Room was outdated, window had a crack going across with a bunch of nasty stuff in between. Breakfast not good. Just your normal cereal, bagel, toast. The best part of this place was the hottub.

The staff were friendly, and there's a safe grassy area to aire your dog. However, I'm totally disappointed that my room was never serviced or freshened with a 3 night stay. That was not advertised or acknowledged until after I checked in and saw the sign on the back of my room door. Its one thing to be eco friendly, its another to provide NO service.

Entry area always clean, great staff, rooms are older but ours was fine. Temperatures excellent. Breakfast sufficient. Love having coffee always available. Heads up that there is no elevator which could be a problem for some.

I was not at all happy. They waited until AFTER I checked in and paid to tell me that the pool and the hot tub were not working. I pointed out that I should've been told beforehand and the young girl just shrugged her shoulders at me. The whole point of our trip as a family was the pool. I was very unimpressed with the attitude towards the whole thing.

The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The room had a dirty carpeted flooring. Towels were soft and there were towels for the pool. Breafast, was nice except they ran out of hot food when we went to eat at 8 am. The bathroom light (was also the exaust fan, very noisy) had very low lighting and hard to see. The facility needs a lot of updating and fell short for the price we paid.

Walked into the room and it was way smaller than the pictures on the website and they look nothing like that. The floor was sticky all the way through the room. This hotel is old and dated. Upon arrival, I saw a light flashing at the rear of the hotel that gave a scary movie vibe. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was a scent of soured or mildewed laundry, rotten food, cleaning chemicals, and marijuana. It wasn't just in our room - this smell emanated from the hallways as well. The carpeting in the room was probably original, as was the furniture. The carpets and furniture were stained. The bed was semi-comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent. The shower was hot! This is in a small town of about 5,000 people. I didn't feel necessarily unsafe, but I was not able to rest comfortably because of the smell. I would not stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, open layout of the room. The handle to get in and out of the jacuzzi tub was broken. Parts of the floor molding was falling off, about 12 feet. The bed was nice. I could only get one tv to work. I had mixed experiences with the front desk staff. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage for hot items. Overall i would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness and price. We were unable to use the pool but they do have one!

The room was terrible, the feezer section of the fridge appeared to not have been defrosted. You would have been lucky to get a flip phone in it. They attemped to thaw it out but only but towels in it to catch the water, I ended up walking on wet floors for 3 days before it was cleaned up. One window was severely cracked and ready to fall out. The other windon had been put in upside down and could not be opened. The sink fixtures were loose and had to be tightened by maintainence. A male plug in had been put together with electrical tape, it also had to be repaired by maintainence. Just to name a few. Expedia has a complete report.

If you need an inexpensive place to stay this fits. Motel has been painted and seemed clean but faucet sprayed water not into the sink and lobby was dingy and cluttered. When I checked in the attendant told me she was tired and hadn’t had a great day. That kinda sums up the motel experience.

Dissatisfied with the property. First room had a do not disturb sign and had not been cleaned. Second room the TV did not work. 3rd room we moved to had another do not disturb sign and was not ready. 4th room had been prepared however it smelled very mildewy. Bathroom door handle was loose. Sink had no stopper. Hair dryer did not work. The employee worked diligently to get us into a cleaned room but we are very disappointed in the quality of upkeep and maintenance.

The desk staff girl waa too busy on her phone dealing with personal stuff. There where these nice guys trying to use laundry that spoke little English. I tired to help and she could have cared less. We also found blood on our ceiling. Sure looked like jt! Couldn't wait to leave.

Cheap price, decent room. Breakfast isn’t great, decided to eat elsewhere. Smells like an apartment building in the halls (like many people cooking at the same time. Won’t stay here again.

The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The room had a dirty carpeted flooring. Towels were soft and there were towels for the pool. Breafast, was nice except they ran out of hot food when we went to eat at 8 am. The bathroom light (was also the exaust fan, very noisy) had very low lighting and hard to see. The facility needs a lot of updating and fell short for the price we paid.

Sheets were pretty dirty. Had to open the windows and leave when I first arrived to evacuate the smell in the room. Will find other accommodations in Morris or nearby towns when visiting the area again.

The place is very run down. The door to the hallway on the side of the building never locked - so anyone who wanted could enter the building at any time. The sheets were stained. The towels were the smallest, most rough pieces of cloth ever made. The bathroom was disgusting, definitely was BARELY cleaned after the last customers. I was afraid to use the ice machine because there was black “stuff” (mold?) on it. The breakfast was very minimal, I was sad to not even see any fresh fruit - just pancakes, some cold cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. At least the AC was cold and the water in the shower was hot.

The hotel is so so. The beds were ok, not great. The rooms are dated. On the positive side, everything worked and refrigerator had a small freezer.
