$15 to park??? Not LA not SF. Not even Downtown SLO. Nobody likes surprises that cost $. When I questioned it, your staff was like, yeah that’s the way it is. Well I/we won’t be back. Empower your staff to waive or handle small issues. Free drink coupon? Appetizer? ??

Smart new hotel spoiled by some poor design and poor communication. For a new hotel sound proofing between floors was very poor with a 'herd of elephants' apparently residing on the next floor both nights. Plus no power points near beds?. Room cleaning has to be requested (but no one told us that when we checked in), and you are charged $15 per night to park in, effectively, a retail development (this not listed on Expedia). Room size very good but otherwise an irritating stay

Our was great. The only downside is parking fees. It is a little too much for a small town like SLO.

It’s a brand new hotel. Everything is new. However, the overall experience wasn’t good and here’s why: our trip was confirmed when we booked, but I knew we were going to arrive late so I checked in using the app. It did tell me that I checked in but didn’t give me a room number. When we arrived, there were no rooms left. They had overbooked. After some effort, they gave us a room which turned out to be an ADA room. Things are configured differently and not very useful (such as fewer drawers, lower hangers,etc), but we were thankful to have a room to sleep in. The shower was cold for the two days we tried. First morning, they ran out of food. It was a busy weekend, but when you know you’re overbooking, you should also know all those people will eat breakfast. Breakfast items were good the other days we stayed. We didn’t have enough towels in the room and I asked for towels and cleaning- neither were taken care of. Since I figured they ignored the messaging through the app, I actually told one of the cleaning crew that we wanted cleaning, but it didn’t help. When we finally told the management got housekeeping the next day, they didn’t pick up the trash and we had food leftovers stay with us for three nights. One of the elevators was out of service the whole time. Our room keys stopped working the last day… In short, new property but sloppy management. It hurts more when you’re paying $400 a night.

It is a new property so everything is clean and fresh. I dislike being charged for parking, please just include in rate per night. ) - ;

It is ridiculous to have to pay for parking. This is not a big city like LA or San Francisco where space and parking is limited. I will definitely think twice about staying here again.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Excellent service, facilities, large pool. Location was great. Thanksgiving pre-fixed menu was amazing. Newer hotel that opened just several months ago. Definitely coming back!

Upon checkout I was promised a copy of my bill via email. When that never came I began the arduous task of trying to reach someone at the desk. After letting the phone ring and ring for 15-20 minutes multiple times, I finally got someone to answer. They tried to find a record of us staying there but could not. ?????? $15 a day to park also seemed extreme. Would NOT ever stay there again.

Not sure why they charge for parking...there are no other options to park.

We checked in late night and we just wanted a place to rest. Upon entering the room we were so surprised at the cleanliness and comfort. I loved the room. Very spacious. I can tell they are new, but still a great location and amazing staff. Breakfast was also a good selection.

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend! The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean throughout. Everything feels fresh and well cared for, which made our stay extra comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to the kitchen staff, who worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly during a very busy breakfast rush. Chris, in particular, went above and beyond—managing a big crowd with professionalism, kindness, and a great attitude. His hard work really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is a gem—clean, modern, and staffed with people who truly care about their guests. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed on our way up North to Eureka. Super clean and quiet.

We were in a room with a King bed & sofa bed. My very tall (6’5) teenage son slept on the sofa bed. Said it was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, spacious & up to date. Loved that there is a space to sit ( couch) , a desk & a sort of privacy screen from the desk/ couch area to the bed. There is also a brewery, eatery & market in walking distance. Both our sons are attending Cal Poly, willdefinitely stay here again.

The suite arrangement was awkward. Room service non existent or insufficient. The hotel overpromises but underdelivers.

Very odd experience. I am aware that this is newer hotel. I went to check in at reception, there was one worker and a long line. When I did get checked in I went to the room and it was not ready at all, there was plastic covering the walls on one side, one bed completely stripped and almost pushed off of the frame, the other bed unmade, someone else’s room key on the couch. I exited the room and had my kids go back into the car. I went back to reception where there was still only one worker, and several people in line. When I explained to her what I just experienced there was no apology or anything and she just made me feel like what I said wasn’t true. She changed the room and gave an ADA room instead when that wasn’t what I had booked. The key card didn’t work, I had to go back a third time. The room was fine, the bed was comfy but the layout was odd. The TV was not in front of the beds or the couch. It was on a wall that is hard to see from the furthest bed. The complimentary breakfast was subpar. There was definitely not enough food for the amount of people there. They had ran out of a lot of stuff and the cereal options weren’t very good. The Egg, 3 cheese, jalapeño soufflé was grainy and inedible. It is two hotels combined into one as well which is something I had not seen before. I wouldn’t book here again.

Love this new hotel! The lobby is spacious and has a nice bar area. The rooms are quite big, bed was very comfortable and I also liked the pillows and bedding. The bathroom was big and I liked the toiletries because they had a lavender and eucalyptus scent. Breakfast selection was ok, but not spectacular. The blueberry muffins were the best part. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is new and very clean. The pool had bugs floating around the water but the windy weather could have been the reason for the condition. The beds are comfortable, rooms are quite and dark, and shower pressure is good and hot. The breakfast was not that tasty and they ran out of items frequently. It's very small for the amount of guests in the hotel. Also the seating area is limited that have actual dining tables. Customer service is very lacking. The woman who checked me in was very condescending and did not explain any hold charges that were placed on my card. She had me run my card through the machine twice as she said the first time did not work however I verified with my bank there were 2 different holds. I was also informed of the $15 parking charge however was charged twice for a one night stay. While in our room I attempted to call the front desk for over 10 mins with no answer. I went downstairs to find the staff standing there and talking so not sure their phone system works correctly or ringers are on silent. I did ask about the double charges on my account and the gentleman at the front desk said they're only holds so not to worry about it and to call customer service if not released in 7-10 business days. There was no apology for the confusion or any review of my account to advise of the separate charges. He did correct the error on the double parking charge. However the very poor customer service is not what I've come to expect as a Marriott member.

Awesome customer service

Overall, nice location. Extremely disappointed that I have asked three different individuals to make sure the front desk manager was to call me, and I never received a phone call. I have let those individuals know in person, and when I finally arrived home, I called twice asking for a manager, but I kept on being told he doesn’t work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of last week. Called on Thursday and Friday, and even over the weekend still nothing.

We were in our room sleeping and the staff sent another guest up to check on our room in the middle of the night. When we called front desk he told me there was an issue with the system and hung up!

Great location in a newly developed area area of SLO 10 minutes away from downtown. Best part, 2 minutes walk to Farmers Market (groceries, Paso Robles Brewery, food, ice cream, bakeries and coffee shops)

Cute little shopping area next door. Close to Madonna inn and downtown. Would stay here again!

Great location off 101 . SLO Farm-market next next store with shopping and restaurants. Also little feeding zoo with goats and donkeys my toddler loves . Would stay again

Brand new hotel. The staff at front desk were all super helpful. Breakfast time can get crowded so get there early. Love love love that it’s right next to SLO Ranch Farms, super convenient for groceries and restaurants.

At check in we were greeted immediately. Staff was great and very helpful.Room was mostly clean bathroom floor needed to be mopped but other than that it was good. Hotel close to everything 2 blocks from Madonna Inn.

Very nice new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would go back to it. I recommend two things to make it even better. 1. Redo the planter between the EV charging stations so people can walk through that area without having to step on area planted to get to their parked cars. 2. An additional person is needed to get the breakfast food out as many things run out and are not refilled in a timely manner.

The hotel is located near plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel itself was very well maintained, clean and very inviting. The continental breakfast was standard, leaning more toward health conscious choices, but was still solid.

Breakfast was slim at 9:20. No coffee etc

You are charged $15 to park your car which I never saw posted anywhere and was shocked to have to pay. Breakfast is a mess- too small of an area for the amount of people that circulated down there. Bad flow- poor organization. Low options. Staff at the bar and front desk were very friendly.
