimaanlage war in der Lobby und im Frühstücks-/Essbereich sehr kühl eingestellt (Ehemann und Kind haben sich verkühlt und erkältet, sodass wir den Urlaub leider vorzeitig abbrechen mussten) - Betten waren sehr weich - Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig (teilweise fleckige Handtücher + Bettwäsche, Haar-Fussel-Knäuel auf dem Boden…)

Im ersten Zimmer war die Lüftung VIEL zu laut. Aus dem nichts angegangen. Im zweiten Zimmer war es dann VIEL zu kalt und beim dritten Zimmer ging es einigermaßen. Bis auf die Zimmer Nachbarn, die Party gemacht haben und geraucht hatten. Mehrmals musste man zur Rezeption, bis dann etwas Ruhe einkehrte. Zudem viel zu weiche Betten und sehr schlecht gereinigt. Bei drei Nächten Aufenthalt, wurden nur die Handtücher und die Mülltüten ausgetauscht.

The room was stunning. Clean. Quiet. Awesome. I did miss the refridge in the room. But got loads of ice instead. All sorted out.

Very clean and modern, but the place was heated to 24C (75F) in the winter (wasteful) and it was not possible to open a window to cool it down, nor could the front desk let me turn on the AC so I didn't sleep well despite everything else being perfect. Food was delicious. Only 7 minutes from the airport by bus.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located just one bus stop away from Schiphol airport. The building itself is very nice, trendy and clean. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. I stayed for 3 nights (for work). Pros: - Conveniently located near the airport, with easy access to motorways which was ideal for me. - Nice breakfast, sufficient choice of food. - The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and I was greeted with a lovely smile every morning. Nothing was too much for them, they kept smiling. - The room was nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable. Cons: - The staff at front desk didn’t seem to enjoy working there, the customer service was awful. - The staff in the bar area even worse. Anything you asked seemed like it was too much and one night my starter and main course came out together at the same time while the gentleman next to me had arrived before me, and was still waiting for his food after I had finished mine. - Language barrier, the majority of front desk and bar staff didn’t speak Dutch and limited English. - Very limited choice on the food menu and no other restaurants within walking distance (only McDonalds nearby). - No option to charge anything to the room. I bought a bottle of water at the front desk and when I asked if it could be charged to the room, the lady just sighed and simply said “NO”. - No option to open windows or let air in the rooms, it’s aircon only.

You'll definitely need ear plugs, I had 2 nights there and it was like noise torture trying to sleep. No soundproofing at all between the rooms and dining area. The befs are comfortable and room nice but getting literally no sleep for two nights was horrendous.

Pros: Quick check in, clean room. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Cons: No fridge in the room, water from shower gets bathroom.

The hotel is very modern and clean, but as this is an airport hotel you are VERY close to the motorway and flight path. They do have great glazing though so you don’t hear anything from outside.

I was physically assaulted by the night manager after I asked him to unclogged our bath room sink drain. He argued with me that it wasn’t a problem. He thereafter pushed me with both of his hands. He refused to give me his name. So whenI tried to take his picture to show management, he then shoved me and almost causing me to fall down. I’m 60 years old. Now it is 3 days later, and my left shoulder is still extremely sore. I contacted the Hotel management, but I have not had any response from them regarding the assault and the injury their employee caused. In summary, I made a minor request to fix a sink, and was physically assaulted. So you literally risk your safety if you book here, i.e. book at your own risk.

The Wait staff in the so called 'Restaurant' were very unhelpful, especially to foreigners. I went and sat down in what appeared to be a restaurant. After 15 minutes of waiting and wait staff completely ignoring me, I asked for a menu. Then then went onto direct me to the bar area in which they called the restaurant. I sat down at the bar and continued to be ignored. 10 minutes later I got up and got my own menu from the stack I noticed by the end of the bar. another 5 minutes later I noticed a large line forming at the other end of the bar. I got the attention of one of the bar wait staff and asked if I order food from my seat or from the end of the bar. The waitress said that she was busy but she would serve me shortly. Another 10 minutes passed and instead of the wait staff coming to take my order, they continued to serve the people lining up at the other end of the bar. There were no signs indicating where to order from and I was completely ignored for 35 minutes. After flying 18 hours, and getting to the hotel at 830pm all I wanted to do was get something to eat. I then just got up and left and went to the macdonalds down the street. This experience turned the beginning of my stay very poor. I intentionally did not eat at the hotel as I was clearly not welcomed. Note to the wait staff - Smarten up. Your rudeness and inattentive behavior cost the hotel money. I also will not stay here again.

Prebooked 2 hotel rooms for a late night arrival between flights, arriving at 01.15AM. The woman at the desk had NO training in using the systems and was guided by a colleague in a phone call. It took 30 mins to get 2 room keys. Not ok!

Staff not particularly friendly or helpful

Everybody was so nice and friendly, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good also

From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect. The hotel is just steps away from the bus stop, with a convenient elevator that makes access effortless. Every detail here is thoughtfully cared for, but the true heart of this place is its staff — words can’t capture how kind, warm, and genuinely caring they are. They felt like angels, and I found myself wishing I could spend my entire life here, surrounded by their warmth and hospitality.

Nice hotel, but the staff seemed a bit disinterested and non caring. My toilet ran the whole stay, and there was nobody to fix it. Very loud and hard to sleep. Bed was very comfortable and bus stop was right next door. I just wished they had a little more empathy to our situation

What makes this hotel stand out is the front desk personnel! They are very helpful and go out of their way to assist in any way they can. The hotel is clean, the decor is

The staff are friendly and hospitable. Bravo to Patricia who works in the front desk who helped us out during check-in and gave us tips on where to go in Amsterdam and how to get there. The room was clean and bed was comfy.

The hotel was not worth the price. The breakfast had limited options. They charged extra if you needed an adapter or a bar of soap. A fire alarm went off our last night and kept us up an hour and they didn’t extend breakfast and charged us 15 euros for checking out a little late. Even though we were all late because a fire alarm kept us up all night. Horrible service and staff

I really like the location, and it is very close to airport. Easy to find and go to. Great room, and very quiet environment.

Close to the airport, convenient, no shuttle or hotel transfer but the buses are right beside the hotel and frequent enough. Not much in the area, limited food options.

Close to airport via short bus ride. Limited options in the area however, and quite dark (poor external lighting) at nighttime. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. A/C was very cold. Would stay again but probably for just a day before departure or after arrival.

Tof ingericht hotel, gelegen naast de bushalte met een 24 uurs verbinding naar Schiphol (s'nachts 2x per uur). De naam van het hotel is onduidelijk aangegeven op een raam. Een andere naam is dominanter aanwezig op de gevel.Twee hotels onder één dak of nieuwe naam?

Loved our stay at the property, very well connected by public transport via 397, 300 to Schiphol Airport. Only trouble we had was due to ongoing road maintenance in front of the hotel.

Checking in and out was quick and easy. The room is very clean. Very close to schiphol airport. Bus station is just right next to the hotel. I would strongly recommend this place and if I go back to Amsterdam, i would choose this hotel again. Price is very reasonable

I stayed one night here between flights at AMS airport. It was a very convenient 6 minute bus ride. The hotel was beautiful and relatively inexpensive considering I booked it last minute. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Het hotel te bereiken met de bus vanaf Schiphol was een uitdaging. Ten eerste omdat het hotel niet opgeeft welke buslijn cq welke busrichting genomen kan worden, tewn tweede omdat het hotel de haltenaam niet benoemd en ten derde (heel onhandig!) omdat op het pand nog de oude hotelnaam in neonletters staat. Hoe ik daar moest komen zonder een aantal telefoontjes is me niet bekend. Duidelijk een verbeterpunt. Binnengekomen werd ik zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kon ik nog wat versnaperingen kopen. Nou noteer ik bij boeking altijd wat ik boek en dat was in dit geval 'Standard double room met aparte zitruimte Incl ontbijt'. Ik kreeg wel een kamer met twee bedden, maar die aparte zitruimte bleek (in het gehele pand) niet te bestaan). Foute informatie dus. Ik heb echter veel sterre in de beoordeling achtergelaten, want alles was keurig, schoon, en het ontbijt was prima. Lekker geslapen en daar gaat het om.

Our stay was quick & for a layover. It was easy to access with the bus 300, only a 7 minute ride and it basically leaves you right in front (on top) of the hotel. There is a McDonald’s nearby, but no other restaurants if you’d like other options.

Overall a good business hotel. Breakfast is a cold breakfast so you can avoid and save money.

The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout, guiding us to the side door for ease with the pushchair, interacting with our little one and letting us store our luggage on our last day. The hotel is really well situated close to the bus stops which have access to everything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, welcoming and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! Our 2 year old had their own sofa bed (double) and slept soundlessly every night. We had everything we needed in the room and everything was accommodating and comfortable. The only negative comment we have is for the breakfast. The hot food was limited to 4 dishes (chicken sausages, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs) and toast. They were quite cold and hard by the time we ate at 8/9am but the options for cold food and pastries were varied and tasty. We just thought it was on the expensive side for the options given and for the quality of the hot food. We would definitely return, especially for the quality of comfort in the bedrooms and ease of connection on transport, we just wouldn’t add breakfast next time!

The room was very typical for the area and was satisfactory. The biggest problem was the restaurant, it was terrible, the food was poor, the service was poor, and the chance of actually getting something was 50:50. One evening I was sitting at the bar (and I was the only person sitting at the bar) and ordered pizza, when it was delivered it to the bar keep it sat next to the coffee machine for 20 to 30 minutes. Then when I asked about the pizza I had ordered, the barkeep said "oh, here it is"... I asked if it was not cold by now and and he put the back of his hand on it and said "no, I think it is still warm, try it"... Other times I went to order food and they said it would be over an hour before I could order because they were prepping for a large group of people. I would not recommend it.

Über 250 Euro pro Nacht.Überschaubares Frühstück, Brötchen waren Industrieware, die einen komischen Beigeschmack hatte. Das Abend Büffet war lauwarm und schmeckte auch nach selbst zubereitetem Fertiggericht. Das für 30 Euro.Das kann jedes andre Restaurant besser. Anscheinend ist das Hotel doch eher auf Fluggäste ausgerichtet,cdie nur super kurz bleiben
