Partiamo dalla cose positive e su tutte metterei il personale;semplicemente fantastico.La struttura sente il tempo.Buona la colazione.La piscina la definirei una grande vasca da bagno.Le camere sono nel complesso di gusto.

Hotellet var moderne og fint. De ansatte var hjelpsomme med å komme med anbefalinger til ting å gjør/oppleve/se og kom med anfelninger om resturangen, barer og caféer. Hotellet var sentralt, 4 minutter gange til den berømte trainstreet. Hotellet hadde en Rooftop bar med utsikt over hele byen. Rommet var fint, fikk daglig rengjøring og hadde veldig bra aircondition. Anbefales.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the reception service felt very unwelcoming. There was no proper greeting or even a simple “hello,” and the staff member seemed quite uninterested in helping us. The hotel information stated that early check-in was available subject to availability. We were told that a room was available, but we still weren’t allowed to check in early and there was very little effort to assist us or explain the situation properly. We were also supposed to receive a welcome drink, which we never received or were even offered. Another major disappointment was the hotel’s marketing. The hotel advertised a swimming pool and a rooftop/sky bar, which were part of the reason we chose the property. However, these facilities were apparently not available during our stay. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and the lack of welcoming and helpful service from reception made the stay even more disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its communication, customer service, and accuracy of its advertised facilities.
